ghoap x reader / 18+ mdni / dark themes / masterlist
Tumblr media
It’s the sundress.
The way it flows off your hips, your body moving beneath it, skin glowing just under the hem. You're lucent in it, radiant in a way he's never seen, brilliance so stunning it catches his breath. You’re a perfect peach, juicy and ripe, plump and sumptuous, skin so soft he’d only need a nip to tear into it, the barest bruise of pressure allowing him to drink his fill of precious honeyed nectar.
There are dozens of people in the café, but he only sees you, can’t tear his gaze away, sick with the heavy tug in his heart, drawing him closer and closer, fingers tense around the flimsy paper cup. He stares, openly, even after Simon clears his throat, scuffs his foot against the sidewalk, says his name.
Johnny has no patience for a kill, or a meal. He likes to rip into fresh things, soak his maw and stretch his jaw around them, swallow them whole if he can.
Swallow you whole, if he can.
A bead of sweat collects at the back of your neck, and he traces its path between your shoulder blades and below, mouth watering at the singular thought of a taste.
His tongue licking down your spine to the cleft of your arse, soft, sweet skin parted for him, face crammed between your legs, panting, pushing, desperate for more, and more, and-
“Johnny.”
“Pretty thing.” He barely looks at his partner, the heat simmering in his stomach curling into a snare. “Little pocket a’ sunshine.”
“Johnny.”
“Ye see ‘er?” Simon’s eyes dig into him, and then you, following the seam of your dress from thigh to shoulder. There’s insatiable insanity in his face, and Johnny knows-
He sees it too.
“I do.”
“Ye dinnae want a taste?”
“Not enough time.” He nods next door, where the darkness looms, waits for them expectantly. A meeting, a negotiation, a riotous push and pull. The things he’s good at, the part of his job that doesn’t include intimidating or killing or orchestrating a disturbance.
His hands sow choreographed chaos, but in this moment, he’d rather they do something else instead.
Pin you down. Pry your thighs wide. Bury his face in your cunt. Would you struggle? Would you cry? Would you take it like a good girl, breathy and sweet, lips shocked into a perfect O for his thumb, pad of it pressed down on your tongue, taste-
“Better think fast.” Simon warns, jolting him from the fantasy that has his cock swelling, and when he sees you heading for the door, dreamy smile on your face, iced latte precarious in your grip, a plan roars to life.
It’s easy, to pretend it’s an accident. Easy to act shocked and embarrassed. Easy, to feel terrible about ruining your dress.
Your gasp is music to his ears.
“Oh my god-“ it’s almost too much, watching the crushing realization sink in across your features, the dismay at the sight of your newly acquired caffeine fix rushing down the front of your sunflower dotted dress.
They’ll buy you a new one. They’ll buy you hundreds.
“’m so sorry.” He croons, reaching to steady you, carefully gripping your elbow under the guise of balance. “Ah, bonnie. ‘m so sorry, I didnae see ye and I was rushin’.”
“It’s… it’s okay.” You’re blinking too fast, trying to hold back tears, trying to keep yourself together. The patchwork, the glue and tape, parts and pieces easily crumble, even as you try to take a deep breath. “I’m… it’s fine.”
“Yer dress is ruined.” Obviously. “Let me pay to get it cleaned, at least.”
“No, no… that’s… it’s okay. I’ll… I’ll just run home, no big deal.” He beats back the burn, the wildfire scorching away the last of his sanity.
“Please.” Simon chimes in over his shoulder. “It’s the least we can do.” You look between them, confused, eyes wide like a little doe, lost all alone in the deep, dark forest.
Flanked by wolves.
“Or let us give ye a ride to yer place, so ye can change.” He jerks his head to the sleek black sedan, idling at the corner, driver still behind the wheel. The meeting can wait, they've got more pressing issues to attend, now.
“Oh… uh-“ He can smell the rot of your hesitance. That’s the thing about a doe, they’re naturally skittish, trembling legs uneasy from the day they were born, nervous about their own shadow. “It’s fine, I can walk. It’s not far.”
“I feel terrible, let me pay for it.” He pours it thick, and as expected, the guilt about making him feel worse locks into place. “I dinnae what I’ll do if we cannae help. If ye give me yer number, we can arrange to cover the cleaners?” Simon looms closer, fingers folding over Johnny's shoulder in an affectionate gesture.
You almost look relieved at the sight.
Poor little doe.
In the end, you agree. When you give them your name, he traces over each syllable tenderly, memorizing the way it sounds on your lips, as Simon taps a phone number into your contacts.
"Ye go straight home an' change." Johnny murmurs, holding onto your hand a shade too long after you pass him back his phone. "Dinnae want ye walkin' around in a dirty dress all afternoon." You fidget, waxing crescent on your lips, and nod.
"I'll uh... I'll let you know how much it is." There's a hint of a tremble in the back of your throat, off key and off kilter, and he smiles to reassure you, before the two of them turn to take their leave.
"We'll talk to ye soon."

BABYDOLL 𐦍༘⋆

PAIRING: Jock Juyeon + Nerd Changmin & Boyfriend Sunwoo x Cheerleader Reader
WORD COUNT | 4.1k
GENRE Smut
WARNINGS 18+ MINORS DONT INTERACT ‼️, strong laungage, threesome, oral sex, penetration, exhibitionism, sunwoo gets possessive, jealous sunwoo, mature language, this is Literally Porn With Plot, Jock!juyeon, boyfriend!sunwoo, nerd!changmin, exhibitionism, voyeurism, vaginal fingering, male masturbation, unprotected sex, a good amount of praise, degradation , angry Juyeon, dom!sunwoo, pet name babydoll is used. Sex in the school library.
SUMMARY Sunwoo doesn’t like the way Juyeon flirts with you and he knows you well enough to see the way you look at Changmin when you two are alone. He think it’s about time he made it clear just who you belong to. Perhaps it’s about time the two of you made your relationship public.
MORE, I’ve been thinking about this trio a lot lately ever since more babydoll edits started showing up on my fyp again so, here we go.
Tumblr media
You and Sunwoo both shared a mutual agreement that your relationship was to stay secretive. After all it all started with a drunken makeout session at one of Kevin and Jacobs wild parties. The only problem was when Sunwoo agreed to keep things a secret he didn’t think it meant watching other guys carelessly flirt with you as if you didn’t already have a boyfriend. Obviously he knew what he had been getting himself into with making you his girlfriend, you were one of the most sought out girls on the cheer team, pretty, top of your class and you were nice to everyone, sometimes a little too nice. Usually Sunwoo would be able to compose himself really well, but the events of today would be all he needs to finally snap.
Not only was it spirit week but it just so happened to fall on the week of homecoming. Knowing you were part of the court it already frustrated Sunwoo to know that you would have to walk in with one of those idiots from the team on your arm, but Lee Juyeon asking you to Homecoming in front of the entire school was not something he thought he would be crossing off his list. Juyeon was someone that already annoyed him when it came to you. His endless flirting, his touchy nature or even all those times hearing Juyeon call you ‘babydoll’ all pissed him off. And right now all he could do was stand there and watch, his tongue poking at the inside of his mouth at how pissed off it had made him. Watching your face as Juyeon approached you with a handful of sunflowers and a sign reading “will you be my sunshine” he could tell that you were a little nervous. The only thing he wasn’t sure of is if the nerves had been from having been put on the spot in front of an entire crowd, or maybe it was the fact that his eyes had been burning holes into both you and Juyeons head.
“I- I’m sorry Juyeon, but I can’t” Sunwoo couldn’t help but walk off with a proud grin on his face once the crowd dispersed. Part of Sunwoo did feel guilty because he had known how excited you were for homecoming, but it wasn’t like the two of you would be showing up together. It had made him feel so guilty that he decided to shoot you a text to meet with him at your usual spot in the school's old computer room.
“Sunwoo?’’ His gaze was torn away from his phone as you entered the room.
“Hello babydoll” as he greeted her the slight annoyance in his voice was evident.
“Sunny please don’t start I didn’t know that he would do that, and you clearly saw me tell him no.’’
“What would you have said if I wasn’t there?’’
“What?”
“You heard me sweetheart what would you have told him if I wasn’t standing there watching the whole thing?’’
“Sun you’re acting ridiculous, why are you asking me that?’’
“Why are you not answering.’’ he was getting slightly annoyed at your ignorance towards the question, part of him felt like if he hadn’t been there you would have said yes. It didn’t go amiss how you would smile and laugh with him whenever he caught the two of you talking at parties or at the games.
“I would have told him no.’’ There was a sudden silence between the two for a moment before you decided to speak again
“I have to go, I promised Mr. Song that I would tutor one of his students.’’ A frustrated sigh spilled from his lips as he watched you leave. He wanted to follow you and apologize for even questioning your loyalty to him, but he knew that if he went after you now he would only make things worse in his current state of mind. So he sat in silence for a while, five short minutes turned into ten long minutes until he realized how ridiculous he had been acting. With a sigh he pulls himself up from the desk and makes his way down the hall, already having a decent idea of where you might have been, after all you always studied in the same place, the school library. As he grew closer he could hear the sound of your laughter the closer he got to the door. That didn’t sound like just studying to him, as he peeked over the doorframe and gazed in he couldn’t help but feel annoyed all over again.
The way your head rested on your palm as you looked at no one other than Ji Changmin. You sat there laughing and smiling as he sat there all pouty.
“You’re cute but being cute won’t make me go any easier on you Changmin.’’ You laugh at Changmin's sulking, seemingly completely unaware that your boyfriend stood right outside the door looking in. Meanwhile a blush formed on Chngmins face from you having called him cute.
“I know you can do better than what you’re showing me Minni. This isn’t the first time i’ve tutored you, you’re pretty smart and i’m sure you know that so I refuse to go easy on you.’’ As you spoke to him your hand rested on Changmin's arm.
To any outsider looking in it would seem like you had just been being sweet and playful, but Sunwoo was well aware of your mannerisms and tone by now. You weren’t simply doing or saying any of those things just to be nice. He was fed up, and now he was feeling like it was about time he put you and everyone else in their place. Turning away from the library entrance he then turned to the direction of the school gym, the place he was more than sure he could find Lee Juyeon. Everyone knew that Juyeon would stay after school to practice, after all he was one of those members on the football team that strived for perfection. When Sunwoo first called out the others name Juyeon was shocked to say the least, of course he was well aware of who Sunwoo was, but the two were entirely different he didn’t think he’d ever find Sunwoo looking for him of all people.
“Yn asked me to pass on a message, she’s waiting for you in the library, something about wanting to apologize or something.’’ Sunwoo tried his best to seem disinterested in the situation, just enough for Juyeons ears to perk up at the sound of your name. Sunwoo simply watched in slight annoyance as Juyeon walked off the field and disappeared back into the school building. He eventually made his way moments later, slowly but surely making his way back to the library where he had watched Juyeon enter just moments before.
“Babydoll!’’ Sunwoo watched as your gaze then shifted from Changmin to Juyeon who was now leaned over the table, his gaze having fallen on Ji Changmin who was sat a little two close to you for Juyeons liking.
“Juyeon what are you doing here?’’
“I told him you were looking for him, sweetheart.’’ Sunwoo finally steps into the library's entrance, taking a step in and he closes and locks the door behind himself.
“Sunwoo?’’
At this point both Changmin and Juyeon had been staring back and forth between the both of you in confusion.
“I think you should apologize to Juyeon for turning him down in front of all of those people princess.” Sunwoo noticed the way your body tensed upon being called that, he was more than sure you were well aware of his annoyance by now. After all he only ever called you such a thing when the two of you were alone and he was planning on being buried deep inside of you. The look on your face was one of both annoyance and panic.
“Um I think i’ll just go maybe we can finish another time.’’ Changmin was ready to take his leave, standing up in his chair, Sunwoos' gaze immediately shot to him making him freeze up on the spot.
“Oh no no not too fast ‘minni’ this won’t take too long.’’ upon hearing your nickname for Changmin you had used only moments ago, it began to set in that Sunwoo had been watching you.
“Okay what the fuck is going on.’’ Juyeon finally snaps, his eyes blazing as he realized he had been set up by Sunwoo.
“Sun.’’
“Quiet babydoll I want you to behave for our two guest. Go ahead and make Changmin a little more comfortable.’’
“Sun..’’
“What is it? What’s the matter babydoll you find him cute don’t you?’’ your eyes said it all, the fact that you had been looking everywhere but into sunwoos eyes said it all.
“Be a good girl and make him feel good while me and Juyeon watch.’’
“Wha-what?’’ Changmin's face had gone bright red, but Sunwoo chose to ignore him.
“Go ahead babydoll.’’
Sunwoo watched as you shyly looked over at Changmin who was obviously nervous.
“Okay what the hell is going on?’’ Juyeon was pissed, pissed at the fact that Sunwoo seemed to have some type of hold on you, even more pissed that he had been tricked into coming here just for this.
“I’m giving you what you want, you think she’s pretty right? Both you and Ji changmin have a crush on My Girlfriend, how cute right Babydoll?’’
“Sun did you really have to bring them into this.’’
“You think you’re allowed to play sweet and innocent with me Princess? I know you and your body well enough to know that you like it when Juyeon here flirts with you, i also know you well enough to know that you’d fuck him or Ji Changmin here without a second thought. Go ahead and take off your clothes for them babydoll..show them how pretty you look.’’ The way you shifted in your seat told him everything that he needed to know, you were getting turned on by this. Him calling you out in front of the two of them.
“Take them off babydoll or i’ll have one of them do it for you.’’ The room fell silent and both Juyeon and Changmin's eyes seemed to be glued onto you as you slowly obeyed Sunwoos' given order. Changmin didn’t think that his face could get any redder until he watched you strip from your white button up and black skirt.
“Good girl.’’ sunwoo takes a seat on the opposite side of the table and spreads his legs, a move you knew all too well. That smirk on his face and the pride in the way he sat was an obvious indication that he was enjoying this. He had you exactly where he wanted.
“Come here sweetheart, I want you to be good for our two guests. As you take a seat on his lap his arms slip around your waist from behind, Sunwoos cold fingers brush against your bare skin as he presses you against his clothed body against yours.
“You’ll be good for them right?” His fingers squeeze your hips in a manner that forces you to stay pressed against him. You gave him a nod which made him give a swift slap across your thigh earning a soft whine.
“Use your words babydoll.”
“I’ll be good sun.”
“That’s my girl, I want you to look at them while I play with you like the pretty little doll you are.” The entire time neither Changmin nor Juyeon said a word. Truth be told neither of them knew what was happening, but the moment their eyes took in your semi naked frame and sat in Sunwoos lap it was hard to look away.
His gaze burned with pride at the fact that he had you right where he wanted and neither Juyeon nor Changmin could do a damn thing unless he allowed it. His fingers immediately met your clit, pushing past your folds and slipping them right inside you with ease.
“I want you to make sure our guests feel included, look them in the eyes and tell them who you want.” His thumb pressed against your clit as he started slowly, thrusting his fingers deep into you like he has done with you thousands of times.
The side of his lips curled into a smirk as he heard the desperate whine that spilled past your plump lips. The moment you opened your mouth to speak he forces in yet another finger, using the three to stretch you out to his liking.
“I'm sorry, what was that? speak babydoll. ” Meanwhile while you struggled with your words both Juyeon and Changmin seemed to be anxiously anticipating who’s name would spill from your pretty lips.
“Ch- Changmin.” You force yourself to breathe out between ragged breaths, the way Sunwoo continuously abuses your clit without letting up, making you squirm in your seat.
“Tell him where you want him doll.” Without hesitation he slipped in two more fingers, taking the time to stretch your walls and feel you out before he began to thrust them in and out slowly. The way you whine for him to move them faster only causes him to slow them down, he was well aware doing this would only make it harder for you to respond but he didn’t seem to care. His fingers thrust further into your cunt with every loud cry that left your mouth.
“Mm my mouth, sun please.” A chuckle spilled from Sunwoos lips at how desperate you sounded.
“Look at you whining like a desperate little doll for some nerd you’re tutoring to fuck your pretty little mouth when your boyfriends fingers are deep in your pretty little cunt.” His eyes shot to Chagmin whose eyes were glued to his fingers that were buried deep inside of you.
“Well you heard her right? You gonna give her what she wants?”
“Mm S-Sun, what about Juyeon.” Your sudden inclusion of Juyeon made his eyebrow quirk up in pure amusement.
“You want them both sweetheart? You want me to watch while they both have their way with you right doll?” He leaves a loving kiss on your neck before pulling his fingers out of you and patting your thigh.
“sit pretty up on the table for them then and let them know what you want.” Sunwoo sat back in his seat watching as you shyly took a seat up on the table.
“Don’t act all shy now baby you weren't acting shy a couple minutes ago when you were begging me to let them have their way with you.”
“I want Ju to eat me out while I take care of Minni.” He chuckles as you look away from him, a slight blush on your cheeks at having to admit it to him.
“Well then was that so hard princess? Go ahead and help them out then.”
Sunwoo watched as you moved between the two, helping them both get out of their pants while they took off your remaining clothes. Now here you were completely naked and exposed, trapped between two men that were working together to completely destroy you. Juyeons lips wrapped around your sensitive clit while Changmins Cock completely filled your mouth, swallowing up every one of your moans.
You had seemed so shy before but now that they had loosened you up you seemed to take it all so well. It seemed like a dream to you Changmins brown eyes gazing down at you through his glasses as he tugged at your hair and fucked your pretty mouth. All while Juyeon sat behind you forcing you to sit on his face and take the abuse of his tongue. For Changmin seeing you between his legs now is quite a treat, especially the way your tongue swirls around his tip and scoops up his arousal. He couldn’t believe it was real, a girl he had fantasized about multiple times struggling to take the abuse of him down her throat.
“She takes it so well doesnt she? .” Sunwoos' gaze burned into you as he watched the scene before him. You weren’t sure why he was letting this happen but at the time you were too caught up in Juyeon and Changmin to care
Changmin breathlessly mumbles out soft curses when you start to bob your head, brushing fingers through your hair and pulling the strands away from your mouth. you moan at that, squeezing his length and forcing him down your throat. You looked a complete mess, your vision clouded with tears and fucked up mascara while saliva coated your chin and plump lips. One look at you and Changmin groans upon seeing your now ruined makeup all because of the way he was abusing your throat. you’re eagerly motivated now, taking him with more consideration but your mouth’s still as hot as ever. He lets out a small moan, letting you go at your own pace no matter how much he wanted fuck your face. you run a long stripe up the bottom of his length, thumb playing with his tip while his eyes stay fixated on you taking him down your throat so well.
“You're doing so well, babydoll.” Sunwoo chuckles upon seeing the way the tears continuously formed within your eyes.
To Changmin your mouth felt like heaven. Using your hands to pump the areas you’re not able to reach, the way you hollow out your cheeks around him immediately shuts him up. You pull him out of your mouth with a plop, a string of saliva connecting him to your lips as you move in to suck just the tip. Lewd moans spew from your lips upon feeling Juyeons tongue work against your clit. You look down at him which was proven to be a mistake because it immediately made your brain go fuzzy.
Juyeon showed no mercy, not letting up for a second even as your legs trembled, slurping up the juices that drip from your clit loudly. The moment you try to jerk away from him his grip on your thighs tighten and he pushes his tongue further between your folds.
“Don’t move, Babydoll,” He groans wrapping a forearm around your thighs and just eats. He
flicks his tongue over your clit while using his fingers to stretch you out groaning at the way your cunt pulsing and gripping his digits. you’re snapped out of your daze when Changmin forces you to look back at him and shoves his cock back into your throat. Mere seconds later Juyeon gives a few slaps onto your clit as a warning to not take your eyes away from Changmin.
you give him an apologetic look before slurping your saliva off his cock. He hums while you continue the bobbing of your head and the moans that you let out around him send vibrations up his body. Changmin twitches in your mouth and his thigh tenses. All while you could feel something burning within your core begging for your release.
“Better hold it princess, if you cum before Changmin i’ll make sure you can’t do it again when i fuck you.” Sunwoo chimes in from the side making you whine.
Despite hearing that Juyeon wasn’t letting up, licking one last stripe before gathering his saliva into a ball and he spits onto your clit, sight so lewd that if you could see it you'd have cum immediately. he admires how the way it runs down your cunt and mixes with your arousal that he couldn’t help but wish for it to be his cum instead. Your eyes roll back the moment he rubs in his spit, a thumb on your bud while he continues to move his fingers and your thighs are already trembling from how he seems to know all your sweet spots in such a short period of time.
“Yn—” Changmin moans, gets breathy and choked the closer he is to his high, hips bucking up into your mouth. the drool that drips from the corners of your mouth and the sounds of your mouth being so full of his cock sends him into a frenzy.
“Remember we don’t waste babydoll.” At Sunwoos words you whine, the slurping and gawking noises getting faster before you’re taking his cock with a gasp, pumping him while your dilated eyes look up to him and him only. He pulls on your hair before you both cum together, your cum spilling out onto Juyeons lips and face all while Changmin spills all down your throat. An overload hits your tongue and the back of your throat and you nearly spit it back up but force yourself to keep it down.
Unfortunately for you, it was not over, Sunwoo immediately lifted you up from the table, taking you into his lap and spreading your thighs apart.
“Now you’re gonna take care of Juyeon while I show them i’m the only one that can fuck you like the pretty doll you are.” While your lips wrapped around Juyeons Cock Your eyes rolled back immediately as Sunwoo pushed himself inside of you until he fully bottomed out. Your tightness earned a low growl from him as he pushed so deep you could have sworn you felt him hit the top of your stomach. He watched the blissed out look on your face with every little thrust inside you.
“Look at you taking me so well, I bet you loved every bit of Juyeon and Changmin working together to destroy you babydoll.” A chuckle spilled past his lips and he immediately spread your legs wider and pulled your thighs up against your chest. Your moans were evident enough that whatever pain you felt if any had gone away. He waisted no time fucking into you, rough and feverish thrusts from the very beginning. Thrusts that caused your eyes to roll to the back of your head so hard you saw stars.
Your nails dug so deep into his thighs that you nearly drew blood. your moans sent vibrations over Juyeons cock, making him throw his head back and pull at your hair, lines of saliva dripping down your chin as each of your moans were swallowed up by him thrusting into your throat.
“Youre such a pretty little doll baby, look at you being so good for the three of us.” Sunwoo immediately leans down to place kisses on your neck, your nipple between his fingers while his other hand fondles your breasts. The pleasure had been overwhelming your bodies in ways you hadn’t thought to be possible. From the feeling of his fingers against your breasts to every time he thrusted in to you feeling like the more he fucked the deeper into your stomach his cock seemed to push.
“From now on you will make it known that you’re mine. Mine to kiss, to touch to fuck. You’re gonna tell every single guy that approaches you that you belong to someone. understand babydoll?” Your thoughts had been so cloudy that you could barely even make out anything he had been talking to you about.
“Such a pretty little whore gonna cum all over my cock after getting used like a slut other men.” He immediately rested one hand on your waist while resting the other on your stomach and pushing down. He wanted to feel just how far his cock could go inside your little frame. This action was all it took to push you over the edge, the moment he pushed down upon your stomach your legs shook and it was a glorious sight for all of them to see, to see you squirt upon the impact of his hand. As you were finally able to pry your eyes open you felt butterflies in the pit of your stomach. The sight of Changmins hands wrapped around his Cock and sweat dripping down his forehead as he watched both Juyeon and your boyfriend work tinder to ruin you.
Your legs shook violently as Sunwoos thrusts grew in speed and the low growls that spilled from his mouth made it all more easy for you to unravel right then and there, your cum spilling out onto his cock followed by Juyeons release down your throat mere seconds later. Sunwoo wasnt too far behind as the fucked out look on your face and the way you clenched around him was all he needed for him to spill into you, him and Changmin both finishing at the same time.
“You two, from now on stop flirting with my fucking girlfriend.” Slipping his head into the crook of your neck he sucks harshly, leaving evidence that you were now tainted by him, a true indication that you belonged to him and no one else

