encountered a group of firefighters at the grocery store and felt very gay inspired and now i've decided that in addition to being a stagehand and a bookstore clerk, Rhys is also a volunteer firefighter
see it makes sense because he has trauma related to fire that he's trying to work out and also he would excel at dealing with the kids who want to ride in the fire engine
