Transing your gender in DnD

Most of this rambling comes from thinking about how trans people exist in Baldur's Gate and in DnD logistically speaking. Like yeah you can use disguise self but I'm all about the aesthetics baby! HRT can easily be explained via alchemy. If there's a potion that makes you invisible, there's a potion that definitly acts as HRT. Hell, estrogen and mtf hrt is usually taken by mouth. There is testosterone gels you rub into your skin. Potion of Masculinity/Femininity/Androgeny. It's so easy.

Surgery was something I thought about a little futher. Again, yeah, I'm sure you can use magic to poof your unwanted body parts into the astral plane but personally! I love top surgry scars. I love my top surgery scars and I wouldn't be me without them. I'm sure theres some wizard doctor out there that probably does crazy body mod surgeries for fun. I may or may not be making a DnD OC that reflects this. But if we got people who can LITERALLY RAISE THE DEAD, I'm sure there's SOME wizard out there who's willing to do some wizard bottom surgery. Anyways! Be transgender!
