Expertly butchered by the wonderful Kim, seriously the aroma of these chops is enchanting.

Mint marinated in my own recipe ready for doing justice in my slow oven later tonight after I get home from building a Pass It On Young Sports Taster Day ready for tomorrow.

I can't wait to get these on the plate, for me the entire process from butchery to the cooking to the eating is a journey of sheer pleasure.
