So earlier today I was extremely bummed about being cut off from the max 30 workout with Shaun -T and then we got to taste the final five minutes or so when they opened the doors at least. In great Beachbody AND @shauntfitness style - they are doing a make up work out and I swear things always happen for a reason because LOOK HOW CLOSE WE ARE!!! Yup, Shaun will probably run through here and I cannot wait. This trainer changed my life when I started Insanity five or so years ago and he continues to change it with his positivity and inspiration, not to mention the push ups 😂 Seriously this will most likely be the best 30 minute workout I have ever experienced. Oh yes yes yes halfway there already!!! It's that time for my first ever summit as a coach! Last year I wanted to go very badly but could not swing it. I made sure this year was non-negotiable by getting the early bird ticket last summer! I saved and budgeted to take this trip. It is an investment in not only myself, but my dreams and the health of others because that's what we do - change lives through health! I'm not saying I'm perfect at this, but I have certainly focused my energy on seeing the positives in everything in my life and happening in my life. Am I exactly where I want to be? No, there are still goals to be met, things to see and people to meet. But am I on the right path towards them and enjoying every experience involved? HELL YES. This time next week I'll be enjoying OAR and JBT with @trixifirecracker AND all packed ready for my early flight the next day to Nashville with my Beachbody Coaching team to experience working out with Shaun-T and the company of amazing people with similar goals and focus in life. It's ok to take time to not feel happy, just don't let it overcome you.
