This is a protective ask. It encourages you to check whether you really want to answer the asks beneath yet. Be good to yourself, you do good work for all of us <3
Thank you, anon. <3
sick of feeling like queer spaces seem to expect masculine people to be protectors and supporters without ever expecting to have to give us protection and support too. it's always how trans mascs can be allies to trans femmes and never the other way around. it's what about the scary trans man in the women's bathroom and little discussion of the threat we are under in these scenarios. it's always use your masculinity to protect me, but nobody can give without receiving. support and protection are features of community and community needs to be at least somewhat mutual. I refuse to constantly put myself in danger to protect someone who sees my suffering simply as an inherent duty of my presentation. let me be butch and slow and gentle for a change. let me be scared and held please.
I'll hold you. It's okay. You don't have to put yourself in danger to be a man, I promise.
people love love love to be blatantly misogynistic towards trans men/mascs and be like "well actually its subversive because he's a man! teehee!" was it subversive when i got told to shut up because i was the only women present (post coming-out) was it subversive when i got told i had to wear a dress to show off my feminine figure (post coming-out) was it subversive when i got called shrill mid-argument (post-coming out) was it subversive when nobody except me would clean the communal areas in the flat because i "did it so well" (post coming-out) was it subversive when i had my music taste made fun of when i was a 13 year old girl? is it subversive now that im a 20 year old trans guy? am i not the same person? is it subversive when people talk about trans men the same way people talk about teenage girls. is talking about teenage girls like that subversive if they come out as trans men later. or is it maybe a little different?
I'm sorry anon, you deserve so much better.
This discourse is always so fucking bizarre because IRL I'll be hanging out with trans women, getting fun updates from my friend on how her E dosage is going and her first foray into wired bras, spending time with the only other transmasc I know IRL at a 'women + nonbinary people' event because that's literally the only queer space near us intended for transmascs, and it's just incredibly obvious people perpetuating this discourse don't go outside
touching grass is vital
The shortest line joke reminds me of the fact that when I was more femme presenting & the women's toilets were blocked off, I went into the men's bathroom and a man went 'Ah! You scared me' and I was like at last, I am the threat <3 I haven't tested to see what will happen if I go to the men's bathroom now that I've started getting weird looks from women from being in theirs. Probably more of the same. It's hard out here being a bathroom liberation free the nipple communist
so true
i spent an hour arguing with a TRF and i'm exhausted. there's a reason i have a boundary with myself about getting into discourse. i don't know how you do it, but thank you for doing it from those that can't <3
I do what I must because I can <3
oh and then the same person said she think its funny to call trans men ‘birthday boys’… i neeeeed to mock and infantilise all trans men because a couple of them disagreed with me!
context
if someone treats you that way call them a slur back until they stop
(do not do that)
Yo it hit me over the head just now- i think there's a large portion of transfems who never did any gender work beyond their own. Like the running joke of 'of course every guy secretly wants to be a girl'; I'm not sure they can conceptualize us wanting to be masculine for any reason so there has to be some sort of 'ulterior motive'
Correct, though stupid selfish assholes with the same lack of comprehension or desire to comprehend the experiences of others come in all kinds.

Under Your Spell - Part 4
Good morning my loves!
The 4th and final part is here! See the warnings and the undying love share of my fellow Goosecord below before you proceed <3
A/N: Find previous parts here
As I said initially, approach with caution; as per usual it’s an 18+ NSFW but on top of that this one has a stalker warning, some voyeurism and also got a tad violent. it’s not TOTALLY Dead Dove, Don’t Eat but it toes that line, so if that’s not for you, just don’t okay?
I can’t post without giving credit where credit is due; this thing took on a life of it’s own and if it weren’t for @ken-dom and @travelerwashere it wouldn’t be what it is; I can’t thank you both enough for your constant support and inspiration (at all hours of the night) and keeping me from spiraling down the anxiety rabbit hole you both know I tend to lose myself in <3
Title credit goes to my fellow Goosecord compadre @webbo0, and he also gets credit for the “If you know me irl and you saw this…no you didn’t (you know who you are xD)
Enjoy babes <3
The man in the red Cadillac hadn't stayed long after that. You had redressed long enough to usher him out the door and go to bed yourself.
