Happy #FlowFriday everyone! I was going to post a new video today but I felt a little photogenic instead. How is everyone doing during this quarantine? What are you guys doing to try and pass the time? Do you have a daily routine that helps ease the tension of this pandemic? I know this isn't easy for everyone. I know many people that suffer just like me with mental illnesses, and at times like this, we sometimes suffer more then usual. Just know YOU ARE NOT ALONE! I've been doing everything I possibly could do, to have no idle time. From listening to music and making as much content as possible, toplaying video games, reading books, and building my model kits. I've really got to know myself during all of this. Fortunately for me before all of this I was able to start going to therapy and getting the proper help I need to better myself. Granted these over the phone therapy sessions the last few weeks kinda suck, but something is better then nothing. One thing I've learned is to constantly STAY POSITIVE AND DO POSITIVE THINGS. YOU CREATE YOUR OWN HAPPINESS. Many people have told me this before but I was so clouded. It sounds cliche, but I can see clearly now. So go and MAKE YOUR HAPPINESS! I've been trying to figure out a original name for the longest. I really enjoyed "Flow" as a name. But I realized today, that their is a "Flow" already. @uvflow You guys should check him out!