pairing: san x reader au: idol | friends to lovers genre: fluff word count: 825 words summary: san had tried confessing through subtle messages but he finally had enough. warning(s): -
Tumblr media
You laid on San couch, wearing his t-shirt as well as some shorts as Byeol laid on your chest. San had invited you over, saying he'll meet you there after he had finish up a few verses with Hongjoong. As you laid comfortably, San was standing by a flower shop, wondering which one to get for you.
The amount of times San had tried to confess, he had lost count.
As you relaxed on the couch, Byeol curled up on your chest, her soft purring creating a soothing rhythm. The afternoon light filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow around the room. You smiled, feeling content in this little moment of peace.
San’s playful banter echoed in your mind—how he always teased about bringing you flowers. It was sweet how much thought he put into it, even if he struggled to actually confess his feelings. You could imagine him standing there, deliberating over the vibrant blooms, his brow furrowed in concentration.
What would he pick? Maybe daisies, bright and cheerful, or perhaps roses, classic yet romantic. You chuckled softly, imagining him overthinking the choice as he always did. He’d probably think about what you might like, what would make you smile.
Your thoughts drifted, imagining what it would be like if he finally found the courage to tell you. The way he’d smile shyly, those deep brown eyes sparkling with hope. The anticipation of that moment felt thrilling and terrifying all at once.
Just then, you heard the door click open. San stepped in, a goofy grin on his face, a bouquet of sunflowers in hand. “I figured you could use a little sunshine,” he said, his voice bright and teasing.
You couldn’t help but smile back, your heart racing a bit. “You know me so well,” you replied, glancing down at Byeol, who was now wide awake and curious.
As he approached, you could see the way his cheeks flushed slightly, a hint of nervousness creeping into his demeanor. “I… uh, I’ve been meaning to tell you something,” he started, his voice wavering just a bit.
Your heart skipped a beat. Here it was—the moment you both had danced around for so long. You met his gaze, feeling the weight of the unspoken words lingering in the air, and waited for him to continue.
San took a deep breath, his fingers nervously twisting the stem of the sunflowers. “I’ve been thinking a lot about us,” he said, his voice dropping to a softer tone. “About how much I value our friendship and… how much I wish it could be more.”
The words hung in the air, a mix of hope and vulnerability. Your heart raced as you searched his expression, wanting to convey your own feelings without breaking the moment.
He stepped a little closer, his eyes locked on yours. “I just… I really like you. Like, a lot. And I’ve been too scared to say anything because I didn’t want to ruin what we have.” His cheeks were flushed, the honesty of his confession making him even more endearing.
You felt a wave of warmth rush through you, and a smile broke across your face. “San,” you started, your voice steady despite the excitement bubbling inside. You sat up, moving an upset Byeol as you left the couch. San looked at you nervously, but was soon at ease when you took the flowers from him.
“i knew the whole time," you said, smiling up at him.
San’s jaw dropped in surprise, his cheeks flushing an even deeper shade of red. “Wait, really? You knew?”
You nodded, a playful grin spreading across your face. “Yeah! All those little hints? I might be slow sometimes, but I wasn’t completely oblivious.”
He let out a soft laugh, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. “I thought I was being so subtle!”
“You were cute about it, but not as subtle as you think,” you teased. “Like the time you kept bringing up that café with the cute flower arrangements. I saw right through you.”
San huffed, " does this mean you like me?"
As you wrapped your arms around San’s neck and pressed your lips to his, the world around you faded away. His surprise melted into warmth, and you felt him lean into the kiss, his hands gently finding your waist.
The moment was electric—sweet and tender, yet filled with the weight of all the unspoken feelings that had been building between you. When you finally pulled away, breathless, you looked into his eyes, which sparkled with a mixture of shock and joy.
“Wow,” he breathed, a grin spreading across his face. “So that’s what you meant by ‘liking’ me.”
You chuckled softly, feeling giddy. “Yeah, I think that qualifies.”
San let out a breathe he didn't realized that he held in, making you giggle. He placed another kiss on your lips, his heart racing as he finally got the girl of his dream.

