6. Have they ever ended their relationship and come back together after some time?

nope! vivienne and taashath never had a "traditional" relationship; there was no obvious shift from their friendship turning into them being romantically involved. from the end of trespasser and onwards, they were constantly at each other's side- for vivienne, having taashath so close at hand is a comforting reassurance and a political shield, and for taashath, vivienne's healing ability is nearly the only thing keeping the effects of the anchor at bay. this mutual reliance made them closer than they ever were in inquisition, and they never really seperate after this point. physically they're apart at times, though its never for long.

,,, until the end of datv in one specific au timeline where taashath and solas both end up in the fade. taashath dissappears for the final big fight and its left to dorian to tell vivienne what happened.

7. Has there ever been any sort of betrayal within the relationship that they've had to overcome?

in the specific timeline mentioned above, kind of! taashath left for the final fight against elgar'nan fully accepting that it would likely kill her. she's weak; she hasn't been in her prime since the early days of the inquisition, and the anchor has only weakened her further. she left knowing she likely wouldn't be making it back to vivienne. but then she lives through the fight with lusacan. she lives through rook's fight with elgar'nan. there was a chance for her to come home despite every odd stacked against her, and yet, she rejected it in order to drag solas into the fade with her after rook mortally wounds solas with the lyrium dagger. he would of died otherwise. she wasn't ready to let him go.

in taashath and vivienne's canon timeline, the answer is also yes, and it ALSO still involves solas. she brings his ass back home with her. solas isn't happy about it. vivienne isn't happy about it. it results in a weird dynamic between the three of them where vivienne and taashath are together while solas and taashath still have this weird tension between them from their brief situationship during inquisition and the 10 Years taashath has been hunting him down. vivienne wanted that man dead and he's. not. and now he's constantly in her proximity. vivi and taashi do work through it but solas is constantly on the thinnest ice possible with vivienne

8. What is one sweet gesture that they do for each other on a regular basis?

vivienne washes and braids taashath's hair. it's a long, involved process given just how much hair taashath has, and it's one of vivienne's favorite ways to wind down after stressful days away from her. it also gives vivienne an excuse to be close to taashath and look her over without outright saying she's worried about her. at a certain point taashath can't easily wash her own hair anymore (she's only got one hand and the anchor leaves her tired), and vivienne is happy to do it for her.

for taashath, she ends up becoming one of vivienne's extremely few personal connections outside of the game. she's there to remind vivienne to rest, to take a break, that a certain distance from orlais' bullshit politics is healthy for her. she's the one who pushes vivienne to stay in contact with others like dorian and the iron bull, to make friends and not just finicky allies. she's also there to coax vivienne into bed when she decides vivienne's been working too hard for too long. it is a trap btw. vivienne agrees to rest and she wakes up with a 7'5 qunari girlfriend on top of her. she's stuck in bed til taashi frees her lol
