Container lạnh là gì?  

Để tìm hiểu container là gì? Khái niệm container lạnh được giải thích như sau. Container lạnh được biết đến là một trong những loại container nhiệt, với công dụng vận chuyển, chứa hàng hoá cần đồng lạnh như rau, trái cây, thịt, sữa, thuốc, nước, vác ỉn … trong điều kiện nhiệt độ từ 30 độ C đến – 70 độ C.  

Container lạnh được duy trì bởi hệ thống nhiệt độ, độ ẩm, áp suất, gió tươi, CO2…Tùy theo từng mặt hàng cần chuyên chở, hệ thống làm lạnh này sẽ được điều chỉnh phù hợp. Hiện nay trên thị trường container lạnh được chia thành nhiều loại tương ứng với các kích thước bao gồm: 10 feet, 20 feet, 40 feet, 45 feet. 

Cấu tạo – nguyên lý vận hành  

Để hình thành nên những chiếc xe container lạnh vận chuyển hàng hóa nội địa và cả nước ngoài, mỗi xe container đều phải tuân thủ quy chuẩn cấu tạo – nguyên lý vận hành như sau:  

Chất liệu  

Container lạnh được chế tác từ bộ khung chắc chắn bao gồm cột góc, đà ngang, đà dọc với chất liệu thép CORTEN STEEL. Đây là loại kim loại có khả năng hạn chế ăn mòn với độ dày lên tới 7mm trong môi trường axit. Còn vách hông, nóc và đáy của Container lạnh lại sử dụng các loại chất liệu khác nhau sau:  

– Nhôm hoặc Inox T430 cho lớp ngoài cùng  

– PU tỷ trọng: >40kg/m3, độ dày 60mm- 80mm cách nhiệt cho lớp chính giữa.  

– Inox T304 dập sóng cho lớp trong cùng  

Cấu trúc  

Container lạnh được tạo nên từ các phần sau:  

– Vỏ thùng với đặc tính bền cao, đảm bảo khả năng vận chuyển đường dài liên tục nhờ sở hữu chất liệu từ thép Corten.  

– Phần máy lạnh gồm máy nén và thiết bị bay hơi. Phần máy này được lựa chọn từ hệ thống máy làm lạnh nhiệt độ từ các thương hiệu nổi tiếng trên thế giới như Daikin/Carrier/Mitsubishi.  

– Hệ thống ngắt nhiệt từ quạt gió tự động làm lạnh để duy trì hệ thống xe  

Phạm vi nhiệt độ  

4 loại container lạnh (10 RF, 20RF, 20HR, 40 Hr, 45 HR đều sử dụng chức năng làm lạnh thông minh từ các dòng máy của các thương hiệu uy tín STAR COOL, CARRIER hay DAIKIN. Với chức năng làm lạnh thông minh, tuỳ theo yêu cầu nhiệt độ cần bảo quản, chúng ta có thể điều chỉnh để hàng hoá được vận chuyển trong điều kiện nhiệt độ đảm bảo nhất.  

Nguyên lý vận hành  

Container được làm lạnh dựa trên sự duy trì nhiệt độ ở điều kiện nhất định. Thông thường mỗi xe sẽ có từ 5kg gas lạnh loại R134a hoặc loại R404a để nạp vào hệ thống làm lạnh. Quá trình bay hơi và ngưng tụ của khí lạnh bên trong xe container sẽ giúp hàng hóa được bảo quản ở nhiệt độ phù hợp. Tuy nhiên, để thiết bị làm lạnh đạt công suất hiệu quả, khi vận hành container lạnh, người sử dụng phải tuân theo một số nguyên tắc:  

Hàng hóa nên được đặt ở những vị trí thoảng trí, cách 1m từ tường hoặc vách ngăn để làm mát dàn ngưng tụ theo phương pháp đối lưu và có thể hứng được ánh sáng mặt trời vào ban ngày.  

Container lạnh cần phải được cắm ổ cắm theo tiêu chuẩn 32A-3h để đảm bảo tải được lượng điện cần thiết theo nhu cầu sử dụng, tránh trường hợp chập mạch do các ổ có công suất thấp. Khi khởi động, container lạnh cần nguồn điện áp  l380v/3phase/50hz hoặc 460v/3 phase/60hz và tiếp tục được duy trì theo mức ổn định tiếp đo.  

Container lạnh được thường xuyên kiểm tra và vệ sinh dàn nóng theo định kỳ từng tháng. Điều này, để đảm bảo rằng các cánh trao đổi nhiệt luôn được làm sạch, thông thoáng, đạt công suất làm lạnh cùng như tiêu thụ điện tiết kiệm nhất.

8. VR Tuned ECU Flash Tune 

To take the S85 V10 nearer to perfection, the team here at Vivid Racing made a few changes. It started with establishing a baseline and truly testing the limits of the V10, and to our pleasant surprise, it managed to put down 507chp and 384ft/lbs of torque on 91 octane in the arid Arizona heat. However, we knew BMW had left a little bit of room for improvement, and we love improvement. After brunch at the VE table, an otherwise completely factory V10 found an additional 57hp and 43ft/lbs of torque, but that wasn’t all. With our modified ignition mapping and refinement of the throttle response, this E60 felt like a completely different beast. Unfortunately, though, this is as far as we were able to get on our initial session. If you want to pull every last ounce of potential out of your S85 and our VR Tuned Flash Tune, we highly recommend the upgrade to the B&B Axle Back Exhaust and B&B Exhaust Midpipe… but only when you think you can handle it.
