listened to ma cherie (w/ tetsu) for the first time yesterday
#yo it's d :)#it’s very rough around the edges and felt rushed at parts but honestly that’s very characteristic of his era as the vocalist of mm#also his pronunciation of ‘are you missing me?’ is very crisp and solid!#the hard ‘si’ in ‘missing’ really fucks w/ later versions which is due to the sound not being ‘natural’ in japanese#<- (sorry i’m a nerd)#which doesn’t make those versions worse. it’s makes them interesting!#also girl help idk what accent marks are supposed to be there#malice mizer#tagging only bc i feel like it 🤷♀️. could delete later.