The next morning, earlier than he's sure you'd prefer, a worker was outside your house, repairing the damaged wire.
By early afternoon you had power restored and were sitting at your vanity in your bra and panties doing your makeup.
He watched intently as you put your lipstick on before standing and slipping into the dress you'd had on the night before.
He tipped his head curiously as he pieced it together. You were going on a date…. probably with him.
Sure enough, ten minutes later that red Cadillac pulled into your driveway and you bounded down your front steps to meet him. Couldn't even come to the door to pick you up, he scoffed irritated. You deserved better.
Over the course of the week he watched this pathetic excuse of a man pick you up night after night and by Saturday night his chest was tight with rage. This man didn't deserve your attention, didn't deserve the effort you were putting in.
Tonight he'd had enough. He yanked his boots on, not even bothering to tie them as he stomped out his front door, down the stairs and across the lawn before storming up your front steps, fist thudding hard against the heavy wooden door.
The door opened and you were saying something he hadn't heard as he let himself in, kicking the door shut forcefully with his foot and grabbing you by then arms, thrusting you against the wall, he felt your feet slip out from under you, not expecting the intrusion, you gasped as your back made contact with the hard plaster before you breathed a laugh.
You were laughing?
He clenched his jaw squeezing your arms harshly; pulling you off the wall and shoving you roughly through your bedroom door. You stumbled as he forced you backwards, throwing you down on your bed, his knee forcing your legs apart under your dress as he knelt over you, mattress sinking under his weight, leaning forward, your chest rising and falling as you breathed hard as he trapped you under him, your eyes fixed on him.
Neither of you spoke for a beat before you chuckled again.
"Took you long enough" you whispered
That heat of rage creeping through his body as his hand slid around your neck, he had flown out of the house in such a fury he hadn't even put gloves on. He squeezed and you tipped your head back, extending your neck with a low hum.
His nose brushed your cheek as he breathed against your skin. His free hand disappearing up the skirt of your dress as your thighs squeezed hard around his knee.
His fingers blindly curling around the thin fabric of your panties, pulling hard, the tearing of fibres loud in the quiet room.
You were wet on his fingers making him moan low in the back of his throat. He squeezed your throat harder and you squirmed under him.
"Mine" he growled through clenched teeth, as he thrust two fingers into your cunt. A strangled scream and a breathless gasp as your lungs tried desperately to take in more air than he would allow as you arched off the mattress.
He thrust his fingers as you bucked your hips, "Say it" he demanded, releasing his grip on your throat as he shifted to kick his boots and jeans off.
You gasped, finally able to breathe and nodded. "Yes"
He pulled his fingers from inside you, both hands grabbing the neck of your dress, fingers curling against the warm flesh of your chest before he pulled hard, ripping the thin fabric right down the middle, exposing your body to him…you weren't wearing a bra…
He yanked his t-shirt off, throwing it over the side of the bed. "Say it," he repeated before dipping between your cleavage, biting harshly before sucking your nipple into his mouth, your moan of pleasure above him as he felt your fingers push through his hair.
"I'm yours" you whispered
He moaned loud as he traded sides, his hands sliding over every inch of you he could touch. His mouth devouring everything he could reach.
“I have a confession to make” you swallowed hard, catching your breath. He stopped his assault on your mid-section, lifting his head just enough to make eye contact with you. You were biting your bottom lip looking back. He didn’t say anything, just waited.
You forced another swallow “That-that journal entry…” you stammered, it was the first time he’d seen you at a loss for words; were you…afraid? “It was a lie”
He sat up as he processed your words; you sat up too, your hands sliding down his bare arms as he balanced his weight. “What?”
