3. What was your first fandom?

Either pokemon (i wrote fic for!) or Redwall (I RPed! A squirrel archer! Named Treelily!). Forums, man. I miss them.

7. A fic of yours you think is underrated?

anchor, which is one of my least popular fics in recent years though maybe it's more of the fandom/characters being kinda small that, you know, makes it have less hits according to ao3. It's a Destiny fic about Pahanin, Praedyth, and Super Good Advice (the gun). I do like the mix of tragedy-comedy I managed to wrangle together, but I think I like it most for a Void-specific line that I simply nailed to the wall like a pretty thesis statement about an entire character. o7

this fic at one point tempted me to go anon to post but I feel like I should give you the sfw(ish) tldr first:

Bruce and Clark navigate having sex and differing alien biological functions. Actually less about sex more about the emotional burden of it. But also make it funny.

Which also goes to say:

Bruce starts prying about why Clark never lets him give any blowjobs and Clark has to admit his cum is an aphrodisiac, and that's embarrassing. He's got hang ups over it. (Am I good at sex or is it the cum??? Did my exes like me or was it just the nut????? I've got bitches all over me but is it all real??) Bruce tries to be as clinical as possible about it while holding a boner as Clark admits that mindblowing sex for hours is kind of a pain for him and Bruce continues to sweat and wheeze and claw at the walls and go 'yeah man that sounds like it really sucks dude'.

10) Do you enjoy writing dialogue, exposition, or plot the most?

ohh, out of the three, definitely dialogue. sometimes i even write the dialogue first then fill in the narrative/actions, though tbh my FAVORITE writing component to do is the actual descriptive narrative/action itself. plot is honestly my least favorite to.... figure out. pacing? dont know her.

17) What fic are you most proud of?

hahahah I actually had to check my ao3. I'm always proud of writing any fic longer than 6k (which I think there's only two in my entire fic career) but those are pretty old and I haven't thought about them in years. BUT, for destiny, I do have this very unbecoming glee for work around because 1) the first shaxx/shin/drifter fic on ao3 that i know of, 2) generally... one of the first s/d-ish fics on ao3, and 3) it's so dumb. my god, so silly. but i love it for the (internal) bragging rights. it just makes me laugh thinking about some person going backwards in the s/d ao3 tag and seeing that piece of work. oof.

(and extra s/o to Bad Company because it is both over 5k words (HUGE feat for me) and so gosh darn nasty. i enjoy rereading that one.

23) If you had to remix one of your own fics, which would it be and how would you remix it?

i have no idea. once i write a fic, i pretty much wash my hands of it, aside from fixing the typos i missed. i would've loved to have written a longer version of the shindrift amnesia ficlet somehow but i have zero plot ideas and the only thing i want is the two of them emotionally suffering. so i guess.. i'd want to remix that fic to be a full fic, LOL.

holy fool, all colored blue is another one, and I'd simply remix to be a 20k actual saint 14/drifter endgame story that is FRAUGHT as FUCK.
