Pile 1: you are someone with vision. And you feel an innate drive to work hard to achieve whatever goals you desire.
Despite your determination, there are roadblocks. It could be finances, troubles at home, shift at work etc. Maybe the foundations you have currently aren't stable for you in the long term.
Finally, you seem to thrive when surrounded by those who cherish and support you. There's an abundance of love here that's at times overwhelming.
Overall: I get the impression that you are an ambitious individual who may not have the best support. Perhaps you fear reaching out to others for aid. The 10 of cups is giving me the vibe that should you choose to call on a friend or loved one (maybe several), you'll be met with much kindness. Perhaps more than you expect. Whatever you do, don't overthink it.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/1c8c7d126c79da643eecdba4091d573c/d2b609734407b59d-93/s540x810/5cf584a723c27c98749c2755c3cfe178950407f1.jpg)
Pile 2: you are a person who values growth and change. Having rebirth may come easy for you than most.
Despite being well adaptive, something has come out from the left field and perhaps shook you. You may feel overwhelmed or like you're in a pinch and trying to make sense of what's going on.
You may have more privileges than most, and perhaps opportunities that are out of reach for the majority. Some may be envious of what you have.
Overall: something definitely got under your skin. I have a feeling you may be questioning the nature of your choices recently. Maybe you're wrestling with some inner demons and wonder if you deserve what you have. With the cow imagery and representations of birth and rebirth, it would be beneficial to do some soul searching. Perhaps there's some trauma keeping you from enjoying what you earned. Gestate for a while before coming out of the dark. You're already good at adaptation. Have confidence in that skill.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/0d5ebb0ad931e4ef13017b2720a0e3fa/d2b609734407b59d-e8/s540x810/8051125e74440e7c9e3eaa2163de60e8137ff9e8.jpg)
Pile 3: you are someone who is focused and hardworking. You like sticking to the rules and want to go to work, get your bread, and leave.
You have the tendency to overwork yourself and may struggle when it comes to self care and self compassion. People at your job may take advantage of you in that regard.
You may have a streak for cutting people out of your life or prefer to isolate. It's a defense mechanism you've probably had for a long time. Perhaps years.
Overall: while it's good that you stick to the rules, play the game, etc. You are on the cusp or already have burnt yourself out. You could be struggling with boundaries and time management at work. Even though isolation and cutting people off has protected you many times, perhaps that's catching up with you as well. You feel alone. I would suggest trying to reach out to people. Can be one person, whatever you're comfortable with, and see if you can get a third person perspective on how things are going. Sometimes, we get stubborn and so into our own worlds that we don't value what someone else has to share. You can't girlboss, gaslight, or gatekeep your way out of everything. Whatever you do, at the very least, hon, put in time for a vacation. You deserve that peace.

