THE BOOK OF MORONI. "A Few More Things."
The final book in the Book of Mormon is called Moroni. In the vernacular, it means "moronic" because the people that ran with the Book of Mormon after the Civil War in the 19th century like the Mormons of today were total retards.
The word Moroni actually means:
Mor= myrrh
On= pillar of
I= the Island of Israel
= the House of Israel is the Pillar of Freedom.
The fukchuks all think they are reading "reformed Egyptian" which is just the English language with some pigdin in it. The strange words in the Book of Mormon along with its archicture are 100% derived from Hebrew, the kind real Jews use.
The first chapter of the final book states the final argument, "The House of Israel does not deny Christ." :
CHAPTER 1, 1-4.
Moroni writes for the benefit of the Lamanites—The Nephites who will not deny Christ are put to death. About A.D. 401–21, = 358, "perfection."
1 Now I, Moroni, after having made an end of abridging the account of the people of Jared, I had supposed not to have written more, but I have not as yet perished; and I make not myself known to the Lamanites lest they should destroy me.
2 For behold, their wars are exceedingly fierce among themselves; and because of their hatred they put to death every Nephite that will not deny the Christ.
3 And I, Moroni, will not deny the Christ; wherefore, I wander whithersoever I can for the safety of mine own life.
4 Wherefore, I write a few more things, contrary to that which I had supposed; for I had supposed not to have written any more; but I write a few more things, that perhaps they may be of worth unto my brethren, the Lamanites, in some future day, according to the will of the Lord.
The big problem all religions have with Christianity is its believers state that murder is necessary for redemption. This is a violation of the Ten Commandments and it makes no sense. The flogging and crucifixion of the Son of God were used to illustrate man cannot be taught how to be the image of God by God, He has to teach himself. And, this he will not do. To murder and rape he turns at every opportunity no matter what God says. He always finds a way and a reason.
If we agree with the First and Sixth Commandments, "I am your God, the Lord, do not kill", and wonder why the Disciples allowed the murder of Christ, then the religion of Christianity makes more sense. They did this because they were afraid of society. Nothing God can do can make us less afraid of society. Just as the Gospels say, only taking a stand will change society.
The Values in Gematria are:
v. 1: So long as man is alive he will need to struggle against people that are cruel. Of this there is no doubt. the Number is 11456, יאדהו, yabhu, "God looked into the emptiness."
v. 2: The wars are exceedingly fierce. The Number is 9236, טבגו, tabago,"you will be happy."
v. 3: Wherefore, I wander whithersoever I can for the safety of mine own life. The Number is 8596, חהטו, hatto, "sign on the note and slow down."
v. 4: But I write some more that it may be of use to the future. The Number is 16022, י״ואֶפֶסבב, One Thousand M, "who will change the millennium?"

Okay, queer reading Our Mutual Friend chapter 2. The characters most of interest to me here are Eugene and Mortimer (n.b. I'm not necessarily saying that any of these things are telling in their own right, but cumulatively they are potentially interesting) (also I ramble on unrelated points for a bit):
Eugene is introduced as "Eugene, friend of Mortimer", i.e. in his relation to Mortimer (n.b. Mortimer is, in his introductory sentence, mentioned in his relation to Lady Tippins "(a friend of his boyhood)". On my first read I assumed that Mortimer was roughly the same age as Lady Tippins, but in becomes clear at some point that he is younger; presumably she was an adult friend when he was a boy. Anyway I think this 'so-and-so is a friend of so-and-so who is a friend of so-and-so sort of shows the networking nature of the Veneering dinners, as well as sheds light on the relationships of the characters)
Eugene only speaks in response to Mortimer
We see for the first time Eugene's tendancy to speak in rhyme when he (presumably deliberately, to annoy Lady Tippins) twists the "there was an old man from Tabago" limerick (which according to google was by Edward Lear) (I don't necessarily think Eugene's tendancy towards rhyme makes him particularly queer, I just think it's a neat part of his personality and wanted to mention it)
Both Mortimer and Eugene have (but suppress) some sort of emotion (sympathy? affinity for suffering?) to the idea of someone dying for love:
"However, he married the young lady, and they lived in a humble dwelling, probably possessing a porch ornamented with honeysuckle and woodbine twining, until she died. I must refer you to the Registrar of the District in which the humble dwelling was situated, for the certified cause of death; but early sorrow and anxiety may have had to do with it, though they may not appear in the ruled pages and printed forms. Indisputably this was the case with Another, for he was so cut up by the loss of his young wife that if he outlived her a year it was as much as he did."
There is that in the indolent Mortimer, which seems to hint that if good society might on any account allow itself to be impressible, he, one of good society, might have the weakness to be impressed by what he here relates. It is hidden with great pains, but it is in him. The gloomy Eugene too, is not without some kindred touch;
Mortimer is "unable to report" on the "personal charms" of the intended bride of young Harmon:
Mrs Podsnap inquires whether the young person is a young person of personal charms? Mortimer is unable to report.
Is this because he doesn't know the young woman in question? (If he doesn't, who has spoken to her about her role in the will? EDIT: In chapter 4 it's revealed that he wrote to her.) Or does he have another reason for being "unable to report" on her personal charms? Keep an eye out for the relationship between Mortimer and this young woman...
This isn't really related to queer reading, but I suppose on a reading-for-sexuality note: Lady Tippins' "grisly little fiction concerning her lovers" is arguably sexual harassment towards Eugene, Mortimer, and any other young men involved
Also on a reading-for-sexuality note: Lady Tippins describes Eugene as "a rough Cymon at present"; see this link for an explanation of Cymon (this reference to Cymon, if anything, suggests an anti-queer reading of Eugene here)
So there's not much to sink your teeth into in terms of queer reading in this chapter, just the beginnings of hints at things: some sort of slightly unusual friendship between two young men, the responsiveness of one of those young men to the other, and the other's possible lack of interest in women.

