Deltarune exists on Steam and Switch now so I doubt most people playing it are downloading it from the surveyprogram site or dealing with the installer. Also they probably know what Deltarune is before they start it now, so even if they did go through the surveyprogram method of installation, the "what the fuck is going on" feeling will be missing
