Alright, everybody! Since its the time of the year again, here's the post of 2024 in which, I wanna thank the moots who made this year amazing!

But in all seriousness, you are the friend to be held onto and I KNOW I can come to you to harrass you as well as whine my heart out!

@lavandulacosmos you know whenever a problem arises and you are in need of good vibes or just plain safety, the first place we think of is home. You have become that home for me. I dont need to talk to you everyday but I know if anything happens, you always have something for me to make it better. Whether its a quip that'll make me scowl or a heartfelt advice that would make things better, you always have smth for me.

Bestest for the finale, @wedgeantill you deserved this position like SO LONG back but well, here you are!

I dont know how the fuck we became friends but I am very glad that we did and I am so so grateful for you that I have no words to describe it. Even though we squabble more than half the time and give empty threats to each other, I know theres affection behind it and I am so happy to just see you, even tho you drive me nuts.

Its been 3 years since we met but with you, time feels like its slowed down. From lcdp gifs to personal stories, we have come a long way and I PRAY I get to thank you again next year for being with me and being there for me. Love you so much (/PLAT 😂)

And whoever is not mentioned here and sees this post, I thank you too for making this year lovely for me!

After rewatching Over the Garden Wall, I finally have some more ideas for the characters in Over the Ghost Wall/Over the Busted Wall

Dana would be Miss Langtree, the schoolteacher. Peter would be Jimmy Brown

Janine would be The Tavern Keeper maybe?

Samhain (from the show and Spirits unleashes if I remember right) would be Enoch because pumpkin heads

Ray could be Ms Daniel (the woman Greg steals the rock facts rock from)

Adelaide might be Eleanor Twitty (The Librarian)

I don’t know about who Winston, Peck and Louis would be yet… if you guys have any ideas let me know :)

Update! Thanks to @sweetieboo I found roles for Louis and Peck!

Louis is Quincy Endicott, and that one apartment neighbor from the first movie (She’s blonde, dunno if she has a name) will be Marguerite Grey

Peck’s the Highway man. He stares at you until you do something about the environment.

@sweetieboo I could’ve sworn I read somewhere that Harold shot down the idea of Janine and Egon together, but I’m having a hard time finding an exact source. I did find these bits about GB 1 & 2 from Ghostbusters: The Ultimate Visual History:

Okay so, I had a thought.

Imagine that Walter and Barbara raise some of the familiars, or at least Walt's familiar you know, like a family and so a day, Walter jr. (Yeah i'm not good at names I'm leaving it like that) goes to Walter to ask him out of curiosity how did he invite Barbara to a first date, and of course, Walter starts the story with something like “Well, all started when I convinced your aunt Nomura to not raise charges against your older brother for breaking into the museum at night when he was 16”.

Or, in an another very fun tought, had to explain that a)He didn't, technically Barbara invited him and b) she make him choose between a coffee, dinner or an appendectomy.