Media Codes and Conventions
In terms of media conventions, camera angles relate to the systematic ways that cameras are placed and moved to record scenes for film, television, and other visual media. These conventions assist in expressing meaning, feelings, and viewpoints to the audience. Some common angles that we used in the video includes: Wide Shots, Close-up, Static Shots, etc.
These conventions help directors and cinematographers convey meaning, emotion, and narrative in their work. Different angles can be used strategically to influence how the audience interprets a scene.

3 Nephi, Chapter 8. 1-11. "The Tempest."
Tempests, earthquakes, fires, whirlwinds, and physical upheavals attest the crucifixion of Christ—Many people are destroyed—Darkness covers the land for three days—Those who remain bemoan their fate. About A.D. 33–34. The Value is 358, גהח, "glared."
1 And now it came to pass that according to our record, and we know our record to be true, for behold, it was a just man who did keep the record—for he truly did many miracles in the name of Jesus; and there was not any man who could do a miracle in the name of Jesus save he were cleansed every whit from his iniquity—
2 And now it came to pass, if there was no mistake made by this man in the reckoning of our time, the thirty and third year had passed away;
3 And the people began to look with great earnestness for the sign which had been given by the prophet Samuel, the Lamanite, yea, for the time that there should be darkness for the space of three days over the face of the land.
4 And there began to be great doubtings and disputations among the people, notwithstanding so many signs had been given.
5 And it came to pass in the thirty and fourth year, in the first month, on the fourth day of the month, there arose a great storm, such an one as never had been known in all the land.
6 And there was also a great and terrible tempest; and there was terrible thunder, insomuch that it did shake the whole earth as if it was about to divide asunder.
7 And there were exceedingly sharp lightnings, such as never had been known in all the land.
8 And the city of Zarahemla did take fire.
9 And the city of Moroni did bsink into the depths of the sea, and the inhabitants thereof were drowned.
10 And the earth was carried up upon the city of Moronihah, that in the place of the city there became a great mountain.
11 And there was a great and terrible destruction in the land southward.
The Book of Mormon does not laude the crucifixion as we see above. The Voice of God and His Hand reject the death of Christ on the Cross, and the earth is ravaged because of its blatant rejection of the Torah which states thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not make a graven image, thou shalt not take the Name of the Lord in vain, thou shalt keep the Sabbath Day Holy.
Each verse above contains Gematria that explain the consequences of our reverence of murder as if it could possibly be a vehicle of hope and faith:
v. 1: According to our record...the Value in Gematria is 12502, יבהאֶפֶסב , yabhafesab, "dry land is the father of peace."
We have discussed how dry land refers to the end of all bloodshed on the earth.
v. 2: The Thirty Third Year after the BOC, the Value in Gematria is 7876, זחזו, "moved by the singer" AKA the Psalter. We know God wants us to abstain from murder and be at peace not at war. This has been written down throughout the Torah, the Bible and this Book of Mormon.
v. 3: Darkness for Three Days...the Value in Gematria is 9253, טבהג, "nature." There are Three Conditions needed for Peace on Earth and Goodwill Towards Men. They are contained in the First Three Days in the Book of Genesis. Only once they are attained can we move on to the Fourth, "When the sun, moon, and stars come out". This means so long as the world is violent and ridiculous, our religions remain unproven as to their worth. See verse 4.
'v. 5: The Storm in the Thirty and Fourth Year after the BOC... the Value in Gematria is 8241, חבדא, Chabad and Habda, "An analysis of the loss." 'v. 5: The Storm in the Thirty and Fourth Year after the BOC... the Value in Gematria is 8241, חבדא, Chabad and Habda, "An analysis of the loss."
v. 6: The Terrible Thunder...the Value in Gematria is 9236, טבגו, tabago, "You will be happy!"
v. 7: Sharp Lightnings... the Value in Gematria is 5195, האטה, "slow down" = change your ways.
v. 8: The City of Zarahmela is the "place of enlightenment." the Value in Gematria is 1605, אואֶפֶסה, ufesa, "and pasa."
"The root פשה (pasa) means to spread. It occurs only in Leviticus 13 and 14, and only in connection with leprosy and similar eruptions."
v. 9: And the City of Moroni... "The Pillar of the Light of the Words of Moses"...the Value in Gematria is 4882, "pushed and pushed."
See above, there are so many restrictions placed upon the worship of murder in every religious book and religious tradition, how hard can it be to understand?
v. 10: And the earth was carried...Moronihah= "Fragrance of the Words of Moses." The Value in Gematria is 5141, האדא, the steam, hada, "repent, atone, and act with intelligence for a change."
v. 11: Destruction southward... the Value in Gematria is 4115, דאאה, dua'a, "What is known for sure, not what is opinion".
