Hi, can you help me with something I often think about? H and L have not been photographed together Sinne 2016. Do you think there are shots and they are very well controlled and withheld by the teams? It probably works quite well with the press. But it would also mean that they are NEVER together in areas where private people could take pictures because they don't have that under control. Do you think they go to celebrations together, like friends' weddings or parties? Or do they prefer not to, for fear of being published together? Doesn't that have to be incredibly complicated? I'm not a celeb, so I can't imagine a life like that, always being hunted and on guard as a couple. Or is it not that difficult for them to manage?

I think there are several different possibilities and combinations that stops pics of them together being published.

I think they've got court orders against stalker paps that stops them from papping them at their homes. This has been reported on. I think other paps don't take pics of them because either there is a injuction in place, or they know they won't be able to sell the pics to a media outlet because nobody wants to out them. That's a breach of privacy and they can be sued (see the Rebel Wilson case). Another possibility is that H and L never put themselves in situations where they'll be papped or caught by a fan with a camera. They might be in breach of their image clause if they're caught together. So they avoid it. They can make deals with paps so they'll get exclusives, but otherwise be left alone.

I think they know what area and situations are safe and risk free and i think they know how to go unnoticed. I think they go to restaurants that are discreet and got private or vip sections. I think they use NDAs frequently or are accompanied by security who scouts for fans and are able to shield them. I think they go to parties and clubs where they know people don't talk or where phones aren’t allowed. They use back entrances, they use diversion tactics and smoke and mirrors. We know they both went to Pixie Geldof's wedding, because that was reported on by the tabloids. We never got pics.

I think they both live their lives as famous celebrities. It's not safe for them to move around freely and they've got some restrictions. They can't go to a crowded beach, to the movies, to a demonstration, or to a busy shopping centre. They will be spotted, mobbed and not be left alone. That's the same for all celebrities with a large fanbase. So i don't think their relationship is putting too much restrictions on them as individuals that are not already there. But i also think they're not so restricted as it sounds. There are many places they'll be left alone and not recognised. I think both H and L have an uncanny way of spotting a camera or notice when they're being filmed. They're always vigilant, especially H it seems, even if he's alone. I also don't think fans want to out them, so if they happen to be pictured together by a fan, it's not a given that the fan will post it.

Te voy a contar un poco sobre el photo ban y los NDAs.

Como sabes, hay muchos receipts en que se cuenta que vieron a los dos juntos. Pero lo mismo, ¿cómo hacen para ocultar las fotos?

Es muy simple, existe algo llamado NDA’s que en resumen, son contratos de silencio. Te recomiendo leer Red White and Royal Blue para entender un poco más sobre eso.

Básicamente, los managers hacen firmar a las personas que los ven en la calle. No pueden tomar fotos o subirlas. Esos contratos te pueden traer una demanda fuerte si los rompes. No pueden hacer mucho más como quitarte la cámara o celular con la que tomaste la foto. (Oh espera, ya lo han hecho! :/)

Y luego, lo sencillo son los paps o medios de comunicación. Normalmente a ellos se les paga para que no muestren pap pics que tengan de ellos. O, pueden venderles cualquier otra nota u organizar pap shoots para que la revista/periódico publique.

Aquí entra la super injunction, donde básicamente todos los medios conocen sobre ellos. Pero no sólo se les prohíbe el publicar las fotos de ellos, si no también publicar sobre este acuerdo/mandato.

Las únicas formas de que se sepa públicamente sobre esto son:

Que haya un filtración de fotos masiva o un escándalo grande con la prensa.

El juez decida que la super injuction no se puede mantener por más tiempo por la ley de privacidad que la protegía.

Algún medio que no forme parte de este mandato hable sobre él. (Por eso en latinoamérica, Francia o Escocia se habló varias veces sobre esto/salían fotos de ellos sin problemas).

Las personas que están envueltas en esto, deciden hablar directamente sobre la super injuction (en este caso sería Harry o Louis).

Perder un juicio para mantener el mandato activo.

Que los medios publiquen sobre esto, siempre y cuando no se asegure que sea un hecho.

Sí, exactamente eso significa. Los paps que no sepan de ellos tomarán fotos, pero nadie las comprará. Creo que alguna vez se lo expliqué a alguien así:

Piensa en un pap tomando fotos del hijo de una celebridad, necesitarían el permiso del papá para publicarlo (a menos que sea bien conocido el permiso), ahora piensa en Modest como el papá de Harry y Louis.