The larger arm was circling the golden numerals surrounding your watch, and the clock was ticking along as usual. Since you have been waiting for this your entire life, today was meant to be special for you. You got ready for this day by getting up earlier than normal and wearing your best outfit. It has all come down to this after endless days of speech practice and preparation about what to display your crush..
You brought her favorite flowers from a nearby flower shop and messaged her to meet in the Bay Area, where you first met. That girl has helped you through your entire life of anguish and pain. She was the sunshine you treasured, and you wanted nothing more than for her to be pure and untouched by civilization. It began with a simple act of assisting her in catching her dog, progressed to becoming friends, and then to falling in love.
Perhaps it was destiny as many would call it, that you met in the first place. Arriving at the place where it all began you patiently waited.
Waited.
And waited.
And waited.
But nobody came through.
The sun was finally setting, and the blue sky had become orange, resembling what many scientists refer to as the golden hour. Even though the meeting time was early, you still had optimism before the clock struck 6 p.m. You sat there on the edge of the sea, watching the small ships sail by and the music the sea was making. Every splash it made put you at rest, and then you heard the voice of the person you'd been waiting for. Your face lit up as you jumped down the wall and saw the girl.
With another man.
You'd never forget that laugh, which threw your mind off track. Her grin was worth a thousand gold. It was supposed to be you in that position, but it wasn't. The man she was with was making jokes and making her laugh, and it was clear that the two of them loved each other. You watch with a heavy heart as they go past you despite the fact that they are only a few feet away.
You could feel your heart breaking piece by piece as the girl you love was taken away by another man. Realizations began to surface in your mind as a sour chuckle came out of your mouth.
"I'm so stupid huh?"
You thought to yourself. Perhaps a little backtracking was required. She never really exhibited interest in you, did she? Sure, you were interested in her, but did she make an effort to pique your interest? Perhaps it was your imagination that led you to believe she was interested when, in fact, she was simply being a nice friend.
You groaned and stared at the boque you purchased. Every flower that was present there represented something. The roses, tulips, and sunflowers were a nice combination, but they now have no meaning. Walking away is the best thing to do right now, and a little drink won't hurt, right?
However, after a few steps forward, you came to a halt when you heard someone cry. Your gaze travelled in all directions before settling on a girl with her hands over her face, crying. much if you are already upset, witnessing someone else weep makes you feel much worse for them. Your fist clenched as you felt a firm thing in your hand. You had a bouquet of flowers ready to be thrown away right now, but doing so would be a horrible decision. You took a big breath and started your way to the girl.
"Umm... Excuse me?"
You called out of the girl. You weren't really sure if this was the best time to be nosy but you have to give the flowers to someone else instead of throwing them. The girl looked up and saw how puffy her eyes looked.
"She must have been crying for a while now.."
You thought to yourself as you shook that thought off and handed her your bouquet of flowers.
"I know this looks weird but I think you deserve these flowers more than I need them."
This was your best explanation to her, and to be honest, it was bizarre. Who in their right mind would give a stranger a bouquet of flowers and simply accept them? You were well aware of the repercussions of your actions, but the girl totally removed her hand, revealing her face. It was horrible to see how devastated she appeared, and you may recognize yourself in her because your heart had also been destroyed.
Haewon just stared at the bouquet of flowers and for some reason, she was captivated by the patter of the flowers that were in there.
"I know... It's weird for a stranger to give someone I don't know flowers but I hope this would make it less painful?"
Haewon looked up to see your face. She was able to recognize faces from her fans and individuals she had briefly met, but seeing your face was her first time meeting you, and the agony she was bearing was quickly alleviated by your simple offer.
Without thinking, Haewon softly accepted the flowers, her eyes ogling them. The perfume was soothing her down, and she could feel a little grin on her lips. You, on the other hand, grinned slightly, knowing that your actions had made someone happy. Perhaps this day served as a lesson for you rather than a heartache. Kindness, after all, was a pleasant sensation.
"T-Thank you.."
Haewon weakly said as you could only nod your head.
"It's alright. Ummm, I'll be going first then. Goodbye."
Your job was done and there was no more reason for you to talk to the girl. She needed time for herself and what you did was the start of her to calm down and pick herself up.
"Wait!"
She stopped you on your tracks as you looked behind you to see the girl clinging to the flowers close to her.
"What's your name?"
Strangely enough, you felt like saying your name wouldn't be harmful. But considering that you're the one who gave her the flowers, it was only right for her to know your name.
"Y/n Park."
She nodded her head and bowed at a particular angle surprising you.
"Thank you Mr. Park. I will remember your kindness."
Feeling flustered, you shook off her actions and said
"N-No need to bow that much Miss."
Haewon straightened herself up and smiled at you. Her grin actually caught your attention. It was ridiculous of you to compare someone, but Haewon's smile reminded you of someone you used to know or was familiar with. Perhaps you've seen that smile before but can't pinpoint where it is.
"Ah, I almost forgot, I'm Oh Haewon by the way. Nice to meet you."
"Like wise.. Umm.. See you around Ms. Haewon."
You wanted to leave right now since you hadn't expected to feel so bewildered meeting someone for the first time. Your brain told you she was someone you knew, but she wasn't someone to you. It confused you so much that it eclipsed your sadness.
Haewon, on the other hand, was smiling broadly as she began to walk back to the JYP office, the bouquet in her hand. People around the building were surprised to find Haewon smiling with flowers in her hand, despite the fact that she had been sorrowful earlier. Your kindness had left a mark on her thoughts, and her members were eager to see her grin.
"Unnie-eh? Where did you get that?"
Kyujin canceled her hug to their leader as everyone's interest reached a height. They were worried about her since she had been quite dull or tired for the past few days. Even though they attempted to make her laugh and smile, they knew it wasn't enough, and when she went AFK for the past several hours, they became concerned.
"Oh? A guy gave it to me."
Her statement made everyone widen their eyes as they all looked surprised and shocked.
Who was the person that gave their leader a smile that was genuine that they couldn't bring out?
"Another day, another boring working day..."
You sighed and prepared for your job. You were an officer worker, and despite the monotonous nature of the job, it allowed you to pay your rent and eat. You left your apartment and followed the regular path you normally take to the bus station to wait for the bus. Your gaze was drawn to your phone, and despite the fact that it was empty of text notifications from anyone, you were staring at the most recent message you had sent her.
You sighed and closed your phone. The bridge that was built around that friendship you had with her was diminished. Repairing it was impossible as your mind was occupied with the moments you two shared. Even though it was one sided, it was still painful for you.
Arriving at your work office was pretty much the same. Sitting down, opening your computer, checking the files, and printing papers. It was your typical office scenery as you placed your bag below your table. Seeing that you have arrived, a friend of yours peaked over at your table.
"So how did it go? ~"
Your friend Yeonjun smiled happily hoping for good news but you just sighed and shook your head. This surprised him as he was sure that you had this in the bag.
"Eh? Why? I thought last week was the day?"
"Maybe I was just pondering things. It was a one sided love after all."
Yeonjun gasped at you. He was for sure thinking that she was the one for you yet it wasn't. Maybe his gut instinct was right.
"Remember when I told you that something isn't right with the relationship you had with her?"
"Yeah?"
"looks like I was right."
He laughed at you and you could only sigh as what Yeonjun said was right. You were merely blinded by all this stuff she did that you had thought that she likes you. Thinking back on it now, you cringed remembering the things you did for her.
"Well it's in the past now. Let's forget about it and move on"
That was your motto in life. That kind of saying has led you into this situation. You weren't complaining, of course, since you believe that nothing in the past is that important, and you should move on with your life. Everything has a purpose for you, thus there was probably a reason you met her.
That's why your heart split into a thousand pieces.
Sure, the occasion may be lost and become a hazy memory, but the emotions will not. The sensation of heartbreak will return time and again. It may not be exactly what you expected, but it will undoubtedly appear in some form. One example would be when you were watching a film. That movie you were viewing coincided with the period you watched movies with her. It was in that film that you fell for her, and it brought back memories of the sorrow.
"I guess you're right. But anyway-"
"Y/n, Chief is asking for you."
A workmate of yours came near your workplace as you just nodded your head at her. Yeonjun looked at you confused.
"Why is the chief asking for you? Did you do something?"
You shrugged your shoulders, unsure. You never failed any previous reports because you always submitted them on time, and sometimes even sooner. The chief was not a scary person, but he was very severe with his employees. To avoid upsetting him, you left your office and walked to the chief's office, knocking before entering his chamber. His workplace table was tidy and well-organized, unlike the majority of the company's employees.
"Ah, Y/n, take a seat."
You sat across from him as he took out a folder and handed it to you. You took it and opened it, and the first thing you noticed was the name of the corporation labeled on it. Your eyes widen as you look at the chief in surprise, as he simply grinned and chuckled..
"Sir, why is JYP Entertainment on this file sir?"
"Well you see Y/n, we're sharing our investment to one of its kpop group and I want you to write about the progress of our investment on them especially since their comeback is approaching. I want a full detailed report done after their comeback is done. Got it?"
Not wanting to disappoint your chief, you accepted it and thanked him for the opportunity. Leaving out of his office, you smiled happily that the chief has trusted you on such an important task at hand. Yeonjun saw your smile and couldn't help but feel intrigued.
"What's the big smile for? You're getting promoted?"
"Nope, well, hopefully if I do well on this task, I could get promoted."
Yeonjun clapped his hand in amusement and support of you. Not wanting to waste any time, you immediately started to work on your computer, researching JYP Entertainment and learning about the stocks of the firms that had invested in it. Your eyes immediately spotted the spikes and falls of each company's inventions on the groups under the label, and you made sure to record them for future reference in your report.
"Perhaps I should visit JYP entertainment tomorrow."
Your regular work hour consisted of producing reports and researching information. But after the clock struck 7 p.m., it was time to go home. Packing your belongings and exiting the building, you proceeded down the familiar night street. You noticed a billboard showcasing JYP idols, including ITZY, Twice, and Straykids, but one group was unfamiliar to you. But for some strange reason, one idol looked familiar to you. You shrugged your shoulder and started walking, thinking that you'd remember her when the time came.
The next morning arrived faster than you imagined because you were dressed for work. You left your apartment and were set to go to JYP Entertainment. Your chief has already informed the company of your arrival, as you ensured that all of your belongings were in your suitcase. Grabbing a cab, you informed the driver of your destination while watching the scenery unfold as the taxi passed by buildings and establishments. The ride was brief, as you paid for your taxi and exited the vehicle. You instantly noticed the tall structure in front of you since you didn't anticipate it to be so large.
"Considering that JYP Ent. Is a huge name, I can't expect less from them now can I?"
You were ready to enter the building when you noticed a girl in distress, looking for something on the ground. When you saw her struggle, you sighed and checked your watch. Ten minutes before the company's board meeting. Perhaps you can afford a minute or two, right?
"Miss? Is everything alright?"
You asked as the girl looked at your direction but her vision was blurry as she can't properly see you. In desperate help, she nodded her head.
"Y-Yes, have you seen some glasses nearby? I-I can't properly see without them."
You decided to aid her after hearing her gentle voice and despair, and there was a pair of glasses on the floor not far from where you two were. You went to fetch it, brushed a few dust particles from the glass, and handed it to her.
"Here you go miss. I believe this are yours?"
You handed the girl her glasses, which she quickly placed on her eyes. She smiled cheerfully and bowed at you. You simply brush off her thoughtfulness as you realize how her beautiful eyes drew your attention. She was wearing a mask, so you couldn't see her face, but her eyes revealed that she's a very pretty girl.
"Thank you Mister for helping me."
"Ah No it's fine. I'm just trying to help, I guess."
"Umm.. P-Perhaps your also entering the building mister?"
"Huh? Oh yeah I am."
The girl beamed with happiness as she smiled underneath her mask. Although you can't clearly see it, her eyes show that she was smiling underneath her white mask.
"I-I can help you tour around. Where are you going by the way Mister?"
"Ah, the board member room? Where meetings happen?"
You tried your best to describe the place you were heading to as the girl immediately know where that place was.
"Ah, I know where that is Mister. Follow me."
The girl walked ahead as you followed her from behind. Entering the building, you were immediately amazed by the interior design as you were at awe. The girl chuckled softly seeing your reaction.
"Woah, this place is... Amazing."
"Hehe, well that's JYP for you."
The two of you entered the elevator and to your surprise, many people suddenly stormed leaving absolutely no space for you or the girl. Not wanting to let her get squished, you used your body to cover her from the crowd but the position for it was awkward to say the least. You were literally balancing yourself with just your feet and arms leaving the girl blushing and her heart pounding so fast. Perhaps it was because of her introverted nature that she immediately picked up what you were trying to do as she couldn't help but feel her heart race.
As the elevator stopped, the crowd got smaller and smaller until it was just you and her.
"You alright?"
"Huh? Oh, yeah. Thank you again for protecting me, Mister."
"Ah, it's nothing. Just uhh.. Trying to help?"
The girl chuckled at your poor attempt to joke but somehow it worked on her. Realizing that it was just you two in the elevator, you decided to ask for her name.
"Ah, by the way I'm Y/n Park. And you are?"
The girl hesitated at first but she ended up saying her name anyway.
"Seol Yoon-ah. Yoona for short Mister."
As the elevator door opened, you nodded in response to hearing her name. Lily told you that this was his floor, and hers was still much higher. You got off the elevator and thanked her again for her assistance, while Lily simply waved it off and waved you farewell as the elevator door closed. Walking along the strange hallway, your mind was still preoccupied with meeting Lily, and you were relieved that you had already made a friend in the building, as the conference room was within sight. You knocked before entering the room.
Sullyoon on the other hand finally arrived at their practice room as all her members were there ready to start their practice session for the day. Haewon, their Leader, saw Sullyoon entering as she greeted her as she greeted her back.
"Morning Sully, you sure took your time."
"Ah well I kinda tripped on the way and my glasses fell of my face so I couldn't see."
Hearing what Sullyoon said made everyone worry for her as they surrounded her. Sullyoon just smiled and chuckled at her members. Before she would be overwhelmed by this much attention but being together for such a long time now made her already aware of their behaviors.
"That must have been terrible. Anyway, did you get it back?"
Bae asked as Jiwoo gave her a stare of disbelief and confusion as her question already had an answer.
"Unnie, she's literally wearing her glasses now."
Jiwoo's comment made everyone laugh as Sullyoon chuckled.
"Well a sweet guy helped me in finding my glasses and also protected me earlier on the elevator."
Sullyoon smiled and blushed remembering your actions as this reaction got her members thrilled and curious on who made Sullyoon blush.
"Spill the tea girl."
Lily said making everyone agree to their oldest as Sullyoon spoke the name that Haewon was familiar with.
"Y/n Park. I think he's a new employee here."
The girls squealed except Haewon who had her eyes widened in surprise and in shock. Kyujin seeing their Leader frozen got her curious.
"Why the long face Unnie?"
Kyujin's question snapped Haewon out of her trance as she sighed and reminded her members of the bouquet of flowers in their dorm.
"Remember those flowers that I'm taking care of right now?"
They all nodded their heads as Haewon smiled brightly captivating her members.
"He's the same person. I'm sure of it."
Now it was everyone's turn to act surprised by their leader's claim. Haewon on the other hand was smiling brightly as she can finally meet the person that brought a smile on her face.
"I know love at first sight is stupid but....I am stupidly in love after all"
The meeting ended after you were presented with a variety of scenarios in which stocks could rise or fall. Overall, your focus was on the group NMIXX, and according to the projections, they have a good possibility of attracting other companies to invest in them, given the tendency of their fame rising with each comeback. That being said, NMIXX is still a long way from the success of the other groups in the organization, but in your opinion, this was a solid step.
Exiting the meeting room, you decided to head to the building's cafeteria to fill in your soft growling stomach. You placed a hand on your stomach as you chuckled.
"I wonder how I survived that meeting without my stomach growling like a lion"
But the happiness on your face faded when you realized your previous guide, Sullyoon, was no longer with you. You sighed and placed your hand on your brow, knowing that you had to explore this vast and expansive edifice on your own. You retraced your steps in order to find the elevator; however, your initial thought was to ask the receptionist on the ground floor. However, it appears that your desire was so intense that you became disoriented and strayed into new area.
"I don't think I went pass this one earlier...shit"
You attempted again to recollect your previous steps, but your brain digested food instead. Frustrated that your brain wasn't cooperating with you, you decided to look for a snack bar machine nearby and eat that for lunch. However, it appears like locating a snack bar is like finding the lost city of Atlantis: seemingly impossible. By this point, your hunger had sapped the vitality from your legs, which were about to give way. You stumbled on the floor because your stomach was causing you pain because it was so empty.
"Damn it. Why is this building so huge anyway!"
You cursed the engineer and architect of this structure on your head, causing their following generation to suffer tremendously. With a sigh, you sat on the floor, leaning against the wall. You wanted to rest your legs a little because the continual walking earlier made them tired, and hunger played a vital role in making you stumble on the floor..
But, unbeknownst to you, Haewon was passing by and quickly noticed you. She gasped, not expecting to find you in such a state, as she approached you. Your ears perked up as the heavy footstep became louder by the second. Turning your head in the direction of the stomps, you saw a girl dash towards you like a savage bear, instilling panic within you. Haewon paused her pace as she kneeled in front of you, holding your cheeks and scrutinizing your face.
"Are you hurt? Are you okay? Do you want to kiss me? Or are you perhaps injured? Ah! Do you want me to take care of you?"
Everything was moving so fast that your brain couldn't process what was happening. But your eyes did saw Haewons face and there you immediately recognized her.
"H-Haewon? I mean, Miss Haewon."
Haewon gasped as she covered her mouth in amazement and in shock. Her cheeks was visibly turning red and her eye pupils wanted to turn into a heart shaped when you said her name. Haewon was glad that you still remembered her and that she couldn't help but feel emotional.
"Y-You remember me..."
"Yeah of course I would. It wasn't that long anyw-huh? Are you crying?"
Haewon suddenly felt so happy that her eyes began to produce tears of joy. You were confused on why would Haewon suddenly start getting teared up. You immediately tried to comfort her by taking out your handkerchief as you offered it to Haewon.
"He's even offering me his handkerchief... I fucking love him!"
Haewon tumbled into your arms, both of you on the ground, and Haewon hugged you fiercely, inhaling your smell. You were bewildered and baffled as to why Haewon ran toward you, clutching you fiercely.
"D-Did I do a mistake on giving her those flowers? Hah! We're those flowers poisonous and now she's seeking revenge?!"
Both of you were clearly a dumbass but perfect fit for each other but didn't realize it yet. You stood back up with Haewon holding you tight as you apologized to her.
"I'm sorry Haewon. I.. I didn't mean to bring harm to you with those flowers.."
Haewon chuckled and smiled at you. Her eyes looked so warm and showed signs of love. But you were captivated by her smile as her vision of you was glowing.
"Dummy~ Why are you apologizing? I still have those flowers you know."
"S-So this isn't an act of assault?"
Haewon but her lips not wanting to laugh but her body betrayed her as she began laughing her ass off. You were visibly confused seeing her act from being sad to suddenly laughing like a lunatic. You feared that Haewon was a crazy girl.
"Your Funny Y/n. Ah, wait hold on, let me help you up."
You and Haewon both stood up, and the timing couldn't have been worse. Your stomach growled the loudest, and if you thought embarrassment was bad enough, consider the physical discomfort of an empty stomach. Haewon was quick to react, pulling out a chocolate bar from her pocket and cheerfully giving it to you..
"Here you go Y/n. You might need it more."
"A-Ah, thanks Haewon. I'll repay you back somehow."
Haewon just giggled as you munched on the chocolate bar like it was no tomorrow. Without even a minute passing by, the chocolate bar was already gone. And Haewon smiled at you.
"Looks like someone's hungry."
"So-Sorry."
Haewon shook her head as she pointed at the nearby elevator. Nearby elevator. nearby. Elevator.
Oh how stupidly blind are you for not being able to see that an Elevator was just near where you are. A look of disappointment and relief was evident on your face as this got Haewon intrigued.
"Is something wrong Y/n?"
"Ah, no, it's just that I was looking for an elevator singe earlier and I just believe that it was right in front of me"
Haewon laughed at your sweet error as you and Haewon entered the elevator and began talking. She informed you that the flowers you gave her on that day were still alive and in her dorm, which you were delighted to hear. Haewon then began to question why you were at the building after you informed her that you would be supervising your company's financial development on the group NMIXX. Haewon smiled from ear to ear when she heard her group come out of your mouth..
"NMIXX has a bright future ahead of them in the industry seeing how amazing their growth is amazing."
"Well what can I say? They are pretty and talented."
"Is that so? I haven't really looked up the members actually."
Haewon was saddened by this, but an idea occurred to her: she wanted you to be astonished when you met NMIXX, her group. As the elevator doors opened, signifying that they had arrived at their destination floor, you and Haewon exited. The walk to the building cafeteria was short, and when you got, you were shocked by how large it was.
"Woah, this place sure is big.."
"Yup, come on, let's get our food."
Haewon bravely grabbed your hand and brought you to the food department. Her unexpected physical touch caught you off guard, and a blush spread across your cheeks. You've never touched a girl's hand like this before, and it's made you feel something.
Haewon delivered you your food tray and gave you helpful advise on what to eat. Honestly, Haewon persuaded you to take the greatest cuisine available as the two of you seated at a table. Haewon smiled as she watched you, her hands supporting her face.
"Say Haewon, how come you're familiar with this place?"
"Hmm? Cause I work here."
"Oh? What department are you from?"
Haewon raises her eyebrows at your question as she found it confusing. Her brain couldn't understand what your words meant as you noticed her facial expression showing confusion. You couldn't help but chuckle at her.
"What I meant is that, what part of the company do you work for? A manager? An assistant manager? An employee or an intern?"
Haewon finally understood what you said as she shook her head.
"I'm an.... Uhh... "
Haewon didn't want to admit too soon to you as she wanted it to be a surprise to you. So her brain decided to look on for a possible work for her in the company. Of course she can't be a manager since she has no experience about it but perhaps the easiest is the right answer.
"I work as a...."
Your eyes show anticipation as your sights never left Haewon. This somehow made her feel nervous as she gulped a bit.
"Yeah?"
"I work.... As a... D-Dance choreographer!"
"A what?"
"A dance teacher! Yeah... I work for teaching the dances for the groups here."
Haewon smiled, hiding her actual identity from you. Aside from wanting to surprise you, she did not want to overwhelm you with the notion that she is an Idol. Everyone she encountered abandoned her once they discovered her true status. It is painful for her, but she has become accustomed to it. But now that you had her heart, she didn't want to let you go.
"Ah, A dance teacher. That's good to hear Haewon."
"Y-Yeah, anyway what about you Y/n. What brings you to the company."
"Well I was assigned to write about the financial report on the group NMIXX since the company I work for has invested in them."
A huge smile appeared on Haewon as she couldn't help but feel excited by your words. She felt like faith is telling her that you were the man for her as she was to you. If there were people who believed in destiny then Haewon was one of them.
"Say Y/n."
"hmm?"
"Do you wanna meet NMIXX?"
You wanted to refuse because it wasn't really necessary for you to engage with the group considering that your only task was to write a report on the financial side of things.
"It's alright Haewon, I'm oka-"
"But the leader has something to say to you."
That got your attention. There was no indication that you had ever met the leader of NMIXX. But, if you interrupted your steps, there was one person you met in this company that you didn't know much about: Yoon-ah. Surely she can't be an idol working in this facility given that she was fully wrapped up and visible.
"Yeah no, Yoon-ah is definitely an idol"
You thought to yourself as Haewon saw you show a face of realization.
"Thinking about it, there is one person I met earlier. Her name was Yoon-ah. I think she's an Idol here."
Haewon giggled and simply nodded her head. Haewon then stood up as she handed you her phone.
"Add your number in my contacts so that I can stalk-I mean call you when NMIXX need a hand. It's not bad to be friends with an Idol you know?"
You softly snatched her phone and entered your number. The rest of the day was unremarkable, except that you found Haewon attractive and enjoyable to be around. For the first time in your life, you were excited to go to work the next day, all because of one person, Oh Haewon.
The next day rolled by quickly and you were met with Haewon who was patiently waiting for you in front of the building. Seeing her made you smile as you walked towards her.
"Hey Haewon. You didn't have to wait for me you know."
"It's alright. Come on, NMIXX is waiting for you."
Haewon quickly grabbed your hand and dragged you to the elevator. Your cheeks were once again flushed as a result of her actions, but Haewon didn't seem to care. Haewon held your hand during the way to the NMIXX room, as if it were the most natural thing to do. Haewon then came to a room, which you knew was where NMIXX was. Feeling overwhelmed, you questioned Haewon if this was really necessary.
"Umm Haewon. I don't think we should-"
"It's alright. I'm with you. And here we go~"
Haewon opened the door dragging you in as your eyes saw 6 girls eyeing you up and down. You gulped in both fear and anxiety. Haewon on the other hand was smiling ear to ear but Sullyoon saw who was beside her leader, Immediately gasped and said
"Ah, Mr. Park. It's nice to meet you."
Sullyoon was the first one to greet you as the others followed soon. You also greeted them but your eyes landed on a familiar figure who was smiling softly.
"Ah, Miss Yoon-ah. I Didn't know you were an Idol."
Sullyoon giggled cutely as she nodded her head.
"It's nice to see you again Mr. Park, I didn't know you were close with our leader."
"I'm sorry, what now?"
You inquired while the rest of the group laughed at your reaction. You looked to your side as Haewon sneered. It was here that you discovered Haewon was not a dance instructor. She was too pretty to be just a dancing instructor, and her voice was as silky as polished jade. You had to blink a few times as the knowledge hit you.
"Haewon you're an Idol?"
"Oh No I'm a chef Y/n. Duh, of course I'm an Idol. Surprised?"
She gave you a smug grin as you giggled and nodded. Everyone was listening and watching your reaction to the discovery, but their focus was on how your hand and their leader's hand were intertwined with yours. A smirk appeared on their faces as they all looked at each other, with the same thoughts in mind..
Days passed, and you and the rest of the group, particularly Sullyoon and Haewon, grew closer. Haewon was the sparkplug who brought vitality to your day, whereas Sullyoon was the peaceful girl who made you feel at ease. Obviously, you weren't a blind man, as you can see that both girls were vying for your attention.
Sullyoon occasionally grows brave and clings to you as if you were a magnet enticing her. Haewon was secretly simmering with jealousy as she entered the fray and erupted with her own methods of capturing your attention, and boy did she succeed. When you were taking a break from writing your report on your laptop one day, Haewon came over to your side, essentially becoming your personal secretary. She was offering you beverages and food, encouraging you, and rubbing your shoulders. She was basically caring for you as a wife should.
In all honesty, this interfered with your work, and you would occasionally spend your concentration on keeping Sullyoon, but particularly Haewon, in check by reminding them that you were here to work. But Haewon understands how to hug your heart and draw you closer to her. The simple things she does for you, such as helping you, talking to you, bringing you food, and sending you good morning and good night texts, really warm your heart.
But the conclusion of all this all arrives at one chance that Haewon will take.
The promotions for NMIXX were finally completed, and as you expected, NMIXX's fame and popularity grew even more, while your company's investment increased significantly. It was a win-win situation for all parties, and with that, you were officially ready to file the final investment report and exit JYP Entertainment. As you packed your bag, you realized how much fun you'd had with the gang. Your face lit up with a little smile as memories passed before your eyes. But as you usually say
"Que sera Sera."
Grabbing your bag, you gazed around the practice room one more time, remembering the pleasant times you had laughing, eating, and telling stories with the others. You breathed deeply, knowing it was a great ride. But, as they say, all good things must come to an end. Grabbing the door handle, Haewon burst through it, her eyes sad. She bit her lips, holding the sorrow her heart was experiencing right now.
"Y-Y/n... I... I..."
Feeling the pain in her eyes, You pulled her close to you allowing her to hug you. Her arms held you like today was the last day on earth and you could feel her sobs carrying on the pain of letting you go.
"Haewon, Why are you crying?"
"J-Just b-because...I'll miss you... You know that.... Right?"
Haewon said through sniffles as she looked up to you and you found her adorable. Her pig teary puppy eyes accompanied with her small frown, and her snot coming out of her nose made her adorable. You smiled as you pulled out your handkerchief and wiped her tears and snot.
"Haewon, You can always message me, you know? It's not like we're not gonna see each other again."
"B-But my schedule will be busy and I won't see you and..and…"
Haewon cried once again as she buried her face on your chest. You patted her back and comforted her for the meantime. It felt like hours for Haewon hugging you but in reality it was only 10 minutes. She pulled away with her eyes a little puffed as you smiled and said
"I'll be going now Haewon. Thank you, for everything."
When you stated those words, you felt choked up since your emotions had suddenly surfaced. You departed swiftly, not wanting to exhibit your anguish, even though Haewon smiled and possibly gazed at you for the last time. She also felt regret because she knew now was the perfect time to confess, but she thought that letting you go was better. Her heart broke again when the sound of thunder boomed through the glass window. Haewon moved up to the chair and table in the room, watching the rain fall heavily on the ground.
Haewon felt as if the universe was wiping the wounds on her heart with rain. She sighed and groaned as she let her head strike the table, making a slight Thud sound, but her skin felt scratchy against the table. Lifting her head, she noticed an envelope, and her interest was piqued. She opened the envelope and found your final report. She gasped as she realized you had left the most critical thing you needed.
The final report.
Haewon was about to go out and give you the envelope when a sense of realization hit her.
"Shit, I don't know where he lives at"
Haewon grumbled, feeling frustrated and disappointed with herself. But Faith had different ideas for Haewon. Cupid did not want the story to finish here, so he pointed his arrow toward Haewon's head. Her eyes widened when she reopened the envelope.
"Of course! The company's address is right here. But... It seems I have to deliver this tomorrow.."
The rain continued to fall, and lightning could be heard for miles. Haewon watched the rain fall, while you were soaking as you entered your flat. You weren't really aware of the weather tonight, but the rain made itself apparent. You quickly went to the bathroom to take a shower. Unfortunately, it was too late. Your inadequate immune system caused you to feel a heavy burden on your back as your body heated up. As you try to treat the illness by taking medication. You covered yourself in your blanket and hoped for the best.

