My syngonium albo is making these green-on-green variegated leaves now and I think it looks pretty cool!

So pretty! My first Syngonium. I've been eyeing them for a while, specifically for the Pink one, but this one called out to me at Home Depot. Also got a little succulent for my smaller crochet hanger upstairs and my co-parent joined us and picked up a cactus. It's been a great weekend.

I also ordered a Chinese Evergreen for my grandmother. She used to have plants when my mom was growing up so I'm told. I figured it's a fairly easy and rewarding plant. I love her very much. I know she isn't at the end of life phase, but her kidneys are worsening and she has had a history of heart issues. That being said I will continue to keep our strong bond, especially since I don't live close.

I grow my houseplants in a semi hydro setup, in LECA.

🍃: What is a plant you find beautiful?  My mum is into gardening so I'm really lucky to have come across so many cute and wonderful plants...we live in an apartment rn...but we do have a garden in my native place. We also previously lived in a home with a garden...and my favorite ones were mostly the plants with different colored leaves (other than green) 'cause they are super attractive and trees (because mischievous me liked to climb on them and do more mischief)

I LOVE Caladium. This is a pic from the garden we had...this also inspired me to make that Neal and Peter artwork... but the one in the artwork is Syngonium...and real ones aren't that red like in the artwork...but Caladiums are really vibrant like in this pic irl too...

These are from my current home, I urged and begged my mum to buy this pink spotted one...lol...this is called the Polka Dot Plant (yeah that's the name)

It's finished! The riparian plans have been installed!

I've been waiting for a free weekend for MONTHS to put the remaining above water plants in, and the end result is GORGEOUS.

Unfortunately the purple dragons tongue really wilted between my purchasing it and the install, but I'm sure it'll bounce back and fill out that left side beautifully with that rich purple foliage.

Redid the plant room! My girls needed so badly to be spread out. Not only can I feel like they can breathe now but so can I. Sometimes you don't realize how crowded it really is until you see it not that way. I have another stand for upstairs and one for my work. So that means another couple of grow lights and.....a couple of more plants a COUPLE.
