FOI Project Post #6
This project was awesome!
I can’t believe some of the dumb shit people say in these letters! At first glance, the letters were mainly a bunch of people complaining about their cable bills, Trumps supporters upset about how he’s depicted or issues they hand with the cable guy during installation. Had to read through a lot of boring ones eventually deciding to skip around (best decision ever) because  every now and then I struck gold, here are my top 3 letters :
Ticket: # 817408 - superbowel Date: 2/17/2016 6:54:07 PM City/State/Zip: Salem, Oregon 97317 Company Complaining About: Satellite _______________________________________________________________________ “why the heck was the black panthers on my tv during the superbowel. I am offended by that racist act. You need to do something about it now”
Ticket: # 856238 - Harrassment from Xfinity Sales Reps Date: 3/9/2016 4:24:15 PM City/State/Zip: Waterford, Michigan 48329 Company Complaining About: Comcast _______________________________________________________________________Description I have been repeatedly harrassed by an Xfinity sales rep named Matt. He first approached me in my driveway in early December 2015, as I was returning home from the store. He hooked me with his sales pitch and I agreed to sign up for service, to be installed on 12/24/15. When the technician came to do the install, he looked around the house and told me that he would need to run 4 new lines, which would cost me $200 extra. At that time, I declined to continue and requested that everything be cancelled. He connected me with customer service and they cancelled my service request. On 1/2/16, Matt sent another Xfinity sales rep to my door, phone in hand, with Matt on the other end. I explained to him that my dogs were agitated by the stranger in their home and that I was not happy about the install taking an extra 2 hrs; nor was I willing to pay an extra $200 for new lines, so I decided to cancel service. He pushed and pushed, and promised to reverse any extra charges, and before I knew it, he had me locked into another service install with a different technician, scheduled for mid-January 2016. After my call with Matt ended, the sales rep that Matt sent to my door asked if the technician (from 12/24) was black and suggested that my dogs are racist; that their agitation was because he was black. That left me speechless and since my children are bi-racial, I was quite offended. On or about 1/6/16, I contacted Xfinity Customer Service and cancelled my service once again, citing my concerns about being harrassed by both sales reps and requesting that no one from Xfinity contact me ever again. The rep cancelled my service and assured me that there would be no cancellation fees because of my bad experience, plus the fact that I cancelled within the terms of the agreement. She also confirmed that she noted my account thoroughly with my concerns. I thought that was the end of it, until yesterday. On 3/8/16, Matt rang my doorbell at 9:05PM. My daughter answered the door and he proceeded to threaten me with a $250 cancellation fee if I didn’t come to the door to talk to him. He pressed her for a good 5 minutes about needing to talk to me. She told him repeatedly to leave and not come back, and after being combative with her for several minutes, he finally left. At this point, I am concerned for the safety and well-being of my pets, my daughter, and myself. This stalker-like behavior of their sales reps needs to be documented and reported to Xfinity executives.  Ticket: # 1545899 - State Farm Commercial- too racist ( pro black) Date: 4/4/2017 1:57:27 PM City/State/Zip: Saddle River, New Jersey 07458 Company Complaining About: AT&T _______________________________________________________________________”Note the Following is an observation...... Im related to Barack Obama 2 percent through my polish grandmother. It seems as though their is a " black commercial" statefarm where a nice black girl gets a new car and a white guy gets his car stolen. It constantly plays 4 times per day for 45 days. There seems to be more racist "pro black" commercials on tv.( Too frequently, too soon) with the StateFarm Insurance " deep voice" voice over (the commercial is racist) and more Arrikan people Tv shows are in broadcast. Im not racist, because they do place the Race Card Game, Its hard to watch these African- Black TV host, they hack some americans with visual technology . Note- Make sure that that blacks have equal viewing participation, however "if" there is some " indirect type of underground" afkrican movement" going on- make sure its contained. Im not racist, I like afrikans- I have 2 black friends, however make sure there not trying to disrespect or change popular American culture. Suspicious- Why did Opera Winfrey get off the broadcast, she makes sure that housewifes purchase quality products in USA. Get another Opera WInfrey ( nice Akrican lady) on TV. It indirectly ruins the economy, that the Opera Winfrey SHow went of broadcast during the Democratic Nomination 4 years ago. WHat a coincidence. Please- Make sure your American broadcast aren't hacked by Nice Afrikan Nations like Tazania or Nigeria. This economic Recession could be fakeThis may sound like im racist, watching TV is a chore with all these "pro-black" it seems too frequent, too fast..... I like black people!” In hindsight, there weren’t really any letters that fit the bill that I was looking for but like I said earlier,, it was entertaining as hell to go through these.