“I knew you’d read it,” you whispered “I knew you were watching me, I-” you stopped blinking a few times before dropping your eyes from under his scrutiny “I- I didn’t…it didn’t” you licked your lips “It never happened”
He sat back on his heels slightly before he backhanded you hard and fast across the side of your face. Your hand instinctively flew to your already reddening cheek to stop the sting, eyes only leaving his briefly when you squeezed yours shut for a second.
You sighed hard through your nose before dropping your hand. “If you’re going to slap me around, at least do it right” Your voice was low and even as you leaned to pull something from the drawer on your night stand.
You threw a pair of gloves between you; his gloves.
He looked from the brown leather, back at you; eyes dark.
“What?” you scoffed “You think you’re the only one who can pop the lock on a patio door?”
You had been in his house…”When?”
“This afternoon,” you answered simply “They were on your dresser…in your bedroom”
How had he not noticed them missing? Because of you. He had been so engrossed in you he hadn’t even fucking noticed.
“You were in the shower” your voice that same low even tone “Covered in blood; and judging by the look of you,” your eyes raking over his naked form “Not yours”
This was it, this was going to be your breaking point; he had no explanation or reasoning for it that wouldn’t send you running screaming. He picked up the gloves sitting between you, blood spatter still on the backs.
“What’s wrong?” You asked, fluttering your eyelashes as he looked back at you “Are you feeling a little vulnerable?” You asked, the menace was thick in your words “A little violated maybe?”
He didn’t answer, just pulled one glove on, buttoning the back before pulling on the other and doing the same.
“Did you kill somebody?” You asked the question as if it didn’t come with a loaded answer; an answer he was certain you already knew.
There was no point in lying so he just nodded “Yes”
There was no fear in your eyes when he spoke the truth; in fact he swore you had perked up at the prospect.
“Are you going to kill me?”
You asked so pointedly he almost hadn’t known what to say; what a stupid thing to ask of course he would never hurt you; not really.
He just shook his head “No”
“Can I trust you?” You asked softly, moving from your current position to kneel on all fours in front of him, your noses practically touching as he knelt forward, you stood your ground, your lips practically on his at this point.
“No” He whispered and you immediately closed the gap, your tongue invading his mouth and tangling with his; a now gloved hand gripping the back of your neck harshly, pulling you against him as the tatters of your dress and panites were cast aside.
You broke the kiss first, chest heaving with the effort it was taking just to breathe, your face flush and lips red and swollen; making his cock twitch painfully between his legs. This turned you on, being watched, being in danger, being with him.
“Hit me again” you sat back on your heels again, pressing your lips together “Please?”
He scoffed with a laugh; but moved to close the distance you had created and slapped you hard across the other cheek hard enough to knock you off balance. Taking advantage, his other arm wrapped around your waist, roughly pulling you on your back , your head hitting the headboard before landing on the pillows underneath. He gathered both your wrists in one gloved hand, pinning them over your head. Your legs no longer trapped under you, spread around him as the leather clad fingers of his free hand slid up your torso making you shiver before his hand stopped, hovering over your throat.
“Do it” you whispered and he immediately shook his head.
“I wanna hear you first”
One hand still squeezing your wrists together, the other reached between you to guide himself inside. He sank into you with ease, a long loud moan as you arched off your bed as much as the restraint over your head would allow, your legs locking around his back, forcing him deeper still as he took a sharp breath in through his teeth.
“Fuck,” you gasped “Move, you gotta move” you grit your teeth
He rolled his hips and you moaned, trying your best to meet his thrusts in your current state wasn’t easy. He relished having you like this, wrapped around him, completely at his mercy, putty in his hands. His hips keeping a hard steady rhythm; filling your small bedroom with your desperate needy cries until his hand closed around your throat, cutting off your voice, fingers sinking into the tender flesh of your neck, your eyes slipping closed, throat pressing against his palm as you leaned into his touch.
“Look at me” He moaned breathlessly, before your eyes opened and you quivered underneath him. Keeping his hand heavy on your throat, he leaned closer, making you moan as he stretched you to your limit.
