is it bad writing or is it not delivering on the fan expectations you've created in your head?
#talking about dropping the show bc fic writers can deliver better stories than the writers room#as if those arent two very different things#I think...sometimes the show was never about what you thought it was about and thats okay#bc thats literally why fanfiction exists!!!#to explore things more deeply than canon#this doesnt go for everything btw#bc I've watched some very very bad shows where fix it fics were very much needed#but sometimes its like...youre making up villains that dont exist#and if this is bad tv then I'm jealous bc I've watched way worse#or sometimes a show is bad and not for the (shippy) reasons you think its bad!!#n e ways this is primarily about the wee woo show rn#bc the amount of fans that claim it has shitty and inconsistent character writing is baffling to me#not defending it though bc at the end of the day it is your standard network drama#but it's definitely one of the better ones??? especially when it comes to writing characters consistently over seven seasons#I grew up on these shows okay#you guys must be new here#take your ass back to superwholock
