Absolutely gutted about switchraft shutting down in December, I don’t know what to do with myself. It was such a meaningful, beautiful, fabulous to play game that I played constantly to help with my anxiety and cheer me up. It was the best match 3 game I’ve ever played, the gameplay was wonderful. I’m going to try and finish the story before it shuts down but I feel like I’m mourning Lovestruck all over again. It’s going to leave such a big hole in my life and I’m destroyed I only have less than two months left with it.

If anyone knows of a Switchcraft discord or wants to be friends and chat about it, feel free to lmk because the fandom feels so small and it’s hard to mourn alone 💔

Anyone else playing Switchcraft? I've been playing for just over a month and I'm caught up to the developers now. 😭 The story is just so captivating I really made an effort to play often so I could find out more and now I'm sad I don't have more to read!

I do wish they were more transparent with how many levels and chapters are available. For reference, as of today (July 5, 2021) there are 963 levels and it goes up to book 2 chapter 15.

I need more people to start playing Switchcraft, if only so that someone else can start building up the help content and community because I have been stuck on level 269 for like 3 days. It feels like I'm at the mercy of RNG to be able to get a rainbow gem and any other special gem next to each other.

I also think Wooga needs to maybe change the name of their game because Switchcraft is apparently the brand name for a line of audio equipment and its really messing with my ability to properly search for anything.

Book 2, chapter 22 updated as of September 30th! So much is being revealed!

I didn't get any screenshots, but they've updated some of the tiles including foxes and ghosts. I think I preferred the original foxes. They were just so cute! And the change for the ghosts confuses me. I'm not colour blind, but the new tiles look like they're identical. They used to be different colours and animals to tell them apart. Now they look like they're only different colours.

As of Sept 16, 2021 you can read up to book 2, chapter 21 and play up to level 1113!

After my notifications issue was resolved, I've finally clued in that they update every other Thursday. I hope this helps someone!

Also had this fun glitch. I'd love to collect the star... But where is it?? It never did turn up (though the level starts with only one on the board). Maybe it disappeared if my pieces were shuffled? No idea!

Book 3, chapter 3 is out as of November 11, 2021!

One thing in not a fan of though, the gems you get from the levels aren't enough to read the entire chapter. I guess they need to slow us down, but come on. Even if I watch the ads every day, I'm still not going to have enough.

As of Sept 2, 2021 you can read up to book 2, chapter 20 and play up to level 1089!

I think we're getting to the end of book 2 with the way things are ramping up right now!
