Great article in the @thetimes about the benefits of paddleboarding, and how easy SUP is to master. The interviewees were great, informative, and really good proponents for SUP. But the pictures aren't really representative. Anyone looking at the pictures might conclude that you need to be white, attractive, fit and mostly female to paddleboard. Why no pictures of the the inspirational @active360paul or master practitioner @tez_plavenieks despite the. Being interviewed? Too male and too old? Where are the 70 year old paddlers, or paddlers in wheelchairs? Where are the Black or Asian paddlers? Where are the down syndrome paddlers or the blind paddlers? Or the old and fat paddlers like us?
