hi i have been obsessed with about five songs lately and i tried to assign them myself to each of the girls (including me) but couldn‘t and am just gonna pass it on~

5 songs i‘ve been obsessed with (and why because i feel like it)

praise jah in the moonlight - yg marley (every maori has got this in their playlist rn and i‘m no different. i grew up with reggae. this song is summer and family. no doubt about it. and it‘s such a good song no matter how many times i play it).

fantasy - mariah carey (i want to say it‘s something other than the rush hour sooyung scene but it would be such a downright lie. here‘s this rich little asian girl singing her heart out to a R&B legendary song and i am so fond of it)

ghost - jeff satur (jeff satur i have decided has such a beautiful voice but paired up with his visuals and his music videos? the lore? the background? the historic feel to it? the history major is in love with it all. jeff i love you.)

smart - le sserafim (say all you want about it it doesn‘t change the fact that this has been my shower song, my workout song, my happy song, my evening song. everything. i‘ve also learnt the dance as well and i feel so good about myself while doing it ayyyyy)

no ordinary girl - h20 just add water (i‘ve been rewatching it and the NOSTALGIA. and like i appreciate things i didn‘t even think of before and i sing this fucking song the whole way through. i keep singing fantasy instead of ‚land and sea‘
