One of the many reasons I love Kim, Ryeowook:

I know that with the news of Ryeowook getting married, there will be some tension in the ELF/K-pop community since there will be those unfortunate individuals who can’t accept that one of their precious idols is getting married and will hate on him for that. So, instead of spreading hate, I wanted to talk about one of the many reasons I love Ryeowook in hopes that it will remind those individuals that getting married doesn’t suddenly make him a bad person. Idols are people, too, and they deserve to find love and happiness just like the rest of us. Also, a quick thank you to those in the community that DO support Ryeowook and have showered him with love after the marriage announcement came out.

For those that don’t know, before Ryeowook had his current Instagram account, he had another one that he deactivated after he got some hate (I can’t remember the specifics about it, so I won’t go into that). When he remade his new one, like anybody on Instagram, he started following his friends, mostly other people in the industry.

One of the things I noticed when checking out who all he follows was that one of the accounts he chose to follow was Jonghyun’s. I know it sounds like a silly little thing to love someone for, but the fact that Ryeowook chose to follow not just the other four SHINee members but Jonghyun as well, speaks volumes about who he is as a person. It shows that he hasn’t forgotten about Jonghyun. That when he remade his account and had to go back in and refollow all of the people he cared about, he included Jonghyun in that.

Now, granted, we could argue that Ryeowook could’ve deactivated his previous account but not deleted it and Jonghyun being one of the people he follows is simply due to that. I don’t know the inner workers of Instagram well enough to know any of that for sure. Yet, I’m inclined to believe that his current account is brand new because none of his old posts are on there. Everything is fresh, so it leads me to believe that he did have to search for the people he wanted to follow because it’s a brand new account.

I could be wrong, but I stand by what I said, and as a Shawol that has had to endure the loss of Jonghyun, it means so much to see one of his labelmates remembering him in a way that some people might miss. It’s small, I know, but it’s those small gestures that often mean the most. Ryeowook didn’t have to follow Jonghyun’s account. He could’ve seen it as pointless since Jonghyun is gone and won’t ever be making any new posts ever again. But he didn’t, and that’s one of the many reasons why I love him and the friendship between SHINee and Super Junior that’s created the bond between SHINee World and Ever Lasting Friends.

And if you are an ELF that biases Ryeowook like I do, remember those things, big or small, that you love about him before you go and decide that you don’t want to bias him anymore because he’s getting married. Ask yourself if all of that is really worth giving up because I guarantee you, getting married doesn’t change who he is and those reasons you started loving him in the first place aren’t going to disappear as soon as he slips a ring on his finger. He will still be our Little Prince with the biggest heart, and I wish him the utmost happiness and luck in the new life he will build with his wife 💙💍

Super Junior just own the stage no matter what, everything becomes an SJ concert if they do more than one song. They've refreshed the songs and it feels so cool and charismatic 😍😍

I’m sorry but whoever put this article up online for everyone to see is wrong!! Henry and Zhoumi were both ORIGINALLY members of Super Junior. Then they added Kyuhyun and that caused the creation of Super Junior M with Henry and Zhoumi, along with Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Siwon, Donghae, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun and Han Geng.
