embracing small victories by still flying high on the fact that my dr reviewed my bloodwork and said that my thyroid is “perfect” bc my med for that is working, proving that getting a good grade in hypothyroidism IS both reasonable to want and possible to achieve

#sure ur bloodwork is ‘fine’ but r u a ‘pleasure to have in the office’???#<— I fully radiate ‘kid who teachers liked but failed all their most important classes’ energy even in my thirties and I admit it #further proved by the fact that in addition to My Perfect Thyroid I got put on a prescribed vit b complex and my prescribed vit d dose got #raised to literally 5000. it says 5000 on the bottle. that seems like a lot.#‘perfect thyroid but dangerously vitamin deficient’ feels a lot like ‘pleasure to have in class but needs help focusing on the work’