You tried desperately to trap his lips with yours but he kept himself just out of reach, only allowing his lips to brush against yours as he spoke “I want you to cum” he whispered; a silent cry from you as his hand stayed firm on your throat. “I want you to cum all over my cock, understand?”
You nodded as much as your position would allow until he released his hold and your lungs filled with air
“Do you understand?” he asked again, your body quaking under him
“Yes” your voice was hoarse and your throat was dry making you sound absolutely haggard.
“Yes what?” He asked squeezing a little harder
“Yes, sir” the words barely audible as you started to unravel right before his eyes
“I can’t hear you” He spoke almost too loudly with a harsh snap of his hips making you writhe with a loud moan “Yes. What.”
“Sir!” you practically screamed “Yes, Sir, God, p-please don’t” Your breath hitched with each pointed thrust of his hips “Please don’t stop” you begged.
Your voice cracking as your orgasm rocked through your entire body; your cries of sheer pleasure swallowed by his mouth as his lips sealed over yours; his hand closing around your neck once more, squeezing hard…too hard as he spilled inside you.
You tensed under him, your body struggling more the longer he denied you oxygen. Your legs dropping from around him as you tried to find any sort of leverage off the soft mattress, your heels not able to find purchase as they dug into the sheets. You had started to panic now, your wrists struggling to free themselves from his grip. You whimpered helplessly against his mouth. He had pulled out from inside you, straddling your hips, pinning you under him completely.
He broke your kiss, but his hand still pressed firmly on your neck. Silent screams as your eyes pleaded; you had started to give up, losing the strength as the seconds ticked by.
“I told you, you couldn’t trust me” he whispered before releasing his hold on your windpipe
You gasped finally able to breathe as circulation returned to your body. He had expected that little stunt to be enough to push you over the edge, scare you off, make you realize he wasn’t a good person. Instead, you said something else, something he hadn’t expected.
“You don’t scare me” your vocal chords were strained as you spoke “Killed people or not”
He finally released your wrists and you dropped your arms with a groan “If you were going to kil me you would have done it by now”
“Maybe I’m just biding my time”
You shrugged “Guess I’ll find out”
***
He climbed behind the wheel of the car, fingers flexing under the leather gloves as he slid a pair of sunglasses up his nose, rolling a little faster than he intended going over the speedbump at the end of the street, the contents of the trunk thumping loudly; a quick glance in the rearview mirror before turning his attention back to the road in front of him.

Okay I'm so sorry if this is inappropriate please feel free to ignore but since you mentioned it on your blog
I'm also a g cup and I haven't found a not-proper-bra that's supportive enough would you mind sharing your secrets?
hi!!! uh i just kinda wear sports bras and any type of padded brassiere thing that's tightly elastic if that makes sense? i fucking hate wired bras with a passion, they hurt and they show through t-shirts and ugh i cannot stand them.
so yeah padded brassieres are my best friends, especially if they have a lot of fabric under the boobage area, like they don't stop right under the cup.
things like this ⬆️ tend to be okay in my experience :)
and for less underboob sweat i recommend a lace finish ❤️
the lacy ones are truly my favourite bc they hold in place but your skin still gets to breathe. i'd say it's worth trying out in any case! 😊
#not inappropriate i have zero boundaries i'll talk about anything#<3#rain.asks#we may not have the same proportions so this may not work for you#but give it a shot!!#i also wear binders sometimes but idk if that's what you were looking for lol

hey Idk if this is the correct place to ask this question but I feel really confused and idk anyone else who can help.... so recently I have been feeling really really conscious about how my upper body looks. I have breasts which are not exactly small. I would really like to wear backless tops and stuff but I never could cuz im really conscious.
I just have some questions related to bras and breast health. Do you by any chance know any good resource I could check out? These are some of my questions just for context-
Is it healthy to wear a bra regularly 24/7? Is it unhealthy to not wear it continuously?
If there are any exercises or stuff I can do to make them look better? Sorry if this was awkward!!
Hi!