What if I make a supernatural themed oracle deck tho

Note
Hey so I’m a uni student IE very poor and I really like GMless games so I wondering if there is any free or pay what you feel like GM less games? Bonus points for either cute animal type games, world building or superpowers game.
THEME: Free/Cheap GM-Less Games
Hello friend, I think I have a really awesome collection of games for you to try out. I tried to focus on lighthearted games that fit at least one of your themes. All of these games are either free or pay-what-you-want!
Rats in Space, by Jay Writes.
The year is 2392. A colony of rats have found themselves stowed away on the Endeavor, a cruise-class luxury spaceship. They live in the lower decks, nibbling on wires, stealing the engineer’s lunches, fighting off pest-bots. It’s a simple life. One day, a member of the colony discovered something: Velindian Cheese, the most treasured kind of cheese to all rats in the sector, hidden in the ship’s Kitchen. The colony got together, and they have decided: they must get that cheese!
Rats in Space is a one-page GM-less TTRPG where you and your friends take on the role of Rats on a spaceship. Your mission is to get the Cheese that's hidden away in the ship's kitchen. A silly game with psychic rats, robot cats, and depressed space captains.
This is a goofy little game with a simple enough premise: get the Cheese. You set your little rats up with stats, and then roll on the Inspiration table to determine what obstacles are standing in the way. Conquer three obstacles and you’ll get your hand on a little cheesy snack! However, if you lose your collective morale, you are forced to panic and scatter - and no Cheese for you. Rats in Space is great for light-hearted hi-jinx, and is very very cute.
Class Protector, by Chloe Sutherland.
Strange things happen in your high school. Horrors lurk in the dark, unnoticed by most in the school. Fortunately, there’s one person who always seems to be in the right place at the right time. She’ll deny it but all the gossip ties back to her and the unexplainable powers she seems to wield.
You are not the Chosen One. You are everyone else.
A simple GM-less game using a deck of cards. Act as the students of a high school secretly under threat from the supernatural, develop the Class Protector and her mysterious power through their rumours, then discover which theories were correct.
Class Protector is a game of high school bystanders creating a superhero through myths and rumours. You’ll take turns drawing cards and using prompts to help you figure out who exactly your protector is and what she can do. During the final round, you’ll witness her fight with the Big Bad, and determine how many rumours are actually true - and whether you survive. If you like a game with suspense, told from a unique point of view, you might like this game.
The Guides of MechaFauna Valley, by BESW.
“THE GUIDES OF MECHAFAUNA” by B. West is a game made for children, by a young park ranger barely out of childhood themself. I reproduce it here as I found it: photocopied on a sheaf of mint and salmon office paper, the pasted-on images sometimes almost illegible. But the game is playable and the glimpse of my friend’s future childhood is captivating.
This game is described as a cooperative, feel-good card-using roleplaying game. It is a game about a caravan of travellers making their way through a national park populated by mechanical beasts. As guides, you are responsible for ensuring that the caravan makes it through safely without endangering the local wildlife. The game expects all players to play a Valley Guide, but there is also a character sheet that is available for the group to use together: The Valley Voice. This game is currently still in beta, so it looks like another character sheet is in the works!
While there are still pieces missing, this is already a 20-page game with a hefty oracle full of prompts. If you like a game about exploration and adventure, but without the pressure of character endangerment, you’ll probably like this game.
Star-Spawned, by Penguin King Games. (@prokopetz)
One unearthly night, a ray of colourless light descended from the stars, and under its warping radiance, creatures unlike any the world has ever seen were born. They do not know the world, and they do not know themselves. Unfortunately for the world, they're quick learners!
Star-Spawned is a GMless, oneshot-oriented tabletop RPG in which you don't know what your own traits do when play begins. The names of each group's stats are randomly generated using morpheme chaining, and characters are created while having absolutely no idea what they mean; figuring that out forms the greater part of play.
Star-Spawned is a world-building game in that you discover the world as you discover yourselves. Players generate Facets and assign ratings to them without knowing what those facets do beforehand, and then experiment with their use as they play. Players will take turns describing what they want to do, and when one character takes the spotlight, the rest of the table provides the setting details. You finish the game when you have a definition for each facet on your Discovery sheet.
This game has a lot of breadth, and can explore a lot of different settings and kinds of adventure, and the place where you start will probably determine a lot about the tone of your game. If you enjoy randomness and figuring out a mystery together, you might like Star-Spawned.
Wonderfall Reinvigorated, by J.C. Pereira.
In this violence free, diceless and GMless game, you play as curious kids who are living in a hotel and secretly transform into pets. Your goal is to reinvigorate Wonderfall by befriending the leaving villagers and guiding the sparse visitors, to make this town habitable again. Uncover truths while growing up in this outlandish town.
This is an exploration game more than anything else. Players each create a town secret, and use drawing references to build the Hotel and its surrounding locations. You draw cards to help determine the kinds of locations that you’ll visit. The game comes with a bunch of random tables for character creation, locations, secrets, NPC information and more. You’ll draw cards from the Destiny deck every time you need to overcome a challenge, and use Aces to represent their hobbies that will help them solve problems.
I like the ways this game gives your characters adventure without resorting to violence to solve their problems. I think this game has a lot of potential to tell Studio Ghibli-like stories, so if you like that genre, you might like this game.
RPG From the Other Side, by stuffed tern.
a wizard has transformed one of your bandmates into a large raccoonyou’re going on a quest to change them backbefore they forget who they arethe band’s all coming with you (yes, even the raccoon) the power of music is on your side. you will see this through.
RPG FROM THE OTHER SIDE is a one-page TTRPG for one or more friends embarking on a quest of music and mayhem.
The text mentions a GM, but GM-less play is possible with players doing collaborative storytelling, or using a system such as Trophy.
This is a simple one-page rpg with a humorous premise - you’re trying to turn your raccoon band-mate back into their human self. Setup includes determining your goal, your characters, and your special weapon or ability. Your characters have a resource called Stardust, which gives you d6s to roll in challenging situations. You can spend Stardust to lend aid to a teammate, or lose it when you take harm, but you can also gain it back if you give up a memory that you cherish.
There aren’t any prompts to help guide your play after the initial setup, so this game is best suited for a group that is comfortable with a lot of improv.
2 Month Magical Girl, by Dondougo.
In 2 Month Magical Girl, you play as ordinary magical girls. Your days are relatively ordinary, as you study and hang out at school. At night you hit the town, as well as the various malicious magical beings that prowl it. You make memories, you make friends, and the next day you wake up and do it all again!
But something's changed, and things are getting weirder by the day. Illegible symbols are appearing everywhere, the weather is stuck in a cloudy haze. What's even weirder is that your magical powers seem to be hiding something from you. As if they're trying to keep you from understanding the truth behind what's really going on.
With time running out, you're left wondering what else is being hidden from you and what it all means. What will you do when the truth is finally revealed?
This is the chunkiest game on this list, with 98 pages of rules, lore and character options. There are 5 playbooks to choose from, making character creation relatively simple to follow, and a font of roll tables to help facilitate GM-less play. Definitely worth checking out!