Ahora, te voy a platicar específicamente sobre el larry ban. Esta es una teoría, no hay pruebas exactas de esto y se sospecha desde 2013 más o menos.

Durante esos años, no podías ver a Harry y a Louis en el mismo lugar por mucho tiempo, por lo que las fotos de ellos dos juntos eran mínimas. Incluso en los medios esto aplicaba. Pero, literalmente hay fotos de ellos con cualquiera de los demás juntos.

Abro paréntesis: Louis es el miembro de la banda que menos tenía artículos o pap pics, EXCEPTO cuando se le "veía casualmente" caminando con su novia.

Aquí un pap admitió que sí le contrataron/pagaron por tomar fotos de Elounor.

Literalmente llegó al punto en el que -recortaban- a Louis de las fotos en las que aparecía con Harry (sólo ellos). O cuando literalmente obligaron a Harry a ir solo al concierto de Robbie Williams, cuando todos sus amigos iban a asistir un día antes. (Pero claro! que vaya Eleanor junto con Louis, nada sospechoso!)

Estoy segura de que hay muchas fotos de Harry y Louis juntos, ya sea tomadas por paps o fans, sólo que les pagan para que no salgan.

Cabe aclarar que normalmente esto pasaba cuando no estaban en tour/conciertos.

If there was even a little proof about the alleged affair (a text between them, a photo of both walking together, a voicemail, etc) the tabloids would have publish that story. But they don't have anything, just the gossip and the rumours (and people needs to understand that a rumour isn't a fact and could be true or false).

The press are a bunch of vultures, they don't care about the royal family just about money, are we going to believe they are hiding that juicy story? Hell no! just remember the drama they created when W&K didn't attend the Commonwealth service and the second they saw him at Switzerland dancing and talking with some girls they were saying he was drunk and maybe flirting or cheating. They published it and made insinuations because they had photos and a video, this time they have nothing.

Also the same press that printed that Catherine was flirting with Ben Ainslie (they only showed the photos when he was helping her with the helmet when they were near to each other). The same press that was trying that the Camilla-Charles episode happen to William-Jecca.

And I agree with you, people loves to trash Catherine saying that she does everything the Palace told her to do, but hell, the woman has shown how much she loves her children, maybe she could have tolerated to be near the alleged William's lover, but not near her kids. Also, I don't think Carole or Mike would have wanted to walk with Rose after hurting Catherine.

And people who loves to say that William sent his lawyers to avoid the press to print the story because allegedly was true, hell no, he doesn't want them to touch that rumour to begin with to avoid the court. If there was a super injuction, nobody would have talk about the affair.

An people like Tom Sykes who says he 'was told on a party by a reliable aristocratic source that the rumour was that William have an affair with Rose', it's just a rumour not a fact, and if he allegedly heard it long time ago, why he didn't break the story? Why he decide to talk until the twitter drama?. His words are as reliable as if I say ' I was told by one of his closest friends, his wife was having an affair with William'.

The Mail on Sunday articles are really telling. They're essentially are putting the arguments they'll make in actual court out there for the court of public opinion, right? The biggest of which being that Meghan authorized her friends to speak in People about the letter, which means she invaded her own privacy, especially as a friend quoted from it. I also think the articles about their law firm are heavily implying that there might be a super injunction out there.

Yep, they mention gag orders and super injuctions several times. They also mention how they are useless when he info leaks anyway, so let’s get ready for some blind items.

So I attended a talk today regarding Islamic finance & the Economic challenges faced by our Muslim community. The discussions were very insightful. The speaker shed light on the financial markets of Madinah, the thriving souk there during the Prophet pbuh’s times, there was an emphasis on research as well as practicality in terms of investments that are shariah-compliant and how to stay away from being consumed by greed, fixed returns and interest(riba). All in all, it was super beneficial for me as an Econ student. My favourite takeaway from the talk- “Islam encourages entrepreneurship, interest kills entrepreneurship.” 👏🏻

It’s profound how Islam’s say on finances and wealth is so clear-cut and how Allah protects us and cares for us and has given us injuctions in the way we handle businesses, money & wealth. Truly amazing.
