Here's a first look at a redesigned Wandering Cryptids band woop woop! Included are the bois' face claims.

I'm just gonna come out and say it; I'm doing a soft reboot of the Wandering Cryptids series. I'm just not happy with how the story is going, and my influences/ideas have changed since I started this project three years ago. I've also been extremely slow at working on the damn comic, like I can't believe I've been doing it for two years, yet I only have four episodes done. (Episode four's not even finished lol)

So, since I'm adopting this attitude of "Fuck it, We Ball" for the new year, I'm gonna do what I really want and give the Cryptids a soft reboot. I'm gonna take some time to do some rewrites for the chapters, fix the timeline and write proper scripts for each episode. It's time I take this more seriously and plan things better than fly by the seat of my pants like I normally do.

Anyway, I'll work on a new lineup and story stuff soon, so for now I'll leave you with a revised playlist for the band:

Redesign for my oc Roy, a stock car driver from the 60s. I also drew her gf Dawn. <3

Roy is laid back, cool and a daredevil, and she loves fast cars and hot dogs. She’s always getting into trouble, and a lot of times Dawn has to get her out of it.

I got True Grit’s RizzCraft brushes recently and they’re awesome. I’d say they’re better than Retrosupply’s Risograph brushes.

Finished the new lineup for my favorite idiots

I really like how they all came out, especially Clem and Johnathan. I like Sam's colors better and Tom is so damn cute that I wanna pick him up and bounce him in my hand. Also like how Charlie, Iggy and Keith came out.

I don't remember the last time I was excited to work on Cryptids but damn am I super excited about this. <3

Updated Clem's look and I love it <3 He's usually a difficult character to draw but this works so well for him.

I'm starting over with the Cryptids comic, so I've given it a new Comic Fury page and will post on there as soon as I start working on the comic again.

Right now I'm gonna focus on scripting and editing to the writing, as well as chapter 1 concept art, but I wanted to share this in case anyone's interested in following right now and willing to patiently wait.