Forms of Divination
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
This is a blog about popular divinations along with debunking them and whether they're safe or not. These are based on my experiences but, please be respectful and if you want to add something. feel free but, before that what is really is divination?
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
Divination is the practice of seeking answers to supernatural forces such as predicting the future or hidden knowledge. They are often performed by interpretations from using signs or symbols or consultation with the supernatural through mediumship.
Card Divination (Tarot/Oracle/Cartomancy)
Card Divination is a form of divination used to seek answers from decks such as playing cards, oracle cards, tarot cards, and sometimes specialised cards like angel cards or cards with messages. Card interpretation can be interpreted in many ways other than it's symbolism from the color of the card, symbols, and so on. They can be interpreted by the method of spread. A popular spread method would be the 3 cards spread and the card spread that you mostly find popular on television is called Celtic Cross which is a popular known spread that features 10-cards.
While, it isn't necessary to buy these cards, you can make them on your own.

Astrology
The roots of Astrology goes back a thousand years and was considered as a form of science in ancient times because ir was believed to have a direct connection between the position of celestial bodies and events on Earth. They recorded their observations and developed calenders based on our lunar cycles and solar movements and was used to predict mostly upcoming seasonal changes for agriculture.
Since it was believed that our celestial bodies are connected to the interchanging shifts, We have our own Astrology chart which you'll need your time of birth, day/month/year, and location. The chart provides insight of yourself and some predictions but aren't exactly fixed.
Theres a website that I use for this.
https://astro.cafeastrology.com/
Numerology
Numerology is the study of numbers and the belief that these numbers hold a significant symbolic meaning. It is belief that each number is unique and held different vibrational patterns that can influence an individual or from superstitions are held a negative energy. Such as the number 13 for example which is associated with friday the 13th but, for some countries like Japan, 13 is considered as a lucky number. Numerology also includes angel numbers which are sequences of repeating numbers and are believed to be a sign or guidance from guardian angels or spirit guides.
Numerology Chart reading is almost similar to reading astrology which both gathers the individuals personality, character, and destiny but Numerology solely focuses on the vibration of numbers meanwhile astrology focuses on the placements of the celestial body.
Palmistry
Palmistry or Chirognomy is a form of divination that involves reading the lines, shapes and markings on the individual's palms. It is said to read the Lines on the palm ( Life Line, Heart Line, Health Line, etc..), Mounts which are the lines base on the fingers associated with planetary influences that can interpret ones talents, character, and potential, Shapes/Marks can also interpret character and life paths as well.
To read a palm, you have to be observational, look at the lines, the shape of the hand, look for marks, look at the mounts, check how long the fingers are etc... these are the Major Lines : Life Line, Head Line, Heart Line, Fate Line. Mounts : Mount of Venus (Thumb), Mount of Jupiter (Index), Mount of Saturn (Middle Finger)

Runes
Rune Reading is a form of scrying which I seperated from Scrying due to it being a popular and recognised form of reading. Rune Reading is the interpretation of symbolisms on which Rune have specific meanings and are drawn on a cloth which the individual will have to pick out from series of 24-runes which are often made of wood and or stone to bring guidance to the reader's question. It is interpreted by its meaning, position, direction, sequence and also by intuition. Similar to a tarot card but much simpler and is often used to answer yes or no questions.

Pendulum
Pendulum is the paractice of dowsing a suspended object, usually pyramid shaped crystal in some cases a pocket watch which is usually attached to a string or chain and is held in the center to ask a question. It is commonly used for yes/no questions and oftenly answers with the pendulum swinging to a direction or the strength of the pendulum strongly swinging in a circular motion.

Scrying (Tea, Mirror, Crystal Ball, etc...)
Scrying is a form of divination which features Crystal Balls, Mirror Scrying, Tea Scrying, Bones, and etc... they are often used as a form of communication through spirit teams or intuition.
Reflective Scrying like Mirrors or Crystal Balls are the use of the Crystal Balls, Mirrors, Water or Reflective Divination are often used by observing and concentrating on images that may show up and interpreting them. Although, Crystal Balls are often used due to the belief of being able to have a stronger connection with the energies combined.
Tea Scrying is often also by the image that will show up by observing the shape like the one in Coraline.
Bone Scrying are often used for almost the same purpose as Tea Scrying but it is also used for mostly yes/no questions. When the bones are apart its a no, when the bones are together its a strong yes but, alternatively you can use matches or sticks.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/a2e65d1423a9053f80c76880119b62eb/97de5e9b4a8d41c7-ce/s540x810/4895a1e488772c1a0847bf299dbe34f2138da7df.jpg)
Automatic Writing/Drawing
This was also featured on one of Sam & Colby's video where you grab unto a pencil and place it infront of the paper and allow your hand to draw freely and intuitively after a question. Although, this method is midly dangerous since you have given permission to the spirit/entity to interact with you/your energy.