I personally don't know any resources specifically about this, but if I find them, I'll definitely share them here. For now, some thoughts from my end:
About the first question, it really depends on individual factors. For eg, if you only feel comfortable when you are wearing a bra (because for some people back/neck pain is very common when your chest is not properly supported), then feel free to wear a bar.
But it's best to wear a comfortable bra, like a sports bra, then something with a under wire or even a cup because those can get uncomfortable when you wear them for too long. Also, regardless of the kind of bra you wear and how long you wear, please use the correct size. If it's too small, then that can make things uncomfortable and painful too.
If you are someone who wears a bra 24/7, do try to take it off when you can, especially when you go to sleep.
But again, it really depends on your health, weight and what you're comfortable with. There is no rule about whether you should or shouldn't wear a bra all the time.
About the second one, it depends on what 'better' means for you. There are tons of exercises online to 'reduce breast size' but those are easier said than done, because similar to any other part of the body, to reduce the weight in your chest, you need to reduce your overall weight too, otherwise, it's not sustainable.
But if you are self-conscious about your upper body, look for exercises that focus on your core and back. There are lots of core exercises including planks and push-ups. I don't think I can recommend specific exercises for you without knowing the limits of your body.
I'd recommend looking up 'core exercises for beginners' on platforms like YouTube. I find these tutorials very useful. Try out some of the exercises there and pick out the ones that you can do. Usually doing 10-15 reps as a beginner is great, but know your own limit and keep pushing it.
I hope this helps and I hope you feel better x

Adventures in... lingerie making?
Yeah so at some point I thought, you know what I'm going to do instead of studying for my finals? Bra sewing. So I took a deep dive into bra patterns, underwires, lace and elastic.
There are a few patterns so many people rave about online, the Harriet bra, the Black Beauty bra, the Marlborough bra etc. There are so many small pattern companies specialised in lingerie patterns and it was a little intimidating when choosing one. They're also not cheap. A bra pattern is easily 15-20$ and I get why, but I'm a little cheap when it comes to patterns. This is however not a project I wanted to draft my own cups for. The Maya bra is a free pattern, but it's not a style of bra I wear often.
I don't have big boobs (I wear a 65D/30D) and like, a lot of the home-sewing bra patterns offer a lot of coverage and support. Which is great! But it's not what I wanted. So when I saw this nice plunging/push-up bra pattern, and people online were like "it's not a beginner friendly, buy when you have some bra-making experience" I went like "that sounds like a perfect pattern for me, a beginner". Of course I bought the paper pattern of the Merckwaerdigh PBH30. And the Cambia bra pattern because it intrigued me.
Then it was time to get lost in all the kinds of elastics and fabrics I would need. I caved and just bought a bra kit; shipping prices can variable and I didn't like the kits the Dutch sites offered. I did however like this black lace set by smallbobbins.be.
And then I started on a test bra, made out of some cotton voile and purple lace and lycra I had in my fabric stash. I had such a hard time with the instructions; even though they're available in mine and Merckweardigh's native language, this pattern is very... ehm brief in the instructions. Thank the gods for the wayback machine and clothing engineer's tutorial on how to insert the removable padding pocket. After that things made way more sense, but I still wrote my own instructions + illustrations (message me if you're interested). I decided halfway through my mock up, that I felt confident enough and that I would make a 'mock up' out of the bra set. I used a different piece of bra tule that was included (it was a shade lighter). The cup pieces were so small that I suspected I could make at least 2 bra's out of it if I threw some strap elastic, rings and sliders in that I already had in my stash. I ripped the hook and eye closure of a too small bra and reused it.
I made the B70, like the measurements table told me to do. I allowed myself some experimenting with a one-piece lace cup fabric (not my fave look). It went pretty well! Until I used a zigzag stitch to topstitch the power mesh to the picot elastic and the black thread on the beige power mesh showed all the missed stitches of my machine. It's not pretty at all. I hate ripping out seams that are positioned well, but I do want to redo this after I do some much needed maintenance and timing management on my machine, before I start zigzagging my 'official' version of the bra.
