There are crunchy, spicy, and tangy tastes in this Crispy Fish Sandwich with Charred Jalapeno Lime Sauce. Fish fillets are grilled until they're just right, then put on toasted buns and topped with a spicy jalapeno lime sauce.
Ingredients: 4 fish fillets such as cod or haddock. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 cup breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 sandwich buns. 2 jalapenos. 1 lime, juiced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon honey. Lettuce and tomato slices for serving.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to high heat. Add salt and pepper to the fish fillets. One dish should have flour, one should have beaten eggs, and the third should have breadcrumbs. Roll each fish fillet in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in bread crumbs. Once the jalapenos are charred, take them off the grill and let them cool. Once it's cool, take out the seeds and chop it up big. Put chopped jalapenos, lime juice, mayonnaise, minced garlic, olive oil, and honey in a small bowl. This is how you make the sauce. Add pepper and salt to taste. Fish fillets should be grilled for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are cooked all the way through and are crispy. Grill the sandwich buns until they get a little brown. Put together sandwiches by putting jalapeo lime sauce on the bottom bun, then a fish fillet, lettuce, and tomato slices on top. Put the other half of the bun on top. Serve right away and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs, beaten. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying. 1/2 cup ketchup. 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce optional.
Instructions: In a shallow dish, season flour with salt and pepper. Dip shrimp in flour, then into beaten eggs, and finally coat with Panko breadcrumbs. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Meanwhile, prepare cocktail sauce by mixing ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce in a bowl. Serve crispy shrimp hot with cocktail sauce for dipping.

Savor the crunch and heat of these pickled green beans that are crisp and spicy. They are delicious as a zesty side dish or as a delightful addition to salads and snacks.
Ingredients: 2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed. 4 cups white vinegar. 1 cup water. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup kosher salt. 4 cloves garlic, peeled and smashed. 2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns. 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes. 2 teaspoons mustard seeds.
Instructions: Sterilize glass jars by boiling them for 10 minutes or running them through a dishwasher cycle. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice water bath to cool. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar and salt dissolve. Divide garlic, peppercorns, red pepper flakes, and mustard seeds among the sterilized jars. Pack the blanched green beans tightly into the jars, leaving about 1/2 inch of space at the top. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the beans, covering them completely and leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Tap the jars gently to remove air bubbles, then seal with sterilized lids and bands. Allow the jars to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 24 hours before enjoying. These pickled green beans will stay crisp and spicy for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