Spirit Board/Ouija Board
An Ouija Board or also known as Spirit Board is a tool to communicate through spirits and is often made by wood or plastic. Although, It wouldn't matter what is made for. The range of an Ouija Boards danger is extremely dangerous. Especially, a secondhand one.
Though, a Spirit Board doesn't necessarily have to be made with these materials, sometimes it just takes a paper and a penny or even a glass cup which is also known as 'Spirit of the Glass'
Mediumship
Mediumship is the practice in which the individual acts as a conduit for spirits. Mediums claim to have the ability to speak or receive messages from spirits and has different techniques. The most common technique would be chanelling. It is on which you focus and empty your mind and receive intuitive responses. For some cases, they just show up or you hear them verbally or see it visually. Think of us as a radio, sometimes we can pick up things weakly sometimes strongly, it may vary.
Some spirits may prefer talking verbally or in your mind or some are visually inclined by giving you signs, some spirits will appear in dreams as well.

Tarot Vocab Crash-Course
When I first started tarot, there were a lot of words I had never heard before (what on earth is the Major Arcana), and a lot of words that I already knew which were being used in a different context to mean something tarot-specific (spread; reading).
So here are a bunch of words and phrases that will crop up as you learn more about tarot, with a brief tarot-specific explanation. Words or phrases requiring a longer explanation will have their own posts; links will become live as each is posted.
Arcana - See Major Arcana and Minor Arcana.
Aquarian deck - One of the more common tarot decks.
Court cards - The Page, Knight, King, and Queen in four of the five suits in a tarot deck (Wands, Cups, Swords, Pentacles), and not including the Major Arcana. Unlike regular playing cards, Aces are grouped with the number cards, and not with the court cards.
Chalices - Another name for the suit of Cups.
Coins - Another name for the suit of Pentacles.
Cups - One of the five suits in a typical tarot deck.
Deck - A complete set of cards; usually a complete set of a specific card design (eg Rider-Waite deck, Aquarian deck, Buffy the Vampire Slayer deck, etc)
Divination - The art or practice that seeks to foresee or foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge usually by the interpretation of omens or by the aid of supernatural powers; unusual insight; intuitive perception (via Merriam-Webster)
Fortune-telling - Foretelling events or details about the future, or about a specific person's future.
Major Arcana - One of the five suits in a typical tarot deck.
Minor Arcana - Four of the five suits in a tarot deck (Wands, Cups, Swords, Pentacles), and not including the Major Arcana; said another way, the Minor Arcana are any cards that aren't in the Major Arcana.
Oracle - (oar-uh-kul) An answer or decision given by an oracle; a person giving wise or authoritative decisions or opinions; an authoritative or wise expression or answer. (via Merriam-Webster)
Oracle deck - A deck of cards used for fortune-telling or divination that is not a tarot deck.
Pentacles - One of the five suits in a typical tarot deck. Not to be confused with pentagrams.
Quirent - (queer-ent; like 'inquiry;') the person asking the question, or who is the subject of the reading.
Reading - The interpretation of the information given by the cards.
Reversed - when first looking at a card during a reading (when drawn from the deck, when turned over in a spread, etc), if the card is upside-down it is reversed. The meaning for each card varies depending on if it is reversed or upright.
Rider-Waite - The most well-known tarot deck; considered a standard. Often the one used for teaching and examples, as it's the deck the greatest number of people are likely to be familiar with.
Rods - Another name for the suit of Wands.
Roman numerals - A numbering system invented by the ancient Romans and still in use today, used on some tarot decks (including the Rider-Waite deck).
Sage - A fragrant plant commonly used for smudging and smoke cleansing; traditionally used thus by many First Nations. Currently facing potential extinction due to overuse; should not be used unless ethically sourced or home-grown.
Signifier - a specific card associated with the quirent; a specific card that will act as a lens through which to view a reading.
Smoke cleansing - A type of ritual cleansing done with fragrant smoke, usually by burning dried herbs.
Smudging - A cleansing ritual or rite in many First Nation traditions that should not be used by non-First Nation people.
Spread - a pattern that tarot or oracle cards can be laid out in to add potential meaning and clarity to a reading.
Suit - A set of cards in a deck with a common symbol (eg in standard playing cards: hearts, clubs, diamonds, and spades). In a typical tarot deck, these suits are Wands, Cups, Swords, Pentacles, and the Major Arcana.
Swords - One of the five suits in a typical tarot deck.
Tarot - (tair-oh) A specific sort of card deck, usually used as a meditation tool, or for divination or fortune-telling.
Upright - when first looking at a card in a reading (when drawn from the deck, when turned over in a spread, etc) if the card is right-side-up it is upright. The meaning of each card varies depending on if it is upright or reversed.
Wands - One of the five suits in a typical tarot deck.

