Day 9: Acts of Service

Tomorrow I shall do a silly smutty thing! Come hang out on the Taimizu Nation discord with me!

wtf is a “livesmut”? A type of event started on discord by, I believe, @fuukonomiko. It’s like a live-write, or an artist’s livestream, but it’s for smut 🤗 a room full of people being goofy and yelling about seggsy things while someone writes a smutty ficlet in real-time.

when tf is this happening? 06/09, taxi-ing at 4, wheels up at 5:30. Looks like one place I said 5:30 PST, and another place I said 4:00 PST 🥴💀 so I’ll post tags etc. at 4 and start posting the pre-written intro shit after that. I tend to take a lot longer to start getting into the meat of it (pun not intended lmfao) than I usually think I will, so I’m sure I won’t be cranking until 5:30 anyway, and it will go for several hours (I have a tendency to go too long and have to split the event over two days, but I am determined not to do that this time 🤣😅)

how am I supposed to join? Click on the invite link above and make sure to choose roles for 18+ content (smut avenue resident and taigooner, which will be listed in the “role select” section of the server)

12 Days of Taimizu || Summer Taimizu Week

Hello, everyone! We are happy to announce an upcoming Taimizu Week planned for Summer 2024, based around the romantic pairing of Taigen/Mizu from Blue Eye Samurai!

This is open for anyone and everyone to participate, whether in the form of art, fics, AMVs, graphics, gifs, headcanons, playlists, meta essays, or anything else—as long as it's something you made! All skill levels and level of work detail are encouraged to participate.

The event will run from June 2nd - June 13th, with the following prompts:

Yearning || Duel — June 2nd

Play/Laughter || Touch — June 3rd

Words || Eyes — June 4th

Blades || Elements — June 5th

Hair || Banter — June 6th

Rivalry || Growth — June 7th

Greatness || Push and Pull — June 8th

Devotion || Apology — June 11th

Happy || Satisfied — June 12th

Healing || Family — June 13th

Though the event is some months away, we're promoting this early on is so that anyone interested in participating can get a head start on working on the prompts. This way, everyone can take their time in making as many, and as detailed, works as they like in time for the event!

All works intended for Taimizu Week (including WIPs which can be posted prior to the event) should be posted under the tag #12DaysofTaimizu.

Prologue: Its been decades since Mizu got her revenge. Lots has happened since then. Somehow she’s found herself living out what she thought was impossible. A loving husband with two kids.

But now they’re stuck in a cave. Wet. Cold. Separated from their children. Due to an intense storm overflowing the river separating the kids from their parents. It’s quiet aside from the rain. Mizu took her bun out of her hair letting her wet hair drape down her shoulder. Taigen looked at her. A rare sight of her femininity mixed with the masculinity of her clothes. Like a deity has ascended from the sky. Which gives him the idea to…

I’m trying to keep my “schedule” or “plan” or what have you as open and as flexible as possible to keep from getting all anxious about it, so expect that these days might change a little and expect stuff to pop up on most of the empty days as well– I have a lot of stuff I want to get done, I just don’t know if I will actually get any of it done, a lot is happening this month irl at work and socially etc.

Iiiiiii made a side blog for bes stuff ahead of taimizu week because I felt guilty about the level of brainrot I’m about to inundate my regular blog’s followers with/I was uncomfortable posting links to my ao3 on an account too associated with me irl.