As the sun rose, Haewon stood in front of the firm building, holding your most crucial mail. She took a deep breath before entering the company building. Much to her surprise, the company building was different from JYPs in that everyone going past was dressed professionally rather than casually. People began to murmur when Haewon arrived, taking everyone by surprise. She didn't wear a mask or a huge hat; she showed her entire face. She then inquired about your department's location from the reception table, after which they directed her to the room. Haewon didn't hesitate to enter the elevator and soon the employee realized that Haewon was on the elevator, they all left just for Haewon to have the elevator by herself.
"Ah, the perks of being famous."
She thought to herself as the elevator doors opened, and Haewon walked confidently across the floor, surprising everyone. When Yeonjun looked up from his table and saw Haewon approaching them, he was shocked and perplexed. Yeonjun stood up, stopping Haewon in her steps.
"I'm sorry Ms. Haewon but only authorized people are allowed here."
Yeonjun stood his ground as he took a sip from his drink. Feeling confident by herself, she chuckled and smiled towards the guy.
"Oh didn't Y/n Mention? I'm his girlfriend."
Yeonjun spit out his drink to his side, surprised by Haewon's unexpected allegation. Haewon's eyes widened as the liquid sprayed their Cheif, who happened to overhear her arrival. Yeonjun apologized promptly to the chief.
"I'm so sorry chief!"
The chief, bathed in Yeonjun's drink, simply waved his hand dismissively, more interested with what transpired between your journeys and how you managed to capture the heart of one of Oh Haewon's
"I don't mind it Yeonjun. I'm more intrigued on how Y/n managed to captivate ms. Haewon here."
Despite the uproar in the office, Haewon realized she had just caused a storm and a misunderstanding, but this was the only way to assist you. She was prepared to take the punishment she would receive later, but just now she didn't care.
"Whatever will be, will be."
She thought to herself. But her vision saw an empty seat with your name on it. It piqued her interest seeing your absence.
"Umm.. Where's Y/n?"
"Ah, He's Apparently sick. Probably got caught by the rain yesterday."
Yeonjun spoke as he cleaned up the mess he had caused on the floor. This quickly put Haewon into full worry mode. Despite her self-proclaimed status as your girlfriend, she has no idea where you live. But with her front face, she took a big breath and inquired about your location.
"Yeonjun-ssi, do you know where he lives? I wanna take care of him"
Hanni's bold statement made Yeonjun stop and have his eyes widened in surprise. He was about to say your address when an Idea popped into his head. He smirked as he stood up and laid out his plan. Haewon chuckled and agreed on the plan of Yeonjun.
Today was the worst day for you. Not only did you become sick, but you also don't know where you put your final report, which damaged your chances of moving up in the firm. Your heart was broken, and nothing will change your frown right now. Everything was going so beautifully for Haewon, but everything else was falling apart.
"I hate my life..."
You grumbled as you laid in your bed, thinking about what you should do next. Your phone rang, and it was a message from Yeonjun informing you that he had arrived at your door with food and beer. Yeonjun knew you were ill and tried to cheer you up. With a heavy feeling and a weak body, you stood up and approached the door, opening it.
"Thanks Yeon-"
"Gosh you look horrible. Let's fix that shall we. Hehe~"
A familiar female voice made you look down and saw the girl that captured your heart. Her bright smile was still on her face despite the rain that was pouring on your surroundings.
"H-Haewon what are you-"
"Ummm Yeonjun Apparently can't come cause he was dragged to a blind date, So here I am. I brought chicken and medicine."
You noticed the heavy bag she carried and you felt bad that a small girl like her had to carry such a bag. You reached down to help her but Haewon shook her head.
"It's fine Y/n. I'm a strong woman, I have muscles on my arms. So, Umm... Can I come in?"
You snapped out of your stupor and allowed Haewon to enter your apartment. Your apartment wasn't too huge or little. It was large enough to accommodate at least four people, and Haewon made herself at home. She hurriedly got out the chicken and soup she had bought earlier for you. Yeonjun's strategy was easy. Yeonjun would message you that he was going to visit you, but it was actually Haewon who came to you.
"Haewon I can help you-"
"Just stay in bed Y/n. Don't overwork yourself, cause today, you'll be taken care by the great NMIXX Leader, Oh Haewon. So feel blessed. I just don't do this to anyone you know.....except you"
She mumbled the final part so you couldn't hear it. You lay back in your bedroom, wondering how Haewon knew about your condition, but there was a bigger problem at hand: it was your first time having a lady around, and you had no idea what to do. You began to overthink what to do, which just exacerbated your headache.
"Heyy~ can you sit up Y/n? I got you food."
Listening to her command, You sat up as Haewon setup the small foldable table on your bed. Her bright energy and smile really makes all your problems disappear.
"You don't have to move Y/n. Imma feed you."
You blushed at her words, wanting to decline her offer. But her bright and exuberant enthusiasm was too much to pass up, and she was offering after all. It isn't like you told her to do it. So you simply nodded your head as Haewon began feeding you. She took a spoon of the soup she had bought earlier and gave it a few blows with her mouth. Your eyes landed on her lips, which caused your heart to beat.
"Say Ahhh~"
You opened your mouth as Haewon gave you a  spoonful of the soup and you were surprised by how delicious it tasted.
"Oh wow, Haewon this is delicious."
Haewon giggled, and the sound made you grin. Haewon began feeding you while also telling you fascinating stories that never fail to make you laugh. Haewon was never boring to be around, but what about you? You're a boring guy in general. So it was a miracle that your fate became intertwined with Haewons.
"By the way Y/n."
"Yeah?"
"You left your report yesterday on our practice room. So I gave it to your chief this morning along with Yeonjun-ssi. He's a nice guy."
You felt at rest after hearing what Haewon said because Haewon had solved your biggest concern. Honestly, you began to wonder how you deserved someone like Haewon. But suddenly a thought occurred in your head.
"Wait, the office isn't allowing anyone to enter. You need permission from me to enter."
Haewon gulped as she knows that she has to confess everything starting from the time she fell for you. If fate once gave her an opportunity to confess before, today was her last chance to admit her feelings. It was now or never for Haewon as she took a deep breath.
"Umm well you see....please don't get mad at me okay?"
You can tell Haewon was trying to hide something as her bright energy was nowhere to be seen and her eyes were looking down trying to avoid your gaze.
"I.....I…."
"You what?"
Haewon had the words on her mind, but her body was hesitant to say them. Those are the words she wants to say. She was uneasy about expressing those things, but then she remembered her life motto. "Whatever will be, will be" . She simply decided to speak it, not caring about the ramifications in the future.
"I told them that I'm your.... Girlfriend...."
For a little period of time, the world seemed to stand still. Hearing the final word she said made you go back to the first time you met Haewon. Was fate actually making arrangements just for you at this moment? Or was it just a coincidence that everything came together at this exact moment?
Haewon began to feel trapped by the quiet, and tears began to rise up in her eyes. She understands that betting on fate can be risky, and today she would pay the price.
"I-I'm sorry. I-I'll get going no-"
You pulled Haewon to your embrace. This time, it was you who held her like it was the last day on earth as you didn't want to let her go.
Who cares if faith played a part of all of this or if fate has more problems for you to face in the future.
"Whatever Happens, Happens."
Haewon widened her eyes when you said those words. She couldn't help but hug you back tightly.
"I don't care what happens in the future, Haewon. But right now, all I care is what is happening now. I wanna focus on the present as the future can wait. All I want is this. For you to be in my arms. Call me selfish but I just want you in my arms right now Haewon. I have fallen too much for you that I can't let you-"
Haewon pulled away from you with tears streaming down on her face. Her bright smile has appeared as she said
"Que sera sera. I love you too Y/n."
She leaned forward, bridging the gap between you two as her lips pressed against yours. Regardless of the soup and chicken sauce on your lips, Haewon kissed you with love and passion. Haewon began to chuckle as you kissed her forehead, and both of you pulled away.
"I love you Haewon."
"I love you more than myself Y/n."
She hugged you tight as both of you were clinging to each other on your bed as a realization hit your thoughts.
"Umm, You might get sick Haewon. You should-"
"Stay and cuddle you? Absolutely."
You chuckled at her comment. Your monotonous life was about to change because Haewon had won your heart. From one-sided love to meeting her crying, then meeting her again, and now she's holding you in your bed. It was certainly an exciting journey, but from now on. You are aware that your relationship will endure numerous challenges that will separate you from one another. The route will not be simple for either of you, but no matter what happens in the future, you will always stay true to your moto.