Cu Chulainn, also known as the Hound of Ulster, is a great hero of Irish mythology. He is known for his vicious rages and inhuman, supernatural strength. When Cu Chulainn was approached by the Morrigan, looking to offer him her favor, he refused her. Many of his mythologies involve the Great Phantom goddess and her sisters.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/ebe7ceca3f435bbf3787163e877ad824/c0cee260ff7209b8-8a/s540x810/8cc459b3073d903e8c81fbb20ab89856e9dc2dd6.jpg)
There are a couple cards in my favorite deck to the Morrigan, Oracle of the Morrigan, including the card Cu Chulainn, Fate, and Forgiveness. The first card represents arrogance, blindness, and illusions. He believed he was untouchable, undefeatable, even with the disfavor of the Morrigan. Fate represents the unavoidable, fated. This is based off the mythology of his fate. The final card Forgiveness is based on how the Morrigan tricked Cu Chulainn into healing her by offering him the milk she had to heal him.
Cu Chulainn is one of my favorite Irish heroes. I enjoy working with him in the gym. His energy inspires me to be stronger and to work harder towards my fitness goals.

DAILY ANGEL MESSAGE!
Take a deep breath, let it out slowly, say this prayer and then keep reading: “Thank you angels for revealing to me what I need to know!”
MESSAGE
You would never know what it was like to be fearless if you hadn’t encountered fear. This is a time when you are able to look fear in the eye and see it for what it is. Fear is just energy, and energy can be changed. This can be an intense experience, because the human self is conditioned to be scared by the prospect of fear, and so when fear appears, it can send us running, when in fact it’s an invitation to arrive. Your fears are appearing now because you’re on the verge of a miracle—you have a real opportunity to know yourself better than ever.
When you finally face your fears, they will no longer have power over you. When they have left you, though, there’s a good chance you may feel energetically drained or empty. This isn’t because something is missing, but because your fears have been taking up too much space. This is an opportunity for you to call love, miracles, and anything else you need into this space. You are learning to use your power and are being given the courage to embrace who you truly are. Freedom is within sight.
ABOUT
Vajrayogini is a Tantric deity acknowledged in both Buddhism and Hinduism, who represents the path to feminine Buddhahood. Vajra means “thunderbolt” and a yogini is a female achieving the state of yoga, which is the union of mind, body, and soul. Vajrayogini is a dakini, which is Sanskrit for “sky dancer,” a powerful supernatural being who is fearless and also at times wrathful in her mission to bring enlightenment to the Earth. She has actually been described as “semi‑wrathful,” because her presence is sharp and fearless.
From a spiritual perspective, Vajrayogini can help us move into a space of awareness and enlightenment. When she comes to you, she will lead you along the path to knowing yourself better, and since this is a less‑traveled path, there will be many encounters with your fears along the way.

And, ok, I love the idea of batfam being kinda… odd to everyone else around. Like these guys have such an insane bond between them (please) that they talk in all their (sometimes niche) references and everyone around them is like??? wtf???
They’ll be fighting with the Justice League to help out with some demon summoning and Jason, who definitely watched Supernatural at some point, will off handedly turn to Dick, who’s fighting alongside, and say: “We are just like the Winchesters right now.” And Dick, in true sibling fashion of hating whatever they’re interested in, will throttle him and DARE him to reference that goddamn show again! (And you get everyone else kind of there like, wtf, why are they quoting some ghost hunting show??)
It’ll be Tim and Steph coming to help out Bruce and repeating references that no one else understands; they’ll look at some accidentally-induced earthquake, roll their eyes and mutter “so 9-1-1 core.” (Because, yes, they both watch 9-1-1 together and judge it on their ability to survive each seasons disaster.) They regularly refer to Renee as their “Athena Grant”.
Damian, reluctantly, using the references because they are basically a short hand. Heaving a sigh Dick mutters “gotta go fast” in a response to Oracle giving them co ordinates to go, but finding himself quoting Sonic without thinking. It builds to the others always responding with a quote from Sonic Boom — except that one time Duke and Cass ended up re-enacting dubbed scenes and Sonic quotes got banned.
And then there’s the insults that aren’t straight up insulting, but the way they all giggle when it’s said implies it’s supposed to be insulting. They’re all sat together when Bruce comes in, decked out in the Batman suit, and Duke mumbles “ok nightman” under his breath. It’s his theme song.
Each of them have a “theme song”: something they’ll hum to the other mockingly. Dick’s somehow ended up being the Life’s a Happy Song from the muppets.
They also use simple words to make fun of each other. Steph will mutter “slip-up”, in reference to one time Damian might have slipped, every time she wants to rile him up and it works. Jason’s word is “shoot”— it sets him off because what are they making fun of guns for?
All in all, they are siblings and they WILL make fun of each others’ interests and they WILL kill each other for making quotes about said interests. Again, they are siblings after all.
They will quote each others most embarrassing and traumatic moments for fun, but with little enough words that only they understand what they’re saying.
#batfam#niche#ummm#idk had to get this out my brain#theres also totes one piece and stuff quotes#stephs fave 911 character is chim#but they both ship buddie xx

