I am loving the new Jamie Oliver 5 Ingredients cook book-this is a roasted sweet potato salad with feta, tomatoes, spring onions and rocket - I added a 6th ingredient of toasted pine nuts - very tasty and simple to prepare...

Taste of Savoie Kitchen. A delicious roasted tomato tart from The French Kitchen cookbook by Joanna Harris and Fran Warde. I’ve had this book for years and always enjoy the traditional french dishes and trying them using Savoyard ingredients from our region.