Regina George surveyed the pulsating scene with laser-sharp precision. Bodies gyrated beneath strobe lights, shouts competed with thumping bass, and the air clung heavy with teenage pheromones and regretful decisions waiting to happen. She, of course, was above it all – a queen bee observing her hive.
Her gaze scanned the crowd, searching for anything remotely interesting. Suddenly, she spotted her – Y/N, tucked away in a corner like a stray sunflower yearning for sunshine. Unlike the other girls, desperately vying for attention with their suggestive dance moves and clingy outfits, Y/N exuded an effortless cool.
Clad in a rumpled t-shirt and jeans, she sipped from a solo cup of water, an ironic halo of untouched purity amidst the spilled vodka and cheap beer. The way she held her head, the faint amusement curving her lips – it was like watching a lone wolf observing a pack of clumsy hyenas.
Intrigued, Regina glided towards her. As she got closer, she detected a hint of jasmine oil and the faint trace of worn paperback pages clinging to Y/N's aura – an intellectual oasis in a sea of predictable clichés.
Regina, the apex predator, couldn't resist the challenge. "Care to join the living, wallflower?" she drawled, the words laced with honeyed venom.
Y/N raised an eyebrow, unfazed by the Regina George's presence. "Not particularly," she replied, her voice calm yet somehow holding the power to quiet the room. "It seems the living are doing a splendid job entertaining themselves."
Regina smirked, appreciating the subtle dig. Most girls crumpled under her gaze, but Y/N held her ground, her sharp wit mirroring her own. This was unexpected, a challenge.
"Suit yourself," Regina said, leaning against the wall beside her. "Don't tell me you don't enjoy watching the spectacle."
Y/N shrugged, her lips curving into a slight smile. "There's a certain humor in it, observing the desperate search for validation."
Regina laughed, a genuine sound that surprised even her. "You're not wrong. So, what are you validating tonight?"
Y/N took a sip of her water, gazing at the swirling lights. "Myself. By not participating in this charade."
Regina found herself drawn in, captivated by Y/N's quiet confidence. It was a stark contrast to the usual sycophants who surrounded her. "Charades are tiring," she admitted, a touch of vulnerability slipping into her voice.
Y/N turned to her, her eyes meeting Regina's with an intensity that sent a shiver down her spine. "They are," she agreed. "But sometimes, they're all we have."
The unspoken connection hung heavy in the air, charged with a strange electricity. At that moment, the queen bee and the wallflower found themselves on the same wavelength, two islands of solitude amidst the teenage storm.
A slow song drifted through the din, and Regina, on a whim, extended her hand. "Dance with me, wallflower," she offered, her voice barely a whisper.
Y/N hesitated, then placed her hand in Regina's. Their fingers intertwined, warm and surprisingly comforting. As they moved to the music, a slow, tentative sway, the party faded away. It was just them, two souls yearning for something outside the charade, finding solace in a shared moment of understanding.
"Hey, Y/N, want to take a break from all this craziness? I know a spot where we can have some peace and quiet," Regina suggests, a mischievous glint in her eye.
Intrigued, Y/N nods, and Regina leads them through the pulsating crowd, expertly navigating the chaotic party scene. They reach a more secluded part of the house, away from the booming music and laughter. Regina opens the door to a private room, inviting Y/N inside.
The room is dimly lit, with a few candles casting a soft glow. Regina closes the door behind them, muffling the sounds of the party. The sudden change in atmosphere is palpable, and Y/N can't help but feel a sense of anticipation.
Regina smirks playfully, "Well, we've got our own little oasis now. No prying eyes, no judgment. Just us and a room to escape the madness. What do you say, Y/N?"
In the dimly lit room, Regina George's demeanor takes a flirtatious turn as she playfully approaches Y/N. The air becomes charged with a mix of tension and anticipation as Regina, with a mischievous smile, begins to make advances while maintaining her signature mean-girl edge.
"So, Y/N, did you come to the party hoping to be the wallflower, or were you just too scared to stand out?" Regina teases, her words laced with a hint of sarcasm.
Y/N, caught off guard by Regina's sudden change in tone, stammers a response, "I just don't care about that stuff."
Regina circles Y/N, a confident and assertive aura surrounding her. "Well, you're in luck because tonight, I've decided to make you my project," she declares, a glint of mischief in her eyes.
As the advances become more direct, Regina continues to walk the fine line between flirtation and mockery. She compliments Y/N's appearance while making snide comments, creating a confusing mix of emotions for Y/N. Regina's unpredictable behavior keeps Y/N on edge, unsure of whether to embrace the attention or be wary of Regina's underlying intentions.
In this shared space, Regina uses her mean girl tactics to both attract and challenge Y/N, creating a complex dynamic between them. As the night unfolds, Y/N is left navigating Regina's dual approach, trying to decipher whether there's genuine interest or if it's just another one of Regina's games. The shared space becomes a battleground of emotions, leaving Y/N torn between responding to Regina's advances and maintaining a sense of self-respect.
In the dimly lit room, Regina George leans over Y/N, her eyes fixed with an intense gaze as she grins mischievously. Y/N can feel the energy in the room shift, a mixture of nervousness and curiosity.
Regina's teasing tone continues, "Well, well, look who's blushing." Her words are accompanied by a playful smirk as she revels in making fun of Y/N's nervousness.
As Regina continues her taunting, she leans in closer, and with a sudden move, she places a few teasing kisses on Y/N's neck and jaw. Y/N's breath catches, a combination of surprise and the unexpected touch sending a shiver down their spine.
Regina pulls back slightly, still grinning, her tone a blend of mockery and allure, "You're easy to read, Y/N. Can't handle a little attention, huh?"
Y/N, caught off guard by Regina's bold move, struggles to find the right words. The room is filled with a charged atmosphere as Regina maintains her confident stance, reveling in the control she seems to have over the situation.
The shared space becomes a battleground of emotions, with Y/N torn between the embarrassment of Regina's teasing and the unexpected thrill of the flirtatious encounter. Regina, enjoying the game she's playing, continues to blur the lines between mean-spirited taunts and alluring gestures, leaving Y/N unsure of how to navigate this unexpected and complex dynamic.
The room's atmosphere intensifies as Regina George boldly places her hands on Y/N's thighs. Y/N can feel Regina's touch, sending a rush of mixed emotions through them. Regina, with a confident smirk, leans in and kisses Y/N deeply, the moment becoming charged with a blend of desire and defiance.
As Regina pulls back, she locks eyes with Y/N, a hint of challenge in her gaze. "I'm not hearing a no," Regina murmured, her words hanging in the air.
Y/N, still processing the unexpected turn of events, takes a moment to gather their thoughts. Regina's touch and the passionate kiss leave them conflicted, caught between the allure of the moment and a sense of uncertainty.
Regina grinned, hiking Y/N's jeans down her thighs, as Regina's fingers brushed against Y/N's sensitive spot through her panties, sending electric shockwaves of desire coursing through her. Y/N moaned softly, her hips moving subtly against Regina's touch.
"Have you ever been with a girl?" Regina purred, her breath hot against Y/N's ear.
"no," Y/N whimpered, their voice barely audible. "I want to be though"
With renewed confidence, Regina slipped her hand underneath Y/N's panties, pulling them down. "Spread your legs wide for me," she ordered, her voice husky with desire.
Y/N complied, spreading her legs wide apart, exposing her moistening folds to Regina's hungry gaze. Her heart raced faster as she awaited what would come next.
Regina's lips brushed against Y/N's neck, trailing kisses downwards toward her cleavage. She paused briefly, savoring the taste of their sweat and arousal. Then she leaned down, leaving kisses and bite marks on Y/N's thighs. She teased her breath against Y/N's heat, her tongue darting out to lick voraciously at Y/N's wet folds.
Y/N let out a sharp gasp, her hands reaching out reflexively to grip Regina's blonde hair. Regina continued to devour Y/N's pussy, sucking and slurping greedily, her skilled tongue probing deeply into every crevice. She alternated between rapid flicks and slower, teasing strokes, driving Y/N wild with desire.
Her hand snaked down to fondle and squeeze Y/N's ass, applying pressure wherever she felt most sensitive. Meanwhile, Y/N's moans grew increasingly louder, their body trembling with need.
"More," Y/N begged, her voice hoarse with pleasure. "I need more."
Regina chuckled darkly, her breath hot against Y/N's sensitive folds. "You'll get plenty of more," she promised, her words nearly growls of desire.
She increased the pace of her oral assault on Y/N's pussy, her tongue flicking faster and harder, seeking out hidden spots she knew would drive them mad with pleasure.
As Y/N's orgasm neared, Regina's actions became more frantic, her tongue working overtime to pleasure Y/N. "Cum for me, doll." she groaned, her voice rough with need.
Y/N screamed, her body tensing up in anticipation. Her muscles contracted tightly around Regina's mouth, her juices coating her face and mouth. Regina swallowed every drop, her eyes filled with satisfaction as she watched Y/N's orgasm wash over them.
"your pussy is so pretty," she praised, her voice husky with satisfaction.
Without giving Y/N time to catch their breath, Regina slipped two fingers into Y/N's wet opening, stretching her open further. "You're gonna cum so many times tonight slut," she murmured, her tone commanding yet laced with desire.
Y/N moaned, unable to resist the invasion. Her body adjusted quickly to the intrusion, accommodating Regina's fingers effortlessly. She arched her back, inviting more.
Regina obliged, thrusting her digits in and out of Y/N's tight channel, her thumb rubbing circles around her sensitive spot. Each thrust sent shockwaves of pleasure coursing through Y/N's body, causing her entire frame to shake with ecstasy.
Despite being spent, Y/N couldn't help but beg for more. "More, please. I need more."
Regina chuckled darkly, her breath hot against Y/N's ear. "You're such a greedy little thing, aren't you?" She picked up the pace, her fingers moving faster and deeper. "I'm going to make you scream my name, Y/N."
Y/N's walls tightened around her fingers, signaling another orgasm building within her. "Regina! Oh fuck, Regina!" She cried out, her voice cracking with need.
With one final thrust, Regina's fingers found Y/N's G-spot, hitting it perfectly. A loud, primal cry escaped Y/N's lips as she came again, their body convulsing violently. Wave after wave of bliss washed over her, leaving them feeling completely spent yet still wanting more.
Panting heavily, Regina finally withdrew her fingers, allowing Y/N some much-needed respite. She sat back on her heels, admiring her work. "Tell me you want me to tie you down and keep going," she teased, her voice laced with satisfaction.
Y/N laughed weakly, their breath still uneven. "Don't think I wouldn't," they managed to croak out between ragged breaths.
Regina leaned back, her chest rising and falling rapidly as she caught her breath. She smiled down at Y/N, a mixture of pride and desire shining brightly in her eyes. "Well, then maybe later," she teased, her voice still husky with desire.
Y/N, feeling emboldened by their recent encounter, decided to take matters into their own hands—literally. Reaching out, she trailed their fingers down Regina's toned stomach, stopping just above her exposed pussy. Regina's breath hitched in anticipation, her eyes widening in surprise. "Y/N…" she whispered, daring Y/N to continue.
Slowly, confidently, Y/N slipped their index finger between her own lips, savoring the taste of her own juices mixed with Regina's scent. With a smirk, they slid it downwards, tracing a path along Regina's abdomen before pausing just above her clitoris. "Is this okay?" they asked playfully, their voice still slightly slurred from their previous orgasm.
Regina swallowed hard, her heart racing faster than before. Her breasts rose and fell quickly, nipples hardening further in anticipation. "Yes, please Y/N," she managed to choke out, her eyes locked on Y/N's movements.
Y/N's finger circled around Regina's clit, teasingly brushing against her sensitive bud. Regina squirmed slightly, her hips moving unconsciously towards the contact. "More," she moaned softly, her voice laden with desire.
Y/N obliged, increasing the pressure and speed of their caresses. Her finger dipped inside Regina's wetness, exploring her depths slowly. Regina's moans turned into gasps of pleasure, her body arching upward in response.
As Y/N continued to torment her, Regina's breathing became heavier, and her chest heaved rapidly. "Faster," she begged, her voice raspy with need. Y/N complied, picking up the pace, her fingers moving in and out of Regina's tight passage faster than before. Regina's body trembled with each thrust, her juices coating Y/N's hand.
Suddenly, Regina's world exploded, her orgasm crashing over her like a tidal wave. Her body convulsed violently, and she cried out Y/N's name, her nails digging lightly into the bedsheets. Her pussy clamped down tightly around Y/N's finger, milking every last drop of pleasure from their ministrations.
Panting heavily, Regina finally regained some composure. "God, Y/N," she panted, her cheeks flushed crimson with shame and desire. "That was… incredible."
Her eyes were half-closed, filled with a mixture of satisfaction and wonder. "For never being with a girl, you damn sure know how to make one cum."
Y/N smirked, pleased with their performance. "glad you enjoyed it," she admitted, her voice still husky with pleasure. "Let's clean up a bit, yeah?"
After the charged moment in the private room, Regina and Y/N decide to rejoin the party, the energy between them lingering as they step back into the lively atmosphere. The pulsating music, laughter, and colorful lights greet them as they seamlessly blend back into the crowd.
Regina, surprisingly, has a softer and more genuine demeanor as they dance together, leaving behind the mean girl facade. The tension from the private room transforms into a shared connection, and Regina's playfulness takes on a more sincere tone.