The wires, even though they're push up wires, are a little too big, but I've ordered shorter ones.
To mine and everybody's surprise, (no really, I was really surprised), the cups are... too small? Yeah not sure how that happened. I might be on my period, but even those measurements fall neatly in the "84-86 cm" measurement for the B70 cup. I'm not totally spilling over, but it's noticeable enough that some of my breast tissue is not in the cup before I did the swoop. Adding the little padding 'cookies' for some volume is making the problem a little worse. So I guess that means I'm making a C70 for my 'official' bra.

It's really funny that like, every lingerie ad has the models blatantly wearing the wrong size or a bad fit for their breast shape. No wonder so many women go through life in constant pain because of their bras if THIS is the image they're comparing themselves to.
Here's the truth I learned when bra shopping this year and getting measured by a professional at a small local lingerie store: bras aren't supposed to hurt. They're not supposed to pinch or twist. When they're fitted and put on properly, you can barely feel them except for the support they give.
You shouldn't have breast tissue spilling out the sides or bottom (THIS IS NOT ARMPIT FAT LIKE I'D BEEN LEAD TO BELIEVE). If it's the right size and still painfully digging in or gapping, you probably have the wrong style for your breast shape.
You CAN wear a different cup size between standard underwire, wire-free, and push-up bras because wire-free and push-up cup your breasts differently than standard underwire.
Juicy cleavage has much more to do with your natural breast shape than their size or your bra style. I'm a DD and can only achieve mild cleavage with a push-up bra. Other women can get full cleavage with a C-cup and a plain t-shirt bra. It just depends how much of your breast tissue is centered on your chest, so DON'T let ads lie to you about magic expensive bras.
Don't get measured at Nordstrom. The girl there was obviously not trained well and had me in a painful C-cup, telling me that having tissue escaping out the sides and bottom was "just normal for big girls!" It isn't. The ladies at the actual lingerie store I went to after that were appalled by that statement. Every woman, no matter her breast size, breast shape, or weight, deserves a comfortable and supportive bra that fits her.

How to Wear Lingerie as Daywear — The Hottest Fashion Trend
The Trend of Wearing Lingerie as Daywear
The trend of wearing lingerie as daywear has gained popularity in recent years, with many fashionistas and celebrities showcasing this style on runways and red carpets. It involves incorporating lingerie pieces, such as bralettes, corsets, and bodysuits, into outfits that are meant to be seen in public, rather than just as undergarments. This trend blurs the lines between lingerie and ready-to-wear fashion, allowing for more creativity and individual expression in personal style. When done tastefully, wearing lingerie as daywear can be a chic and daring way to add interest and edge to an outfit.
Why Lingerie as Daywear is a Great Option for Summer
Adding lingerie to your Spring or Summer outfit can be a great option for a few reasons:
Lighter Fabrics: Spring and Summer weather is usually warmer than Fall or Winter, which means you can opt for lighter fabrics that are perfect for pairing with your outfit. Sheer lingerie, delicate lace, breathable mesh, and silky satin are all great options that won’t leave you feeling overheated. For example, see through lingerie can be used in many different ways and under/over items you already have in your wardrobe.
Layering Opportunities: Weather can be unpredictable, with chilly mornings and warmer afternoons. Wearing classy lingerie as daywear allows for layering options that can help keep you comfortable throughout the day. For example, you can layer a bodysuit under a blazer or lace lingerie under a sweater.
Versatile Style: Wearing lingerie with your outfit allows for versatile styling options that can be dressed up or down. You can wear a lace bodysuit or teddy lingerie with a pair of jeans and sneakers for a casual daytime look, or dress it up with a skirt and heels for a night out.
Choosing the Right Lingerie
Selecting the right lingerie to wear is crucial to achieving a stylish and tasteful look. Here are some things to keep in mind when selecting the best womens intimates to go with your outfit.
Comfort: Lingerie that is meant to be worn as undergarments may not be comfortable or practical for wearing outside. When selecting lingerie to wear as daywear, it’s important to choose pieces that are comfortable and functional, such as a wire free bralette or a lace bodysuit that stays in place and provides support.
