The pear, blue cheese, and walnuts in this flatbread make it a delicious mix of sweet, salty, and savory tastes. Pears that are juicy, blue cheese that is creamy, and walnuts that are crunchy are all put together with honey and fresh thyme. This recipe is quick and easy, and it makes a tasty appetizer or light meal.
Ingredients: 1 pre-made flatbread. 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Place the pre-made flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the thinly sliced pear evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese and chopped walnuts over the pear slices. Drizzle the honey over the top and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves. Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper to taste. Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve your Pear, Blue Cheese, and Walnut Flatbread hot and enjoy!

These Baked Southwest Egg Rolls are a healthier alternative to the traditional fried version. Packed with flavorful ingredients like chicken, black beans, and spices, they're perfect as an appetizer or a satisfying snack.
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked shredded chicken. 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained. 1 cup frozen corn, thawed. 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/2 cup diced green onions. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 10 egg roll wrappers. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green onions, Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Combine well. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface so that one corner faces you. Put about a quarter cup of the chicken mix in the middle of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then the sides in, and roll the dough up tight. To seal, wet the edges with water. Lay the egg rolls out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that the seam side is down. Spray a little cooking spray on top. Turn the food over halfway through the 15 to 20 minutes of baking, or until it is golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.
