Anyways siren bonding with orcas, sharks, remora, etc is pretty common, although it’s only ever in a friendly way. As much as i’d like to blame bdubs because that description is hilarious, ethos just generally a weirdo when it comes to being a siren. Siren aren’t a social species, after mating they go their separate ways. Etho and bdubs sharing any type of connection is unprecedented, not just because bdubs is human, but because affection doesn’t exist normally for siren. Honestly it makes him pretty confused/distressed. He’s also a weirdo because of his rlly low libido and general disinterest in other siren. my ace spec king 🫶