How would any of them (including boysen) react to motti crying?
The sunshine character crying?! Great heavens!
Sans:
It's not often Motti cries so he would be pretty alarmed at first. Immediately ask if she's alright and what happened. Would sit to listen to her if Motti opened up, but more or less he would be making jokes in anyway he can to make her laugh; even if they were really bad that causes her to look at him incredulously. Anything to get Motti to smile because that's what looks best on her.
Big Red:
He doesn't do emotions well at all. No one will ever catch him crying if he can help it and seeing Motti cry would put him in an awkward position and unsure how to handle it. Of course, he's really concerned but he can't ask in the right way that doesn't come off very apprehensive and irritable. Which would cause Motti to shut down and she would stop crying solely because she felt like a burden and embarrassed. Red would hate that and exclaim she can cry around him if she needs to. Awkward back patting ensues.
Boysen:
His first instinct is to ask who did it and instantly calculating all the ways he could hurt that person, but he’ll approach steadily and calmly inquire what happened. If Motti admits it’s nothing serious and doesn’t want to talk about it, he will respect her wishes but that does not stop him from attempting to distract her. If Motti DOES explain what happened, he’s a very good listener, but that’s all it is. He doesn’t verbally comfort, but will grab the back of her head to pull her to his chest.
Swap Sans:
He wouldn’t notice at first, not because he is inept, but he’s so used to immediately chatting away with her upon meeting. Swap’s rambles would dwindle when he hears the sniffling and instantly switches from rambunctious to attentive mode. He would ask Motti if she's in the headspace to verbalize her distress and that if she’s not, his chest is open for her to cry on. He doesn’t care if her tears or snot get on his shirt, he can always wash it later! Besides, it's a badge of honor for him. He comforted her to the best of his ability. Swap would also make her comfort meals and stay by Motti’s side until she’s her usual cheerful self.
Farmer:
This skeleton can tell a mile away something is off and would not hesitate to investigate. He would find Motti in the kitchen and sniffling, but his sudden presence would startle her. She’ll try to wave off that it’s the onions and Farmer wouldn’t have the heart to point out there’s not a single onion on the cutting board. Leaning on the counter, Farmer shoots her a knowing look and it makes her crumble. Farmer will pull Motti into a hug and validate that it's okay for her to be exhausted and think the farming life is hard. He’ll more than likely shortcut them both to Creampuff and do some cuddle therapy.
Reaper:
It’s not easy to make his Goddess cry, but he would be distraught and unsure how to comfort her. He’s used to people crying because Reaper was always the cause of it. So how can he comfort the Goddess of Mirth??? He fears what his touch can do to her and the only thing he can think of is dumping flowers petals on her head. It works though and he’s at ease once more when she laughs.
Dream:
Oh, he knows right away before Motti will even come to terms she’s about to cry. Dream will not hesitate to pull Motti in for a hug and blow raspberries on her neck until she’s laughing. He starts singing her with praise and words of affirmation to the point she’s a flustered mess. His natural energy will shift her onset emotions and he would distract Motti long enough that her whole day is turned around for the better.
Passive Nightmare:
Just like Dream, Passive knows the bubbling of misery in Motti before she even acknowledges it. Comforting her always leaves him feeling apprehensive because he is afraid that the way Motti feels is a result of being around him. He fears he’s slowly poisoning her sunny disposition and causing his living embodiment of a sunflower to wilt. It’s hard for him to confront her on his own, but he would not hesitate for a single second if Motti willingly ran into his arms for it. Whatever is the cause of her pain, Passive will remind her how wonderful she is and how he couldn’t bear to be without her.
Killer:
Wouldn’t hesitate to stab a bitch for Motti. Who made her cry? Who the fuck would make his lovely lady even shed tears that weren’t from pleasure??? Not inherently the best at comforting but he would romance the hell out of Motti until his obnoxiousness replaced her melancholy with annoyance. He likes when Motti fusses and pushes him away because he’s being cringy with his romantic soliloquy.
Dust:
His very stoic presence causes Motti to be too nervous to cry. But he would pat her head and ruffle her hair.
Horror:
He’s not the kindest when it comes to comforting, but he’ll regret any immediate change that causes Motti to turn her whole body from him. With ease, he’ll pick her up and throw her on his chest. He grumbles that he doesn’t know what she’s blubbering about or why she would even worry about trivial things. Horror uses his asshole remarks to trick Motti into forgetting what made her cry in the first place. He even continues to tease her about how stuffy she sounds. The weight of his arms alone feel like a weighted blanket and he would keep Motti pressed to his chest until her “fit” is over.

Lando Norris had earned a reputation as a ruthless mafia boss, a man feared by rivals and respected by his men.
But behind the iron gates of his sprawling estate, he was also a father to two children who couldn’t have been more different, and the husband to a woman who was his complete opposite in every way.
His wife, Y/N, was kindness personified—a bright light in the dark world he inhabited. She treated everyone, from staff to strangers, with a warmth that left them in awe.
Where Lando was sharp edges and stern gazes, she was soft smiles and comforting words. And somehow, their contrasting worlds had collided and formed a family.
Amelia, their ten-year-old daughter, was her father's mini-me. Sharp, fearless, and observant, she followed Lando around like a shadow, absorbing his every move. She had his fiery determination and knack for strategy, often shocking the staff with her maturity and assertiveness.
On the other hand, eight-year-old Jacob took after his mother. He was gentle, empathetic, and preferred books over confrontations, always seeking ways to help others.
It was a typical morning in the Norris household. The sun streamed through the tall windows of the kitchen as Y/N hummed while flipping pancakes.
Jacob was perched on a stool, helping his mother by carefully arranging fruit on a plate.
“Bananas go on the side, not on top,” Jacob instructed seriously.
“Yes, Chef,” Y/N teased, winking at her son, who beamed.
Amelia entered the kitchen, her face scrunched in annoyance. “Dad said I can’t come to the meeting today,” she announced, plopping onto a chair.
“That’s because you’re ten,” Y/N replied, placing a plate in front of her.
“But I could learn so much,” Amelia argued, glaring at her pancakes like they were the source of her problems.
“You’re not learning about mafia business at ten years old,” Y/N said firmly, ruffling Amelia’s hair.
Lando strolled into the kitchen, dressed in his usual black suit. “Amelia, what did I say about whining?” he asked, arching an eyebrow.
Amelia crossed her arms but didn’t push further. She idolized her father too much to openly disobey him.
Instead, she muttered, “Fine, but it’s unfair.”
Y/N placed a cup of coffee in front of Lando, kissing his cheek. “Morning, grumpy.”
He smirked, wrapping an arm around her waist. “Morning, sunshine.”
Jacob giggled at the exchange, while Amelia rolled her eyes. “Ugh, you guys are so mushy.”
Later that day, Lando had a rare afternoon off and spent it in his study. Y/N was in the garden with Jacob, helping him plant flowers, while Amelia hovered nearby, asking her father endless questions about the world he shielded her from.
“Why do you have so many guards?” Amelia asked, watching as two men patrolled the perimeter.
“To keep you safe,” Lando replied without looking up from his paperwork.
“But who’s going to protect you?” she shot back.
Lando glanced at her, surprised by the question. “That’s my job, Amelia.”
Before she could respond, Y/N entered the room, her presence like a calming breeze.
“Come on, Amelia. Help Jacob and me with the garden.”
“But—”
“No buts,” Y/N said, smiling but firm.
Amelia sighed dramatically but obeyed, leaving her father to chuckle softly.
————
Dinner was a lively affair. The family sat around the grand dining table, the staff quietly serving dishes while the children shared their day’s adventures.
“I planted sunflowers!” Jacob announced proudly.
“They’re crooked,” Amelia teased.
“They’re unique,” Jacob corrected, sticking his tongue out.
Y/N laughed, gently nudging Amelia. “Be nice to your brother.”
Lando observed the scene with a rare softness in his eyes.
Despite his cold exterior and the dangerous life he led, moments like these reminded him of what he was fighting for.
As the evening wound down, Y/N found Lando in their bedroom, leaning against the balcony railing, staring into the night.
“You’re quiet,” she said, joining him.
“Just thinking,” he replied, pulling her close.
“About the kids. About us.”
She smiled, resting her head on his chest. “You’re doing a good job, you know. Even if Amelia’s determined to take over the world.”
He chuckled. “She gets that from me.”
“And Jacob gets his kindness from you, too,” Y/N added softly.
Lando raised an eyebrow. “I think he gets that from you.”
Y/N smiled but didn’t argue. “We’re lucky, Lando. No matter how messy things get, we’ve built something good here.”
He nodded, kissing the top of her head. “We have. And I’ll protect it with everything I’ve got.”
In the Norris household, the balance of light and shadow, softness and strength, created a family unlike any other.

Dreams are supposed to be subtle messages from your subconscious, right? Then why the hell did Eddie keep having the same type of dream every single night. The same dream featuring the same boy with chestnut hair, doe eyes, and freckles sprinkled all over.
He didn’t know the boys name, but he’s around Eddie’s age based on looks. His hair is styled in a certain way, swooped to the side almost perfectly. He’s pretty strong looking and pale skinned, and has the most wonderful laugh Eddie has ever heard.
In the dreams that Eddie had, he meets this boy under a tree in a long sunflower field. He’s always there before Eddie, sitting with his back against the trunk of the tree, staring at the sky or simply laying with his eyes shut.
Whenever Eddie came up to him, he was greeted with the same phrase every time, no matter what differences are in the dreams.
“Hello, Sunshine. How are you?”
It's sweet, and it warmed Eddie’s heart in a way he never thought something could. Then Eddie would sit down and they would have conversations about their lives. Because, this boy had a life, probably something Eddie’s brain made up.
“Oh, and Dust thinks he’s so much better than me just because he’s good at Algebra. Who the fuck is good at Algebra?!”
The boy is entertaining, he’s funny, pretty, charismatic. One dream he has, turns a bit different after the greeting, which is said more solemnly. Soon afterwards, the boy asks Eddie something.
“Have you ever kissed a boy before?” He asked. Eddie has paused.
“What do you mean?”
“Uhm…do you ever think you might like boys the way you like girls?” And Eddie had to pause again, because, thats how he had felt. That’s the questions he thought about, the ones he had asked Uncle Wayne.
“All the time.” Eddie responded.
“Is it..normal?” Eddie looked over to the boy, who looks nervous, scared.
“Of course. You can like whoever you want. People who don't think that are stuck up pricks.” Eddie expressed. The boy had laughed, gently. Then laid his head against Eddie’s shoulder, and then shut his eyes.
“I have a friend, you know that one I mentioned, Robbie?” Eddie hummed. “She likes girls, only girls. I want to tell her about this, but I'm afraid. Even though I know she couldn't possibly be mean, I just don't want to be abandoned.” Eddie sighed.
“It’s okay. You just need to take your time with it, talk yourself through it.” Eddie advised.
“Sunshine?”
“Yes?”
“Can I kiss you?” Eddie had paused, once again. He looked over at the boy, who looked up at him in response, through his lashes.
Eddie traced his face with his eyes, placed a gentle hand on his face, rubbed a thumb against the boys skin, who let his eyes blink closed. He leaned into Eddie’s touch, embraced him, his being.
Eddie leaned closer to the boys face. The wind whistled loudly, and birds sang in the background. Eddie let his other hand cup the boys face, and their lips met, slowly.
It was slow, but deep. Gentle, yet hungry. They parted and Eddie stared into the boys eyes, as tears settled in them. A brief flash of panic runs through Eddie’s blood…
The boy laughed, giggled like a birds song. He wiped his eyes and whispered into Eddie’s ear.
“Thank you, for all that you are.”
Eddie’s eyes had fluttered open that morning, and he felt comforted with a sense of kindness and the ghost of tender lips against his own.
Then, Eddie got up, and got dressed, ready to go to work at the cafe down the street from his apartment in Indianapolis.
Dustin walked up to him during his shift, he was wearing a hat from that summer camp he’d gone to a few years back.
“Hey Eddie,” He said.
“Hello, Henderson.” Eddie responded, giving him a look.
“Wow! Don't have to be hostile!” Dustin joked. “You know my buddy i've been meaning to introduce you to?”
“Your babysitter?” Eddie asked while pouring creamer into a cup of coffee.
“Yeah! Steve! He’s here, sitting next to me and Robin over there.” Eddie didn’t follow where he was pointing, instead decided to focus on throwing a portable cup onto the coffee then calling out the order number as he slid it across the counter.
“Alright, hold on dude. Gare! Can you take order for just a second! I'll be back in a minute!” Gareth groaned but begrudgingly walked over to the cash register. “Thank you, I promise to spare your next character in Hellfire.”
“You better, man.” Gareth responded as Eddie walked out to meet Dustin.
They both walked over to the table and Eddie froze entirely when he meets eyes with someone so familiar.
It's the boy from his dreams.
“Okay, Eddie this is Steve. Steve this is Eddie.” Eddie waved a hand in Dustin’s face to shut him up.
“Do I know you from somewhere?” Steve. that was his name. He asked him that, and Eddie nodded slowly.
“I know you from somewhere too,” He responded. Steve’s eyes went a bit wide, and he stood, facing Eddie.
“Sunshine?” Eddie nodded, vigorously.
“Guys…” Eddie shunned Dustin with his hands again.
“Robbie is Robin- the gay friend?” Eddie asked. Steve nodded. “Dust…that’s Henderson?” He nodded again.
“What the hell?-” Robin spoke up. Steve shushed her.
“You look exactly how you did before.” Eddie said to him. Steve smiled.
“You look even brighter in person,”

Hi!! I was wondering if you could write this scenario with John dory and pop/rock troll reader?
I've had this one scenario playing in my head for days! Poppy and the other rulers, wanting a day of celebrating each other's music, made a contest where a troll/Bergen/(whatever Vaneer and velvet are?) can come and sings for a crowd and the rulers as the judges decided who win. Brozone (mostly John) decided to participate for fun. After brozones song, John and the others join the crowd to watch the next singer, which is the pop/rock troll. John knows her from his adventuring days, she’s the one who got away, aka his true love. (idk why we might've left, maybe they were separated somehow)
John is immediately dumbfounded - because she's right there! After all these years! His brothers, not knowing their past, immediately start making fun of him for liking her as she began to sing on stage. Immediately, even alone, she's seems to wow the crowd even more than any of the previous songs.
As soon as she's done, John rushes back behindstage to meet her, his brothers + Poppy and Viva, all rushing after him. Reader greets John so happily, all the others are kinda… shocked? Even more so if reader decides to kiss John in greeting.
OOH I abosolutely LOVE the cliche sceanrios!!!!!!! LET"S DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
John Dory X Fem! Pop Star! True Love! Reader
Small World
-------------------------------------------------------------------
John Dory was ecstatic!
For a Hatchday surprise, his siblings' signed BroZone up for Trollstopia's 3rd Annual Cultural Fair. Anyone and everyone could sign up to perform in the talent show, but everything else was a totally free for all: The games, the different events, even the food(honestly, John Dory had no idea how Pop Trolls survive strictly on sweets, there was such a thing as too much sweets.) BroZone and the two Queens laughed and enjoyed each other as they tried different foods...although, John wasn't amused at the Rock Trolls' tiny replica of volcanic dumplings...wayy too hot.
Unfortunately the band couldn't decide on a song as usual, so they each picked a song from the year 2012, and decided to do a medley.
youtube
The siblings' cheered and clapped themselves on their back as they walked off stage from the cheering crowd when John Dory heard her.
Not his sunshine.
Pausing from where he was walking, the teal haired Troll turned around sharply as he watched a Troll wearing a midnight blue sundress dance around on stage, he could even see a yellow sunflower tucked behind her left ear.
"Come on, baby, let me see your face." He pleaded softly, staring intensely, not noticing his siblings', and the magenta eyed Trolls then walked over to where John was still frozen watching the performer dance.
"Oooh, JD's got a crush on (Y/N)!" Poppy teased, the other Trolls snickering, as they then started to make teasing remarks.
"When's the wedding?" Clay cackled as the others' made varying kissy faces and lewd gestures.
"It can't be her....it's not possible." John muttered softly, making the others' stop and closely watch him. "John?" Branch asked softly, as the Troll on stage then turned in their dance routine, bangs blowing in the wind, and slowly made eye contact with John Dory.
Blue eyes met (e/c).
You tripped slightly during your performance but quickly shook your head and smiled brighter before continuing your routine with a flourish.
YOU were there alive! But...you looked so sad even while performing.
As soon as you were off to the other side of the stage, you rushed to look for him as he for you, as he ignored his family's protest.
You rounded the corner, and stopped seeing him down the hall, and panted heavily as you both caught your breath.
After a moment of quite breathing, and wide eyed stares, you both observed the other. John looked so tired, and was sporting a new look, his hair shorter and he was wearing that brown coat you'd got him for a Christmas present one year, and there were more stress lines then last time you saw him.
John eyed the heavy bags under your eyes, and saw the sad gleam in your eyes. You didn't have that last time. You still wore the flower behind your left ear...that was one of the Valentine's present he gave you one year...it was a crystallized sunflower that you could wear forever without fear of it dying.
The world faded to the two of you as you took in the other's presence.
"Hey, sunshine."
Sobbing to yourself, you rushed into his waiting arms, kissing him as if you'd never kissed before, holding him as if he might fade away again.
"I've got you, and I'm never letting go again." He murmured softly, holding you tightly, rubbing soothing circles on your back, as he sobbed/laughed a
You both sat on the floor, holding each other tight and whispering sweet promises to each other.
John's family stood speechless, with a varitey of emotions on their faces, and they went to ask what the hell was going on, when Floyd stopped them, wiping a tear away. "Wait, guys..Clearly, they've been waiting for a long time. Let's give them a moment."
It really was a small world.
P2 or headcanons or both next? Hope I did you justice!

