Dining out with hubby at one of our favorite Italian restaurant Buon Appetito, Cape Coral. Little tiny place owned by Denise & Gabe from NY. Soooo good. . . Eating out with hubby, in my weekly travels all over the US and social events with friends, how do I not put on the pounds? . I DID put on pounds before my mindful eating, fit healthy lifestyle. Before this lifestyle change, I tried the diet plans, cut out food groups, did high intense workouts to no avail😤😭😖🤬😡 . All this changed last May when I decided to do something different and took a leap of faith with @___morganbee .