Appearance: The lingerie you choose should complement your outfit and enhance your overall style. Consider the color, cut, and fabric of the lingerie to ensure it matches your outfit and creates a cohesive look.
Confidence: Wearing lingerie as daywear can be a bold fashion choice, and choosing the right lingerie set can help boost your confidence. Select pieces that make you feel good about yourself, whether that’s revealing more with a sheer bodysuit and a sexy bra or being more conservative with a corset and blazer.
Pairing Lingerie with Clothing
When pairing lingerie with different types of clothing, it’s important to consider the occasion, the level of modesty, and your personal style. With the right pairing, lingerie can be a stylish and empowering addition to any outfit.
Pair a lace bodysuit, or lace lingerie, with high-waisted jeans or a skirt for a chic and feminine look. Add a denim jacket or blazer to make the outfit more appropriate for daytime.
Wear a corset top with a pencil skirt or wide-leg pants for a sophisticated and sexy look. Add a statement necklace or earrings to complete the outfit.
Wearing babydolls with black slacks or jeans and a jacket is another cute look that can be achieved with minimal effort.
Layer a bralette under a t-shirt or sweater for a trendy and effortless look. Add high-waisted jeans or a skirt for a casual daytime outfit, or pair with a blazer and trousers for a more formal look.
Wear a silk slip dress under a turtleneck or long-sleeve shirt for a classic and elegant look. Add heels and statement jewelry to elevate the outfit for a special occasion.
Pair a sheer mesh top or see through lingerie with a bralette or bandeau top and high-waisted pants or a skirt for a daring and edgy look. Add a leather jacket or blazer to make the outfit more wearable for daytime.
Accessorizing
Accessories can add the perfect finishing touch to any outfit. Here are some tips on how to accessorize your lingerie and some recommendations for jewelry and accessories that work well with this fashion trend:
Layering: Layering jewelry can add depth and dimension to your outfit. Consider pairing a delicate necklace with a statement choker or layering multiple bracelets with your lingerie for a layered look.
Statement pieces: If you’re wearing a simple lingerie piece, such as a bralette, consider adding a statement accessory to elevate the look. A bold necklace or oversized earrings can add interest and draw attention to the outfit.
Shoes: Shoes can also be a great accessory to pair with your outfit. Consider wearing strappy heels or ankle boots to elongate your legs and add a touch of sophistication to your outfit.
Scarves: Scarves can add a pop of color or texture to your outfit, especially if you’re wearing a sexy body suit. Consider a silk scarf or a chunky knit scarf for added warmth and style.
Accessorizing lingerie requires an attention to detail and a good sense of style. With the right jewelry and accessories, you can elevate your lingerie outfit to the next level.
Where to wear your lingerie?
There are a variety of occasions and events where wearing lingerie with your outfit is appropriate and can make a statement. Here are some suggestions:
Night out: Lingerie is a great option for a night out with friends. Pair black lingerie with a skirt or jeans and heels for a chic and sexy look.
Music festival: Sexy intimates can be a fun and daring option for music festivals. Wear a bralette with high-waisted shorts and boots for a boho-inspired look. Or add fishnet pantyhose to your outfit for extra flair.
Date night: Wearing lingerie on a date night can add a touch of romance and allure. Pair a silk slip dress with strappy heels and delicate jewelry for a sophisticated look.
Fashion event: Lingerie can be a bold and daring choice for a fashion event or runway show. Pair a corset top or bustier with a blazer and trousers for a chic style.
While wearing womens lingerie with your outfit may not be appropriate for all occasions or events, it can be a fun and empowering way to experiment with fashion in your everyday life. The key is to have fun and play with different styles to find what works best for you.

What are bricks if not fancy mud?
Part of me genuinely wants to have a thatched roof on my tiny house for one very important reason: it should be possible to grow it for free. "Oh but you have to reroof it every couple of years that's going to be so expensive!" Not if all I have to do is cut some grass and osiers and then climb a ladder. We need to get the roof here retiled and the scaffolding costs alone for that are astronomical.