Excessive Force : Tom Ludlow x Fem Nurse Reader (COLLAB W/ THE INCREDIBLE @johnwickb1tsch) - Chapter One Two Three Four Five Six Seven Eight Nine Ten Eleven Twelve Thirteen Fourteen Fifteen Sixteen Seventeen Eighteen Nineteen Twenty
Tumblr media
TW: mentions of violence
When you pull up out front, you’re more than grateful—ecstatic—to see the charger parked against the curb and Tom leaning against it, waiting for you in the peaking yellow sunshine. He beams when he sees you initially, but that delighted expression quickly turns concerned when he assesses the leftover tears streaked down your face. He meets you halfway, and grabs you up, and you just can’t help it, you start bawling into his silk button up.
“Hey, hey, baby, Jesus, what’s wrong?” His palm rests securely on the back of your scalp, holding you tight, other arm wrapped around your torso and soothing your side.
Fuck. This is not great. Best case scenario, you tell Tom the truth and Julian ends up on life support and the one that put him there ends up in jail for a very, very long time. At this point, you don’t give a shit about Julian—okay, he’s a whole human being with heavy trauma that you inadvertently led on, so maybe you do a little bit, but you’re more concerned about Tom getting locked up for life, probably with people he helped or directly put in prison himself.
You have to lie, and it has to be convincing. But you’re taking too long thinking of one, and Tom Ludlow got promoted detective for a reason. “It was that fucking little bitch Julian, wasn’t it? You wait here.” He pulls away from you, a man on a mission, and you panic, reach for him, say the first thing that will be either convincing or pathetic enough to get him to stay and avoid life in the hole.
“Wait, Tom. Please don’t leave me?”
He actually pauses, and it almost makes you want to cry all over again, because how many times have you thrown those words at a man, just to have them ignored? He turns, striding back to you and catching you up in his arms again. “I told you, baby, if he hurt you he was going to pay.”
“We just argued,” your whimper into his broad chest, sick with the memory of what had actually transpired. “He threw away my sunflowers, because he’s a shit, and I told him so. He threatened to write me up. And it was a long, hectic fucking shift from hell, so please don’t go?”
You feel the tension ease in Tom’s arms just minutely, and you dare think that maybe you’ve managed to keep this man from committing murder on your behalf.
“Are you sure you’re alright?”
“I will be if you stay. We could put on a movie? And you could…rub my feet?”
He looks down at you, so intensely searching your expression for the truth, and in that moment he’s so handsome that you really could die in his arms. You hate yourself so much for lying to him, but you tell yourself its for the best, until you figure out what the fuck to do about Julian Mercer. A solution that doesn’t involve Tom marching into the hospital and shooting the doctor down on the Emergency Room floor.
You’ve always wanted a man who would protect you–the complications of the other side of that coin never occurred to you though. Keeping him from doing something you’ll both regret is quite the challenge, as good as it would feel to watch him beat the daylights out of your asshole doctor.
Tom, seemingly reluctant, agrees to placidly follow you up to your apartment. First, he grabs a delicious smelling paper bag from his front seat. Salty, fatty, fresh and hot, melty cheeseburgers and crispy fries from his favorite food truck. As you sit on your couch with him, feet in his lap, munching on carbs, you realize you’d take this over a fancy French dinner any day.
Tom is done with his food, so he’s leaned back, sipping on soda, intent on the screen in front of him. You’re much more focused on how someone can look so good doing such mundane things, and before long he turns over to catch your stare and grin at you. “Hey.”
You giggle. “Hello?” Boldy, your bare foot traces his taut thigh.
He pats his lap. “C’mere.”
You fold up on him sideways as he wraps around you. You feel safe, here, in his arms, and comfortable, too, not wanting for anything; content and sleepy. You rest your head in the space between his deltoid and chest, wondering how you’re going to take it if he breaks your heart. Not well. Not well at all.
“You gotta work today?” You ask him, thumbing the line of his jaw.
“At noon.” He kisses your hair.
“Complaints desk? Are you there because of the.. y’know.”
“I’m there because I work with pussies and assholes.” He nuzzles into the side of your hair.
“No dicks?” You joke.
“Plenty.” There’s a smile in his voice, but it’s injected with honesty.
“Do you like your job? Like, actually like this current assignment?”
“I don’t like the complaint desk,” he admits, “but I do like the field—sometimes. I imagine it’s sort of like your job. Some nights I go home feeling satisfied, sometimes I go home and wanna tie a noose around my neck.” His honesty is brutal, but damn if he didn’t hit the nail on the head. You and Tom are cut from the same cloth, it seems.
You nod. “Yeah, that sounds right.”
He clears his throat. “My old partner, I trusted him with my life more than once. We ran the gauntlet together, broke stereotypes and cleaned up the city piece by piece. I just learned he’s talking to Internal Affairs about me. He’s trying to get me fired.”
“Internal affairs?” You ask.
“Yeah. Some things we did, back then, they weren’t by book. He has dirt on me.”
“Why?” You ask, now angry on his behalf. “Because you saved those kids?”
“He doesn’t think I did it the right way.”
“There was no right way to do it. If you hadn't helped them, they would still be getting tortured for Christ’s sake. Doesn’t he care about that?”
He’s silent for a long beat, probably thinking about what he wants to say to that question. Finally, he settles on: “the man I once knew would have.”
“And now?”
“I don’t know.” He seems really sad about this whole thing, and your heart aches for him. You lean up to kiss the side of his mouth, inhaling crisp aftershave and skin.
It’s strange, how a few days ago he was chasing you down on the highway and making you have vivid visions of your hands wrapped around his throat, and now he’s here snuggled on the couch with you, distraught. Things are moving too quickly, and you’re not sure how to stop them—stop the ten ton freight train headed right for your very delicate heart. It seems pretty impossible.
“I’m sorry, Tom. If it makes you feel any better, I’m pretty sure the majority of us laypeople think you’re a fucking hero…”
He seems like he really doesn’t know what to say to that. Maybe, just like you, he’s bad at accepting compliments, accepting the fact that he’s a good man—despite the way he carries himself in the outside world, there is a unique vulnerability to him here, curled around you like a dragon protecting gold, and fuck if it doesn’t make you want him that much more.
“Can you lay with me for a while?” You ask, baring yourself to him and terrified of what the answer will be. Usually, different versions of this question—can we cuddle? Can we go to bed? Can you hold me?—yield failed results. Most men, at least the ones you’ve encountered, don’t want to just lay in bed doing nothing, and you’re prepared for Tom to think the same.
Instead, he seems a little…dumbfounded. Like he didn’t expect this type of thing from his hot headed little nurse. That makes two of you. “In your bed?”
“Yeah, in my bed. Let me…hold you?” You brace for his laughter, but instead get his arms wrapped around you tighter, his sigh against the top of your head, the relaxing of his body into a big puddle.
“I would love that,” he says, and it sounds like he really, really means it.
You end up with his head pressed against your chest, and your arms cradled around him, stroking his hair and rubbing his back. It’s silent, but the comfortable kind, the one that comes when you’re naturally in tune with someone. He fits right into you again, your missing piece despite the height and size difference.
This is nice, and it’s not long before you’re drifting off in the shelter of Tom Ludlow’s arms.

I am ill imagining Law calling Luffy love bug <33
"hey love bug" in the softest voice you'll ever hear Law use that's reserved for Luffy and Luffy alonejdhdhdkd
Even just 'bug' which sounds kinda weird but I promise it's so cute and I'm sick, it's just soo aaAHHH 😭😭
Sobbing over this, "I missed you, bug, we should meet up more often" Law whispers into Luffys hair after Luffy jumped him and they're on the ground hugging and being sickeningly cute
"morning sunshine, it's breakfast time" (〒﹏〒)(〒﹏〒)
Just Law calling Luffy cute nicknames, I am weak for this. It's killing me, it's actually slaughtering me rn
Love, baby, sunflower, sweetheart, sweet boy <3 mngngnfnn I can't do this
"you're so cute, my sweet boy" And Law is rubbing Luffy's bottom lip with his thumb, and Luffy is blushing and pouting because "I'm not cute!" And it just makes law laugh in the way that Luffy adores and leaves him breathless. And Luffy can't resist, he pulls Law down to kiss him. When they break apart Law mumbles 'cute' against Luffys lips and Luffy can't bring himself to care, not when law is looking at him like he hung the stars just for him. He just kisses Law again till they're both breathless.
I'm so soft for them (╥﹏╥)
Mi sol ❤️❤️❤️

As you bumped into one of the many flower-filled buckets for the third time that visit, you scolded yourself for leaving it to the last minute. There you were, in the fifth flower shop of the morning, and you’d had no luck finding those flowers. The day before, you’d thought your reasons to wait until the actual day were decent. You didn’t want them going bad, you didn’t want the petals crumbling or the stems going stale. You wanted all the best for him, for your special day.
You couldn’t believe it had already been three years.
The memory of your beloved coming into your life prompted you into taking a deep breath in the middle of the flower shop amidst all the people happily buying their bouquets of sunflowers or lilies, all flowers that were easy to find and renowned by everyone. It had been a rainy summer, that one, and it was the summer your life changed when you put it into perspective. The decisions you made, the people you met… you remember your man being the sensation. Everyone was talking about him and you’d heard his name mentioned and repeated days before you even got the chance to meet him, and surely enough, you also fell for Howzer’s charms when you first laid eyes on him. It was hard for you to fathom your luck—the sheer way in which the universe had smiled at you, told you yes, you may have this man to love and to hold.
A smile appeared on your face when the memory of when he’d asked you to be his came into your mind. The clouds had cleared on that day and you felt a warm sunshine on your skin. The breeze that day carried the smell of grass and flowers and the noise of children laughing and families going about. Donning a sundress and a cute little hat with sandals that matched it, you’d met Howzer underneath an oak tree whose green leaves looked radiant in the sunlight, and he’d arrived with a stunning bouquet of blue freesias. The way the blue shade matched the colors of his armor from his days as a soldier didn’t escape you, and that was when he’d asked you if you wanted to make your relationship formal. You’d never been quicker to say yes to anything, and those flowers remained on a vase at the center of your home for longer than any other bouquet had in your entire life.
Your mother’s words came to mind, of that one time she told you, “When someone’s flowers last that long, it means their feelings for you are really strong.”
But your heart also ached at the memory of how beautiful Howzer’s gesture was. Now that you were hitting the three year mark, you wanted to replicate the feeling in him, let him know that you’d also be willing to go over the top for him any time. And while most of your three-year-anniversary date had already been planned out, this part remained a secret.
In theory, since your flower endeavor was a secret, there would be no real consequence to you not going through with it. But you were unwilling to let it slide.
Then, as the florist came back around the counter from the back of the shop, you took a deep breath, feeling your pulse rise as you anticipated all the things she could possibly say to you.
“I have good news and bad news,” the florist said.
“Oh, maker,” your words shook from nerves as you exhaled your tension, but your tone remained kind. “Start with the bad news, please.”
“Well, I have two pieces of bad news,” the florist continued. “I have no blue freesias, and I have no freesia arrangements already made.”
You nodded. “Okay… what about the good news?”
“I have freesias in just about any other color. If you’re willing to work with that, just tell me what other colors you want and I’ll have an arrangement ready for you in thirty minutes tops,” she smiled at you.
Your heart sank, and the florist took notice.
“I don’t mean to make it worse,” the florist said, “but if you’d come around one hour earlier, I think you still would’ve found some blue ones.”
You chuckled, your laughter dipped in slight disappointment. “Yeah… an hour ago I was at a different flower shop, and they told me the same.”
The florist gave you a sympathetic smile. “I can work wonders, you know. Why don’t you let me mix some white, purple, and pink freesias and sprinkle in some golden motifs?”
A thought suddenly perched itself on your mind as you remembered the warm glow of the evening when your relationship with Howzer started. Everything had seemed so golden around you, and after all this time, that was one of the first things that you thought of when the memory came. The next thing you always seemed to think of was how beautiful the teal of Howzer’s armor looked whenever the ambience around him was so warm. The image was vivid in your mind, and your heart raced with joy as you thought of your handsome Howzer, in that perfect lighting, only belonging to you.
“You know what?” You smiled at the florist. “Do you have any yellow and hot pink freesias?”
“You bet,” she replied.
“Okay… do you think you could mix all the colors, but give the warm tones priority? And maybe we could keep the golden motifs.”
The florist nodded at you. “Give me a half hour and I’ll surprise you.”
A half hour sounded wondrous. In that time, you could go to the bakery next door to get some of the last things you needed before your anniversary date.
“You’re a hero,” you told the florist. “I’ll be back!”
*
The sun had started to go down on the sky, and the light it cast on the outside took that beautiful shade of gold you so loved. Despite the flowers not going according to your plan, the bouquet the florist got for you was still gorgeous, and if anything, it complimented Howzer’s signature colors. You had the whole thing planned out, figuring you could trust the kind florist to help you with one last endeavor to give the evening one more level of charm. You never wanted to be predictable when it came to Howzer, especially not when it came to a day as important as that one.
You were approaching the spot Howzer had chosen for your date. He had the tendency to not be predictable when it came to you either, and though it would have been sweet to have your date where it all began, Howzer chose a place that was new to you. At a park in a quieter side of the town, where there was grass, benches, tall trees, and even a fountain, and you felt the romance in the air from the moment you arrived.
You marched yourself across the park, feeling occasional blades of grass brushing against the skin exposed on your sandaled feet, and the gentle wind flowed in harmony with the skirt of your white sundress. You made your way towards the spot of the park Howzer had told you to meet him beforehand, and when you were at a short distance, you spotted him talking with two of his brothers. He saw you coming, as you could tell by the way his gorgeous brown eyes landed briefly on you only for him to gesture hurriedly at his brothers to leave, causing you to giggle softly at him. Howzer was a gentleman, but you loved it whenever your charm brought out his more clumsy side.
As you walked up to him, you took in every detail of Howzer. Though you weren’t at the same oak tree, the warm light of the evening matched the memory so well it might as well have belonged to you and Howzer already. As for your boyfriend, Howzer wore light brown pants and shoes that were a slightly darker shade, almost approaching a milk-chocolate color. His white shirt seemed to be made of a light, breathable fabric, ideal for days with such high temperatures and warm winds blowing, and the white shirt had thin cross-stitch patterns embroidered along the length of his chest in teal thread, his signature color.
A large grin plastered itself on your face as you took those last steps between Howzer and yourself, and your free hand went up to his shoulders as you leaned in and perked yourself up on your toes to greet him with a light kiss on his cheek.
“Hi, love,” you chimed.
“Hi,” Howzer smiled at you, his gaze traveling over your silhouette. “Wow, you are… you are stunning.”
You giggled and gave a little twirl on the spot. “Thanks.”
You then paused as you watched him standing there, his hands hidden behind his back as he smiled a tad nervously at you. You took that moment to take in the rest of the details around you: the red and white blanket placed on the grass, a large plate with grapes, hams, and cheeses, a wooden tray with short legs to safely hold a bottle of rosé wine and two slender cups, and series of warm fairy lights already powered on for them to grow progressively as the sun set. You smiled at the scene and set your basket of bread down on the blanket, your chest swelling with joy as you looked over at Howzer again, ready to tell him how beautiful the set up was.
But Howzer remained with his same uptight posture, hands insistently behind his back.
You giggled again. “Well? Aren’t you gonna kiss me?”
“U-Uh, right,” Howzer stammered, revealing one of his hands from behind his back. “Suppose I could just do this.”
“Mmm yeah, you could,” you chirped as Howzer bent forward and kissed your cheek sweetly. Smiling brightly, you turned your face to face him directly, and Howzer leaned in again to press his lips to yours.
You sighed dreamily, sinking into the familiarity and warmth of his lips, letting your fingertips travel up to brush the skin on the sides of his face. You’d memorized all of him, from the texture of the scar on his cheek to the lines of his face, the way he tasted and how he tilted his head first to the left and then to the right when he locked lips with you. You grinned into the kiss, pressing your lips harder to his before pulling away with a tiny smile.
“Happy anniversary, dear,” you whispered.
“Happy anniversary,” Howzer reciprocated with a serene smile.
“So,” you raised a brow at him. “Wanna tell me what you have back there?”
The clumsiness returned momentarily to Howzer as he stammered on his words. “Oh, r-right. Um…”
Howzer took a deep breath, returning to his regal, captain-like demeanor. He straightened his back and looked at you with confidence and affection, two traits that would have you swooning over him for days.
“I wanted to have a balance today, you know?” Howzer began. “I do want to commemorate this day three years ago under that oak tree when you said yes to me, but it’s been three years, and as much as I hold the past very close, I also want to acknowledge the fact that you and I, well… we have a future. We have a path to move forward in, and… hence the new place. But… well, maybe putting it that way, it’s not such a tragedy.”
You tilted your head, confused by his last sentence.
Howzer chuckled. “To have a piece of the day you and I became a couple, I wanted to get you the same blue freesias I got you back then.”
He slowly revealed what he was hiding behind him, and you stared at the bouquet of bright yellow, red, magenta, and light pink freesia flowers. The bouquet was balanced out with smaller white flowers that resembled chamomile, and it was wrapped in cellophane on the outer layer and thin bright pink paper on the inside, tied together with a neat teal bow. Howzer held the bouquet out to you, smiling charmingly at you, and for a moment, he resembled a prince declaring his love to you for the first time all over again.
You chuckled at him, dazed. “Let me guess. All the flower shops were out of the blue freesia flowers.”
“It’s uncanny how I was unable to find any today. It’s like they plotted to ridicule me,” Howzer agreed, but now he raised a brow at you. “How did you know?”
You giggled, your cheeks flushing with heat. With the best of timings, you spotted the florist walking up behind Howzer, and your gaze regrouped with that of your lover.
“Well, you’re not the only one who remembers vivid blue flowers that day,” you said, slowly walking up to him and kissing his cheek, letting your voice lower into a whisper as you told him, “close your eyes.”
Happily, Howzer obeyed. You skipped past him and went over to the florist, mouthing the words “Thank you” as you took the bouquet from her and took your position in front of Howzer again. You held the bouquet in front of your chest and smiled brightly at Howzer, your eyes sparkling.
“I know about the blue flowers because I wanted to get them for you too,” you said.
Howzer opened his eyes and felt his chest swelling with love at the sight of you holding the bouquet. You’d gotten the flowers in the same colors he had, and the golden motifs didn’t escape him.
“Darling,” Howzer sighed as he took the flowers from you. He chuckled softly, looking you in the eyes. “Well, great minds do think alike.”
“I guess they do,” you beamed.
Howzer set your bouquet down on the blanket next to the one he’d gotten for you. He rested them on your basket of bread and smiled at the way both complement one another, not unlike you did to him. Howzer then took your hands in his and looked you in the eyes, gazing into you with all the tender care he held for you.
“I love you,” he spoke softly.
Your entire chest fluttered, and your eyes glimmered up at Howzer as you blessed him with the most beautiful smile he’d ever seen.
“I love you too,” you said before leaning in and letting him kiss you.
As you both pulled apart from the kiss, the gleam in your eyes turned excited.
“Now, can I please start eating that cheese?” You proposed.
Howzer laughed. “Help yourself. I’ll pour the wine and get the crackers.”
“No wine, no crackers, no bread,” your hungry side got the better of you. “Only cheese.”
Howzer kissed your cheek, pressing himself firmly into you and smiling into your skin with how much he adored you. You then took a seat on the blanket and grabbed a cube of rich, yellow cheese, plopping it into your mouth. As you savored it, you leaned your head back, taking a deep breath as you enjoyed the peace, the breeze, the whole evening. Hearing as Howzer opened the bottle of wine and poured the two cups, you reached for a grape and smiled, knowing you were in the middle of perfection.
Here’s to more years, you thought as Howzer took a seat next to you, handing you your cup of wine.
You clinked your glasses together, and then you leaned your head on his shoulder, smiling as you gazed into the sunset and enjoyed every second of your time with the man who made your days bright and your years sweet as the scent of freesias.

