Summary: A holy knight has just defeated the ancient necromancer known as The Corpes God. Que a reverse-isekai reincarnation spell and now that same God has been reborn in Shinjuku as recently assassinated Polka Shinoyama! All our necromancer wants in this new world is a peaceful life; but the mystery of who ordered the hit on the original Polka remains unsloved, police corruption runs wild, and troublemakers who might possess occult powers need to be dealt with before that dream comes true.

The plot twist keep you on your toes the whole time, however it can get a bit confusing at times so make sure you're paying attention as you read! The fight secnes are dynamic and easy to follow letting you really enjoy them instead of just scrolling/flipping pass. Add in the rich character development and dynamics, you've got the makings of one of the best manga I've read in a while. I hope you give this manga the chance it deserves!

I need MORE takumi content. i just finished watching the second season and i just wanted more of takumi. like gimme more of how his fear of reality works, dive deeper into that. he's just a guy but somehow he ended up being the character i got attached to.

The official website of the television anime Dead Mount Death Play unveiled staff changes, a key image (seen above), and a teaser promotional video for the second episode. On October 10 at 12 a.m. on Tokyo MX and BS11, the second cour is slated to debut. Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, AT-X, and Hokkaido TV will thereafter follow.

“Dead Mount Death Play” The Manga For Gets TV Anime in Spring 2023

King Records unveiled the primary cast, staff, a teaser image, and the first promotional video for the television anime adaptation of Ryohgo Narita and Shinta Fujimoto's Dead Mount Death Play manga. The anime's premiere is scheduled for April 2023.

I can only assume this panel is a) based on a real-life exchange Narita’s had with at least one of his editors or friends, or b) Narita’s preemptive response to a question he’s surprised he hasn’t been asked yet.