Charlotte's Art History Tarot - Card 2 - The High Priestess
Art: Priestess of Delphi – John Collier
pull this card
the high priestess!! this is the card from the traditional tarot deck with which I identify most 💙. this card is about stillness and reflection - a retreat in which you can use your intuition to uncover secrets and be open to new knowledge. there is a spiritual element to this card, as suggested by the title "priestess," although it doesn't have to be aligned with any specific religion. I've always seen the high priestess as a figure who is open to receiving divine wisdom, or knowledge from hidden places - in tune with something just a bit supernatural, or beyond common understanding. (there's also some weird gendered stuff traditionally associated with this card but as a non-binary person I just kinda cast that to the aside lmao). for me, the Priestess of Delphi was an obvious choice for this card, since the oracle at Delphi was historically believed to receive messages from the gods and deliver prophecies to those who came to inquire about their fate. it is now believed that the place where the oracle sat may have emitted fumes (represented by the smoke/mist in the painting) that caused hallucinations. either way, the oracle at Delphi was a solitary figure who looked inside themselves to discover knowledge from uncommon sources. in this painting, the sense of stillness and calm, yet intense concentration and contemplation, along with the shadowy, obscured background perfectly captures the otherworldly power of the high priestess.

The famous illustrator Jason Engle opens the door to a dark and fantastic world: Mausolea, the land of the dead, buried in the eternal ancientness of a supernatural world.

This deck is my main spirit guide Lamiya :) She was previously in the Legend of Tarot for a few years, then she was in the St. Petersburg Tarot deck, and is now in this deck! She chose this beacuse of her close relationship with death, angels, and deities. There are a few different pantheons represented here (Don't Worry there's still Abraham Lincoln). I'm going to double check what the book claims about these deities before the interpretation lol. She doesn't play around so be ready for the harsh but loving truth <3

Hi can I ask what type of dr I should focus on rn? Thanks!
❊ TAROT&ORACLE: I think a DR where you can learn the truth about something, to get rid of the confusion in your mind. If there is something bothering you or you're struggling with something you can go there (to learn how) to deal with it, to experiment around and to heal. For example, if you have body issues/insecurities, you could experiment with physical changes there or try out different clothes and see what fits you well or if you suffer from certain illnesses, you can see there how it is like without them or you can find out the source of the illness/problem. To me this seems to be more so like a waiting room to focus on yourself. There could be some elements of magic, like having magical devices or something ... because you got the overpowered and the no power card and i would interpret this as you not necessarily having power but having tools and devices with magical power that you can use! There could also be some 'supernatural' beings in your DR like angels, spirits etc. They or other people could be like a found family and like advisors to you in that DR. One of my cards has the imagery of a girl floating above her bed and everything around looks like the universe full of stars and she is being cleansed by light - the card speaks about how you should let this light shine on your darkest spots in your heart to cleanse and heal them. You might use this DR to recover when you feel the need to withdraw or when everything around you just gets too much.
❊ DR GENRE DECK: overpowered + no power + crime/mystery + sexuality/gender + found family + tragedy + simple waiting room

