Holden HSV GTSR W1 Maloo, 2017. One of only 4 HSV W1 utes ever made is being auctioned in Australia. Holden Special Vehicles made 275 examples of the GTSR W1 Commodore saloon but decided there wasn’t a business case for the 2-door ute version. However four W1 pick-ups were made for “HSV’s inner circle”. Bidding for the 636hp 6.2-litre supercharged LS9 V8 powered pick-up is currently at $695,000

Gasratz Customs Cruise Night is Back in SoCal for 2019!
Few things are more synonymous with Southern California car culture than a traditional cruise-in. Ever since vehicles have been around, enthusiasts have flocked to parking lots of local restaurants like animals to a watering hole – except it’s less about the food and more about the people and the machines they drive. Of course there are the iconic cruise-ins like Bob’s Big Boy in Burbank and Ruby’s Diner in Redondo Beach, but lately it seems more and more are popping up all over SoCal. Just last year, a new cruise night started up at the In-N-Out on the corner of Hawthorne Blvd. and Del Amo Blvd. every Thursday night from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., and now that we’ve sprung forward, it’s back! It has already proved to attract a good variety of cars ranging from patina-clad cruisers to ground pounding Pro Street cars and everything in between, giving any passersby plenty to gawk at.
Jeremy Anderson took home one of the handmade awards at the first meet of 2019 with his absolutely stellar 1961 Bel Air Bubbletop.
As a huge fan of both In-N-Out and car shows, this weekly gathering has quickly become one of my personal favorite shows to attend in all of Los Angeles. This event will take place every week up until November 14th of this year giving you plenty of chances to make it out. So if you find yourself with nothing to do on a Thursday night in the South Bay area, maybe you should cruise on out to Torrance for a Double-Double with fries and some eye candy for dessert. For now, just take a look through this gallery and see what you missed at the 2019 season opener.
HOT ROD Garage host Lucky Costa frequents the show with one of his various rides. He brought his Magnuson surpercharged 1966 “ChevHELL” out for week one of the 2019 season.
Check them out @gasratz.customs on Instagram for the latest updates and photos from the show each week!
Mike Perez brought out his whole family in a beautiful 1963 Chevy wagon that ended up taking home the second of two awards that regular attendee @trpledeuces makes by hand each week.
Enrique Perez regularly shows up in this LS1 swapped Toyota Corolla that always attracts a ton of attention at the show.
There’s a little bit of everything at this show, so come on out and show off your car or simply just take a look around. You won’t regret it!
