After many times of trying Quang noodles, pho noodles in many ways, I found out how to make Quang noodles easily and quickly (2 minutes 1 cake) with a pan and 100% ground rice, anyone can do it successfully.

Of course, noodles and pho are only as short as the pan, not as long as the oven, and 80-90% delicious depending on the skill compared to a professional oven. This is the truth because the recipe only helps you when it is strict, when there is no sale of Quang noodles, pho, wet cake... no mold needed... but not competitive with Quang noodle oven ^__^. Because my sister opened Quang noodles.
This is my own recipe and way of doing it. Hopefully, contributing to everyone a more useful, easiest way to make Quang noodles, pho, wet cakes, reach and spread to those who need it most.