Let's Talk Divination
This was originally going to be a much more specific post, but I decided to take in in a different direction. Today, I'm going to cover divination as a general topic, including how to practice it.
Like my post on ritual magic, let's get started with a definition. What exactly is divination? Merriam-Webster nails it, I think:
"The art or practice that seeks to foresee or foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge, usually by the interpretation of omens or by the aid of supernatural powers."
I dig this definition a lot. It tells us that:
Divination is both an art and a science
It is both natural and supernatural
It can be used to uncover information
It can be used to tell the future
That's all well and good, but why is divination important? Let's take a look at those last two points there: uncovering information and foretelling the future.
Uncovering information spans a wide range of applications. Did you misplace your phone? A crude map of your home and a pendulum can help you remember where it is. Had something go worse than you were hoping? A tarot spread can help you examine why.
Foretelling the future seems self-explanatory, but it's more complex than that. Divination can certainly tell you likely outcomes, but it won't set your fate in stone. If anything, it's part of being a proactive force in your own destiny.
Alright, cool. We have some ways divination helps us out. But how do we practice it? The good news is, that's up to you!
If you're new to the skill, I suggest starting with a pendulum. These are great because they're portable, versatile, discreet, and easy to make. All you need is about 8-10 inches of string and a small weight to tie onto the end.
To use a pendulum, hold it by the non-weighted end and let it swing freely. Before divining, I tend to ask my pendulum to signal to me the following:
Yes
No
Maybe
Answer unknown
That helps me calibrate the pendulum so I can clearly understand its responses.
If you're less comfortable with freeform interpretation, there are plenty of divination mats to try. Some are simple, others are more complex and mimic spirit boards. I encourage you to make a couple out of paper and see if you like them before purchasing one.
Mastered the pendulum? Try something a little more complicated, like Elder Futhark or Ogham. These are rune sets that are rich in symbolism but easy to make and learn. You can use wooden coins, index cards, or anything of regular size and shape to make your own and get started.
Runes not really your thing? Or maybe you've mastered them too? In this case, I can't recommend Lenormand highly enough. It's a 36 card deck with beautiful, easy-to-understand art on every card. The best part? Each card has a playing card equivalent; you can purchase a set of poker cards and draw your own!
Where do we go from here? I'd say oracle decks! These are unique in that they're non-standard. Each deck is highly personal to its creator and differs from all others. I suggest doing a lot of research to find one you like, and really taking the time to learn its methods and meanings. A good oracle deck will carry you very far.
And now we come to the final divination method I'll discuss here: tarot. I kept this one for last because I consider it the hardest to learn.
Despite the consistent 78-card requirement (22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor Arcana), there is considerable variation between decks. Finding one you like seems impossible at times, and trying to find resources can be a pain if you're not reading a RWS or one of its variants.
But don't let that get to you. Finding a good tarot deck and learning at least the Major Arcana will net you a lot of experience in divination. Is it any more rewarding than the other methods? No, not really. But besides the pendulum, it's my favorite.
Are these the only divination methods available? Absolutely not. Geomancy, augury, bone-casting...the list goes on. There are as many ways to divine as there are people divining—and I didn't even cover scrying, which is a topic all on its own.
Give these methods a try! Let me know how they work for you.
As always, blessed be~

hiya, i love all your rec posts so much! my polycule and i are looking for 4 player games to play (ideally gmless) on our holiday this summer, do you or your followers have any suggestions? thank you!
THEME: 4-Player-Compatible GM-less Games.
Hello friend! I've got a number of recommendations for you here, and I'm personally very excited by all of the games on this list. Enjoy!
The Creature Comes for Us, by OrionQK.
The Creature Comes for Us is a game that can be played solo or multiplayer which uses a standard deck of cards, two six-sided dice, and the players' imagination.
You play as a group of people preparing to fight against a currently unknown threat. You will learn (through drawing cards) about the creature that is coming for you, you will find resources and tactics to fight against them, and you will learn more about the unique traits and talents of the player characters. The second part of the game brings together what you've gathered to fight the looming horrors and you will find out if your characters and world can survive the onslaught.
You’re going to need both dice and cards for this one. Slowly uncover the creature that’s hunting you, and then take what you’ve learned and turn to face the horror. It’s inspired by games such as The Quiet Year and The Junkyard. The game comes with a simple outline of the game, and an oracle for each card that you may pull. The game also comes with a number of tips for a shorter game, a longer game, and how to make the game a fun experience for different kinds of players. If you want a great summer spook story, this is worth checking out!
Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites, by Pammu.
Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites is a narrative RPG about spending your night in one of the only clubs in your city that’s safe for creatures of the night like yourself. All you want to do is have some fun just like the humans do. Play a supernatural creature of choice, put some sick EDM on the speakers and get your game on!
You can alter how long you’re going to play by lengthening or shortening the intimacy meters between each pair of characters. You will roll dice and spend tokens to indicate the advances you make with different characters, narrating what you do to get them to look your way. While this game is primarily designed for a one-shot, the creator also provides ideas for making this a longer game. If you’re interested in a heavily descriptive game that gives all of you plenty of opportunities to flirt with each-other, this is a great option.
Waxworm, by FeatherBoy.
Waxworm is a game about legacies, survival, spite, love, and reclaiming a world taken from you by others. It is also a rule-light solarpunk tabletop role-playing game set in a world covered in water and broken concrete spires baking in the sun, and named for the questionable theory that waxworm moths might be well on their way to one day digesting plastics. Players may find themselves helping regrow broken communities adrift on the waves. They may also find that they are adrift themselves, searching for a community in which they can grow.
In Waxworm, each player acts as a Crew, rather than an individual. These Crews work together to grow and support each other, and face down adversity upon the waves and islands. The core of gameplay involves exploring relations within and between Crews, and exploring how those dynamics shift as crew-members come and go.
Another game inspired by the Quiet Year, Waxworm is a great cozy game that explores a hopeful future. The game is designed to be printed, which means that you can bring a physical copy and not worry about reading the rules off of a screen or having difficulty reading the text.
Here We Used To Fly, by A Smouldering Lighthouse.
Here We Used to Fly is a rules-light tabletop roleplaying game about a group of friends exploring an abandoned theme park. Over the course of a single session, players will create two versions of the same character: one a child visiting the vibrant amusement park, one an adult investigating the ruins. As they discover or revisit each location in the park, they’ll play out scenes spotlighting moments of joy, frustration, fear, love, loss, and more.
This game feels like it requires a bit of prep, but each character is packaged into playbooks, so all of your options will be laid out in the same place. The play is also structured to make it easy to follow: with each Attraction you visit you’ll move from a childhood scene to a current-day scene. I’m very intrigued by this game and its partner, Endless Summer by Kay Marlow Allen. The whole feeling of nostalgia and whimsy feels perfect for a summer vacation with your loved ones.
Games I’ve Recommended in the Past
Fedora Noir, by Less Than Three Games.
Seemannsgarn, by Max Kämmerer.
Space Bounty Blues, by the Nerdy Paper Games of Rob Hebert.
Swamp Troll Witch(es), by Cats Have No Lord.

