I Can Not be done with pt soon enough
#speculation nation#sick of this. Sick of This#the ppl here r very nice which sucks bc i hate my time here sooo much#like Hi! nice to see ya! i cant wait until i never have to see you again!#supermans are my enemy. band walks are my enemy. circuits are my enemy.#they havent been making me do the shoulder height box lifts for a few sessions so thats ok i guess#my legs r dead tho. and i am Unhappy#easiest thing to do is probs the leg presses. just bc those use my lovely strong bike muscles#my Favorite ones r probably the hamstring stretches. just bc it's relatively easy#and i do want to increase my flexibility there#they had to give me a modified child's pose stretch bc the basic one is Nothing to me#so i stretch to the sides for added stretch. which is a bit of a strain but still not hard#meanwhile i still Cannot touch my toes. im very flexible but only in certain ways.#i Will touch my toes while standing though. someday...#anyways hi im waiting for the bus. again.#something smells weirdly of fried chicken and i dont like it#considering my recent workout it's just kinda making me feel a bit nauseous lol
