So, I was reading the Venom comic THE END again and I had a crazy fanfic idea... I'll probably never get it done, but I wouldn't mind if someone else take it, as long as they sent me the link right away :b

As a few warnings: mention of suicide and forcing someone to change their identity

In this comic we can see that Symby is able to replace Eddie's body and is also able to recreate life through the codex that is in it's own system.

Just as we also know that he is capable of changing memories as happened in the 2018 Venom comics when Eddie discovers that he never had a sister or an uncle who died of cancer and it was only an alibi for the symbiote to make him stay with them through fear.

So let's set this scene. Eddie dies. The reasons for his death are not necessary for the rest of the story, but to give an example... he suicide, maybe.

When I thought of this idea I immediately thought of Flash because, one, he is the first possible host that Symby would join after losing Eddie and two, he is a character slightly similar to Eddie physically. But I guess it can be exchanged if they find a better substitute.

I guess you're starting to see where the story is going. Symby will progressively try to turn Flash into Eddie, physically and mentally. Altering his memories and DNA to turn him into literally Eddie.

It's obviously a gradual change. Something non-invasive so that Flash won't be able to recognize it and stop it.

As the days go by he has the feeling of forgetting things and having memories that he doesn't fully recognize. Symby gaslights him by telling him that things have always been that way, and there is no reason why his memories change from one moment to the next without explanation.

After a couple of months Flash will start to have more Eddie-like behaviors, especially the symbiote will want him to manifest like when Eddie has this feeling that he wants to get away from everyone, go out to find criminals to kill and probably end up in a sewer sleeping on an old mattress.

Since Flash's change is gradual and slow, his friends and family cannot fully recognize what is happening to him, because it does not seem like a sudden change, but rather as if Flash were going through a complicated phase of his life where for some reason he feels more irritated and less friendly than usual.

I imagine Flash not being able to recognize himself in the mirror, but at the same time having forgotten who he looks like, because the symbiote wants to convince him (and itself) that the one in the mirror is Flash Thompson, and not some kind of impostor.

The story would probably end with Flash adopting his new identity as his own. Disappearing from the lives of his loved ones to adopt this lifestyle that Eddie Brock has, living day to day, thinking that, although he has allies here and there, he has no family or friends he can trust other than his other.

I guess the real happy ending would be that Flash recovers and manages to regain his true identity... but that would also ruin the entire concept that is built throughout the story :b

Flash learned to cook from Aunt May, she taught him some of her special recipes. Eddie loves these recipes but never talks about it to Flash, but his other half shares this without Eddie having to talk about it.

Eddie when he returned from a patrol, found Flash cooking and dancing in the kitchen. Both Eddie and the symbiote were enchanted by this privileged view.

The symbiote likes romantic movies and likes to try to convince Eddie to be more romantic with Flash and imitate everything the movies do. Eddie thinks this is nonsense from his significant other, and Flash likes these cliché encounters.

Ooo, this is a hard one. There are quite a few good ones out there! However... nothing will ever match Venom: Space Knight #10 for me, when Flash jumps into the execution pit to save his partner. It's just. God. It's everything to me.

And the rainbow?! Not subtle at all. Absolutely adore it.

Got inspired by Feli in a labeled post of mine and did these in an artstyle that I had originally dropped because I could only do a few different faces. Kinda surprised myself with this one. I might use this style every now and then. It'd would be nice, I really enjoyed drawing action scenes using it.

[Post Venom 3 au, after Eddie rescues Venom from the military with help from Cletus, Carnage, and Shriek...]

[*strange beeping noise*]

Eddie: Uh, why are you beeping?

Venom: Oh, that's just my partner...

Eddie: Partner?!

Venom: Oh no, I've gotta go. Flash needs me!

Eddie: Flash?!

Venom: Eddie, he's in the middle of a very important mission--I can't say, it's classified, but he'll die if I don't. Thanks for the rescue... really. All of you. [To Cletus] Uh, sorry again about the whole uh.. eating your head thing. You understand I was very hungry and needed a big brain, so...

Cletus: ...I'll take that as compliment.

Venom: You're not such a bad guy, thank you for taking care of him. [To Eddie] I'm so sorry, but, I-I gotta go.

Eddie: V, don't...

Venom [pained]: Eddie... I... goodbye.

Eddie: V, no!

[*Venom seaps into a pigeon and flies away. *]

Eddie: Who the fuck is Flash?!

[Later, Eddie stewing furiously while staring down at the veterans parade through town featuring Flash Eugene Thompson--the man of the hour ]

Cletus: ...Jealousy does not become you.

Eddie: I'm not jealous!

Cletus: Eddie, I know a murderous glare when I see one.

Eddie: Are you going to tell me to let him go? He's wearing my husband likes he's just a... a fucking Kevlar jacket.

Cletus: Oh hell no, we just gotta figure out how you're gonna win him back.

I've had this thought since yesterday, so I let my impulses get the better of me and I'm going to explain the stupid thing that went through my mind yesterday at 8:00 am >:c

How do I explain it? Well, I don't have to explain that I like Monster x Human type ships

And I was thinking of Flash Thompson, the dragon symbiote and Eddie Brock the human symbiote. This is not even a romantic situation where both share feelings, they had time for that before they died in the most inhuman ways possible. My mind went straight to the part where a huge monster destroys the inside of a human (and not with the intention of killing him, but more in terms of reproduction).

Eddie couldn't even say no, his symbiotic body can take it, you can literally shred him into little pieces and he'll just pull himself together, he can take Flash if he were a big 72 foot tall dragon, don't worry about it

I don't even know if there is a story to explain how they got to that situation. They just missed each other a lot, it's been a while since they last saw each other, now they just want to have a moment for themselves and what better way to spend time together than showing each other their new symbiotic abilities :D

I also thought that their bodies could unite and create only one and be able to disturb the other inside their body. Like one moving like a true symbiote inside the other, but not for the sole purpose of producing some kind of pleasure in the other.

but that's something I can imagine on a normal day with Symbrock or Symflash. I'm more aware of how Flash Dragon would be doing "things" with Eddie, who despite having very impressive powers still has a human form, so it would be interesting

If I could draw dragons I would be so happy, but for now I am satisfied with having shared this information that probably makes me look like a person of questionable tastes (because I am)