A representation of personal growth, self-discovery, and transformation. It reflects the universal human experience of facing challeng, overcoming obstacles, and evolving as individuals. By understanding and embracing this narrative pattern, we can gain insights into our own lives and journeys, finding inspiration and empowerment in the hero within ourselves. *Out of 10 cards to pull, I pulled two oracle and 8 tarot.
🌙 Tarot Deck: DC Comics 🦸🏽♂️
🔮 Oracle Deck: Believe in your own magic
**🃏 Cards Pulled 🃏**
Dear Self,
I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and self, where prioritizing my own well-being became my guiding principle. 🌟 This adventure called me to walk my own path, even if it meant standing alone. 💪 I'm embracing this journey of self-love and reflection, making myself a priority. 🌸💕
Along this path, I received supernatural aid in the form of the 4 of Swords. ⚔️✨ It granted me the gift of resting and reflecting, allowing me to gain clarity and rejuvenation. 🧘♀️ Jupiter's influence expanded my personal growth, helping me find balance and harmony in my relationships and identity. 🌈
As I crossed the threshold, the Ace of Pentacles presented itself, offering new beginnings and fortune in my material world. 🌱💰 It encouraged me to transform my relationship with my home and finances, inviting stability and abundance into my life. 💫
On this journey, I discovered allies in the form of the 3 of Pentacles. 🤝🌟 This card reminded me of the power of teamwork and collaboration. I learned to seek guidance from others, understanding that their wisdom and support would help me overcome any challenges I faced. I embraced the idea of lifelong learning. 📚✨
Approaching the innermost cave, I embodied the energy of the Queen of Swords. 👑💨 She taught me the importance of logic, clear communication, and independence. I learned to embrace my inner strength and wisdom, navigating my journey with grace and assertiveness. 💪✨
In this moment of self-reflection, I realize that the ordeal I face is symbolized by the Queen of Cups. 🌊👑 She appears as a reminder to connect with my emotions and intuition, diving deep into the depths of my inner world. Through her guidance, I learn to nurture my emotional well-being, finding balance between my heart and mind. 💕✨
To overcome this ordeal, the Oracle card reveals the message of "Self-Care". It emphasizes the importance of taking care of myself holistically - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. 🌿💖 This card encourages me to prioritize self-care practices such as mindfulness, meditation, journaling, and engaging in activities that bring me joy. By nurturing myself, I can restore my energy and find the strength to face any challenges that come my way. ✨🌻
Shadow work also plays a significant role in my journey towards self-discovery and healing. The Shadow card reminds me to explore the hidden aspects of myself, the parts that I may have repressed or denied. By shining a light on these shadows, I can integrate and transform them, leading to personal growth and enlightenment. 🔦💫
Note to Self: dear Self, that the messages from the tarot and oracle cards are not meant to predict your future or give definitive answers. They serve as tools for self-reflection and insight, guiding you on your path towards self-improvement and empowerment. You possess the power to shape your own destiny through your choices and actions. ✨✨
As you continue your journey of self-love and exploration, embrace the lessons and wisdom provided by the cards. They are here to support you, encourage you, and remind you of your inner strength. Trust yourself and follow your intuition, for you hold the key to unlock the infinite possibilities that lie within you. 🗝️💫
Take care, 𝓔𝓪𝓻𝓽𝓱𝔂𝓛𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼, and may your journey be filled with love, growth, and self-discovery. 🌹💖
