Sunstone is the most Radical fusion, I adore her very 80s feel and language. She reminds me of my favorite 80s cartoons like G.I.Joe, Rainbow brite, and Captain Planet. A #throwbackthursday to the time it was like 95 degrees F outside and I decided to go outside to take photos of my newly crocheted Sunstone shirt 😂 It was a bad idea, it was super death hot and I was in so many layers we were outside like 5 minutes and I was already ready to run inside and hide in the freezer. . It’s been a while since I’ve gotten to work on sunstone at all. The head is a little uncomfortable to actually wear; when I made it I forgot to make sure I was tall enough that my head touched the top. It didn’t so I had to scramble to figure out how to keep it on and I ended up taping a small plastic container on the top of the inside and cover it with craft foam to make it work. It’s a cobbled together trash solution but it works lol. . Enjoy some behinds the scenes sort of pictures of the inside of the head. You can also see how bad my vision is when I have the sunglasses on 😂 . I've been working on a few new projects and I'm really excited about them! I really want to go to a con one year and have enough cosplays to be able to go nuts and change for several different shoots in a day! It's been so hot lately, I think Sunstone needs to tell the sun to cool it, it's not cool to burn everyone up.