The main reason it's not really feasible is because the skill has become so rare it costs an arm and a leg to even be able to learn how to thatch your own roof! Also there are probably all sorts of hoops to jump through to get planning permission for such.
I'm considering building a shed out of wattle and daub and figuring out how to thatch that, just for the practice! (I do not want a house made of wattle and daub; it might be free but it's also a nightmare to maintain in Scottish weather).
There are all sorts of things all over the world - from building materials to clothing design to cuisine - that have been replaced with 'better' versions, only they're not actually better, they're one or more of (and this is not an exhaustive list): cheaper to produce and/or purchase, more lucrative for the local colonial power, easier to transport, better in its place of origin but unsuited to other places, an historical (and sometimes entirely contemporary) form of oppression, that nebulous but powerful thing that is 'fashionable', easier to standardise (it's much easier to get 300k identical engineered lumber beams than 300k identical natural timber beams, for example), poorly understood by modern laypeople (corsets were not debilitating instruments of torture for most of human history, any more than bras are now, ie, generally only as a result of fashion or poor fit) and/or more accessible (often as a result of the destruction or otherwise loss of their historical counterparts, like how despite it's use for most of history, it's surprisingly difficult to get hold of coppiced hazel).
I have seen about twelve separate posts by firefighters about the higher fire risk of engineered lumber roof supports over their natural timber counterparts.
The house I grew up in is older than: Shakespeare, Columbus' 'discovery' of the Americas, the Anglican church, Michaelangelo's David, the Mona Lisa, the Reformation, and the introduction of chocolate to the Old World, to name a few. There's still wattle and daub visible in parts of the upstairs. The main living room has a ten foot ceiling held up by nearly a dozen oak beams, all at least a foot wide. I have lived through half a dozen deadly heatwaves and haven't needed to use so much as a fan in that room.
It's been repeatedly extended and extensively fucked with over the centuries, of course, and the wiring and plumbing are a nightmare, but the main core structure is rock solid. A good 90% of the issues we've had with it have been a direct result of the use of modern materials (the last ten percent are because the damn place is listed, so doing anything with it is a trial). Fucked up wiring? The 80s DIY craze is the gift that keeps on giving. Draughty windows? That would be the cheap plywood frames a predecessor used and we're now stuck with because listed.
Our new house was built in the 80s, has a huge south facing picture window (for the admittedly fantastic view) which renders the entire room uninhabitable on sunny days, is constructed such that anyone moving around in the guest room causes every doorframe in the place to rattle violently, requires heating at night, and has internal walls so fragile I've already accidentally made two holes in them with a chairleg and a tray corner respectively.
(There is a separate discussion to be had about why modern materials tend to be cheaper than their historical counterparts, and I can't bring myself to get into it now beyond pointing out that it's generally a fun combination of capitalism, colonialism, and good old industrialisation.)
There is a difference between 'modern materials' and 'better materials' and while there is definitely overlap, acting like the materials that have been used for centuries or millennia are inherently inferior because they've been used for centuries is just stupid.
It's cheaper and faster to put up an electric fence than build a drystone dyke, but depending on the situation and your goals, either option could be 'better'. If you built a dyke every time you moved your horse to a new area of grazing you would be rightfully considered deranged by your neighbours, but using an electric fence for a long term boundary might be foolish as well.
There's also the consideration that by and large historical materials - for anything, not just construction - are derived far more directly from the natural world and are often as a result far more sustainable than modern ones. Mud houses require... finding some mud. Breezeblocks require industrial manufacturing. Linen fibres are harvested by cutting a bunch of flax - that you've grown in the ground - and soaking the stems for a bit. Polyester is derived from oil that has to be first mined and then processed. Hazel or willow poles grow at approximately the speed of light, if properly managed.
Tl;dr: Pretty much every 'is it better' argument can be boiled down to 'is it appropriate for the purpose it's being used for?'
