If children can teach each other why not us also adults to do so now and make swing dance more popular in Uganda 🇺🇬 and Africa wide. We are so happy for #Jane Nakayiza who was one of the solo dancer participated at @lindyhopchamps with #Natanvia Maria sharing Shimsham dance to fellow children at @danceadventurestudios before they perform together for the parents in Najjera slum during the Christmas party of #Dance Adventure Studio and we need to thank @atite_prisca with the team of the studio for arranging everything. This year has been so hard to everyone but again it didn't stopped us to keep sharing the love of swing in Uganda 🇺🇬. We really tried to put a lot of time and inviting different communities of swing to work with us because Swing Dance is still something new in Uganda. Our participation at @lindyhopchamps Has helped us to be recognized worldwide and we really appreciate so much @time2swing for working with us always and all other communities which accepted with those who supported us in all means to make it in the world map of swingers. Here is another opportunity for us to perform at @capcapeventiswing in Italy January 2 - 3, 2021. This is really a great move after #ILHC which we were 2nd under Children Team Showcase categories. Now follow #Your Swing to see our children representing again, it's really a great start of 2021 in advance now. We hope to do more and collaboration with international Lindyhoppers around the world because we need to promote togetherness has its what we want in the culture of Uganda 🇺🇬. We know that Covid19 situation changed the world seriously because the gathering, traveling and social distancing which we usually enjoy are all suspended but nevertheless the technology is there to make us United. Something new is coming up soon with me, as am teaching kids of Heart of Dance Rythm. This is choreography which was taught by #Markus Rosendal 😂 during the Muscle head " Solo Jazz workshop with Swedish and now I have decided to share with kids on drums in afro swing way.