post-prison Spencer Reid x she/her!reader

If You Ask
For the months that Doctor Spencer Reid spent in prison, his guiding light was the thought of you. It was a form of enlightenment, he concluded, that regardless of how dark his days and his mind got, surrounded by grey walls and people that truly hated him, one thought of you was the only anaesthetic he needed to help him sleep.
He understood the psychology of dreams, but it took him some time to admit to himself what exactly his subconscious was trying to tell him when each and every night, he dreamt of seeing you walk into the office and greeting him with a smile, or sitting beside you on the jet, or standing beside you at the coffee machine. Spencer’s favourite dreams were memories stored in his subconscious of the kindest things you’d said to him. He would often wake up in his cell with tears on his face because the anguish of coming to terms with the same reality of not being able to see you was simply too much to bare.
The grey that surrounded him had been the worst thing to face every morning, because you filled his life with so much colour from the moment you met him.
Two days after Spencer’s 25th birthday, you had sped into the office particularly early, in quite the rush. Spencer had to do a double take when he saw you, not only because you were running at him, but also because you were wearing some brown corduroy dungarees with sunflowers embroidered on them and a white t-shirt underneath, a bright smile on your face despite the fact you had never seen Spencer before.
“Good morning!” You had said, breathless.
Spencer couldn’t withhold the smile that you brought to his face. “Good morning, I’m Doctor Spencer Reid…who are you?” He asked, trying to speak as gently as possible because he honestly feared the slightest harsh tone would dampen the sunshine you brought.
“Hello Doctor Reid! I’m (Y/N), I’m starting today but, uh, I hoped I’d be here before everybody else, just to get my bearings- not that it’s a bad thing that you’re here, of course! Sorry, it’s really nice to meet you!” You rambled sweetly, before holding your hand out to him.
Spencer gave you his usual nervous smile and wave. “The number of pathogens passed during a handshake is staggering, it’s actually safer to kiss.” He recited, but as the weight of his words dawned him, his cheeks flushed pink, having not thought about how much he would like the sound of the latter.
He expected an awkward reaction from you, as that was what he usually received, but instead, you giggled as you retracted your hand to dig through your handbag and retrieve some hand sanitiser. Once you had rubbed the cleansing fluid into your hands as thoroughly as you could, you smiled at Spencer, not a trace of sarcasm or malice in your eyes.
“Does that make you more comfortable with shaking my hand, rather than kissing me? We have only just met, after all. If you still feel like kissing me when you actually know me, all you’ve got to do is ask.” You grinned at him, holding your hand out to him again, and with a bright smile, Spencer shook it.
The team had spent years teasing Spencer about how obvious his feelings for you were, forever telling him that he should just ask you out, as though that was a casual request and not a terrifying, life-altering question. He had never felt more confronted by his own feelings than he did when he was stuck in a cell and could only focus on what he would say to you when he did get out.
He thought about all the times you had complimented him so obviously and how he wished he had swept you off your feet in a kiss each and every time; how you had asked him every time you wanted to hug him whether he would be comfortable with it and how he should have just told you that you were always the exception to his usual discomfort towards physical contact; how you never failed to laugh at his jokes or back him up when the team tried to tease him for the things he knew that you only ever found to be fascinating. Spencer knew that he had always appreciated you, he had never pushed you away or been cruel to you, he had simply been too scared to ever progress your relationship in the way he had desperately wanted to.
Unfortunately, when Spencer did get out of prison, he immediately made a horrifying discovery. Spencer’s profiling instincts were screaming at him from the moment he returned to the office, seeing you in darker, longer clothes, instead of your usual bright and colourful ones that he was forever complimenting you on. To the man that knew you better than anyone, the bags under your eyes were only one of many signs that you were exhausted, emotionally and physically, and that something was very, very wrong.
He stood at the office entrance for a while, watching as you seemingly instinctively brought a coffee to his desk, which was absolutely covered in sticky notes. The top, sides and back, from what he could see, every square inch was covered, save for the space that you seemed to save to set his coffee down, despite not knowing the exact date he was due to be released; you always made him one, just in case. He watched as you wrote on a new sticky note and found a place on his desk to attach it, then disappeared to the staff bathroom with tears in your eyes.
Of course, you had still been overjoyed to see him standing at his desk and drinking the coffee you had made him, reading the dated sticky notes you had written him, telling him everyday that you were thinking of him, missing him, wishing he was here, sometimes referencing specific memories or inside-jokes between you that you had thought of that day. It was the most beautiful gesture he had ever seen. You had run into his arms, and the two of you had cried into each other with nothing to say, too overwhelmed by the simple feeling of being back together, but there was something in the way, an invisible barrier in front of you that had not been there before.
Once he had calmed you down and wiped the last of your tears, Spencer met with Emily Prentiss in her office, a stern frown etched into his features.
“What happened?” He had asked bluntly, needing to know whether it was something that had happened on a case or something outside of work so that he could formulate a plan to lift that invisible barrier and remind you that he was here, he was back, for you above anything else.
Emily had sighed. “She’s been...lost. Since the day you left, she hasn’t been herself, but when she started seeing this guy, things got so much worse.”
That sentence alone was enough to shatter Spencer’s heart, but when Emily went into grave detail about the number of times you’d found a quiet place to cry while on cases or in the office, the way you had retreated into yourself and would no longer sit with anyone on the jet, just staring out of the window until you were back on the ground - Spencer felt every fragment of his heart sink lower than he thought possible.
That evening, there was a knock at your front door. You rubbed your puffy eyes and wiped your tears as you opened the door, immediately appearing like a deer in headlights because Spencer Reid was on your doorstep. Images of him through the years you’ve known him with different haircuts and expressions, standing on that very doorstep, flashed in your mind, before you could settle on the present version of him standing there. The look on his face and the way your eyes darted down both sides of the street before you spoke to him, communicated very clearly to both of you that this was not to be like any night you’d spent watching movies together, cuddled up on your couch.
“Is he here?” Spencer asked bluntly.
You blinked rapidly, though you shouldn’t have been surprised that he already knew. “N-No.”
He had never heard you speak to him so timidly. It was more painful than every injury he sustained in prison.
“Is he going to be?” Spencer rephrased his question, and as soon as you nodded, Spencer gestured inside your home. “May I come in?”
Despite the fear that was clearly eating away at you, you trailed into your home and Spencer followed, closing and locking your front door before following you into your living room, where you had cowered in a corner of the very couch that was once a comforting place for the two of you to wordlessly express your love for each other in the sweetest and most innocent affections.
Spencer grabbed a chair and slowly moved it to sit in front of you, not wanting to startle you in your fragile state. Your hands were bundled up in the long sleeves of your sweater, which swallowed most of you. Spencer held your gaze, a sincerity in his eyes that was so familiar to you, you didn’t have the strength to avoid it.
“If you don’t want to talk, you don’t have to, just give me one answer- and you don’t even have to say it, you can nod, shake your head, whatever is most comfortable for you, is that alright?” Spencer was speaking as gently as he could, wanting to remind you that you were always, always safe with him.
Clinging to his every word, you nodded, and Spencer reciprocated.
“Do you want me to make sure he doesn’t come back?”
The question was a weighted one and unclear in its exact implications, but as you stared into Spencer’s eyes, you knew he meant every syllable more than he had ever meant anything in his life.
As you lifted your head to nod, there was a sound of your front door unlocking, and you froze. Tears stung your eyes as you frantically glanced from Spencer to the living room doorway and, having lost the ability to answer in the way you had intended, you rolled your long sleeve up to show Spencer the deep purple, fingerprint shaped bruises that gripped your forearm.
Spencer gave you one, final nod, before he stood up in front of you and turned to the doorway. Your human shield.
Seconds later, some poor excuse for a man strolled into your living room, his own key dangling from his hands. His beady eyes locked onto you, then slowly travelled up the tall form that stood between you and him, a very visible barrier.
“The hell’s this?” There was an edge to the creature’s voice as he spoke to you and Spencer immediately decided he would wipe this man off of the face of the earth for speaking to you like that.
Though Spencer couldn’t see you, he could all but feel the way you trembled behind him, too afraid to answer.
With his hands in his pockets, his steely gaze forced the creature to avoid his eyes. “Doctor Spencer Reid. Who are you?”
The sleaze scoffed, trying to peek around Spencer to look at you, but Spencer adjusted his stance to block him out again. If there had ever been someone undeserving of the privilege of looking at you, it was the only other man in your living room.
“This is Spencer?” He laughed. “Nowhere near as impressive as you made him out to be, (Y/N)!”
Spencer tilted his head to the side, deducing everything he could from the specimen before him. “Do you truly believe that everyone you meet exists solely to impress you, or is your inflated ego damaging your understanding of other people and the lives they lead that will never have anything to do with you?”
Finally, the creature seemed to address Spencer directly. “What did you say to me?”
Spencer stood up straight, crossing his arms over his chest. “My apologies, allow me to rephrase my findings in a way that a brain as underdeveloped as yours can comprehend: The majority of the people on this planet don’t know or care about you, or any of your opinions; the fact that you assume I do is very telling of the kind of person you are, along with your inability to look me in the eye making it incredibly obvious that the aforementioned ego entirely rests on tearing down those around you. Had you kept that problematic behaviour under wraps, perhaps you’d be lucky enough not to cross paths with me, but you just couldn’t resist harming the only person that makes the pain of being a good person, worth it to me. Now, I have no motivation to pity you or divulge the empathy that she inspires in me, so what happens next is entirely your own doing.”
Not giving the idiot any time to respond, Spencer lifted his phone to his ear. “Garcia? Yeah, we were right, go ahead.” With that, he hung up and slipped his phone back in his pocket, frowning at the creature once again. “If it’s any consolation to your ego, the cop car that the team will be bringing with them when they arrive in 10 minutes will be here especially for you. We took the liberty of digging up your sealed records, Adam - I hope you don’t mind me using the name you failed to give me in person, but it’s important to acknowledge that the evidence we have on you has that very name all over it - and you are going to be locked away for as long as I can make possible. When you do inevitably get released, I’ll be watching you for the rest of your life to make certain that no job you ever get is capable of sustaining you in the long term and that every person you ever have more than one passing conversation with is sent a direct copy of your criminal history. I’ve also registered you to over 100 charities dedicated to helping survivors of abuse, equating to at least 50% of your total income - with encrypted passwords that you’re *incredibly unlikely* to be capable of guessing - and if I were you, I’d never try to stop those donations, because our technical analyst is keeping tabs on them. For the pain you have caused (Y/N) during the time I’ve been away, I am going to ruin the rest of your life without breaking a single law.”
The rage contained between the two men was very different. Adam made his anger obvious to try and scare you and intimidate Spencer - at which, he failed miserably. Spencer, on the other hand, was as cold as ice, every sentence further salt to the wounds he had already inflicted.
The idiot actually took a step towards Spencer, then, in an attempt to frighten him, but when Spencer took the two strides necessary to stand toe to toe with him and stare him down, Adam realized his mistake, only made clearer by Spencer’s next words.
“Please, give me a reason to break something other than a law. If you think I won't go back to prison, for her, you really are the most unintelligent excuse for a human being I’ve ever had the misfortune of meeting.” Spencer’s voice was hauntingly low.
In the distance, sirens could be heard, and Spencer held a hand out behind him. “(Y/N), would you mind if I took the trash out?”
He asked you, not lifting his steely gaze from Adam. Leaning forward, you took hold of Spencer’s hand and gave it a squeeze, bringing the first smile to Spencer’s face that he felt in his heart since he went to prison.
He squeezed your hand back, so gently, then abruptly let go to grab the back of Adam’s collar and throw him down, using his grip to drag him out of your home and kick him onto the street.
“Wherever you go, everyday for the rest of your life, I will be right behind you. If you ever so much as think of her again, after what you did to her, I’ll kill you with my bare hands.” Spencer threatened with an eerily calm voice, safe to do so because you were out of earshot.
Adam sputtered from his place on the ground, where he belonged, and as the police car pulled up outside of your house, Spencer speed walked back through your front door and into your living room, finding you sobbing into your hands. That sight broke his heart more than anything else could ever hope to try.
Spencer crouched down in front of where you sat on the couch, his chest aching. “Sweetheart, please, look at me, I’m right here.” He told you, his voice so sincere it almost hurt you to hear.
Slowly lowering your hands from your face, Spencer didn't hesitate to hold them in his own, rolling your sleeves up enough to hold your hands in his.
“I’m s-so sorry, Spencer, I never should have-” You began, but Spencer shook his head, not about to let you blame yourself for any of this.
“You have nothing to apologize for, (Y/N), I’m sorry I wasn’t here to help you sooner. I’m so sorry that I was gone for so long.” He apologized, knowing that he had gone to jail for the right reasons, but having never intended to hurt you by doing so.
The gravity of his absence and what he could have gone through in prison caused your bottom lip tremble and before Spencer could register what you were doing, you crawled from the couch to his lap, the two of you sitting on the floor and holding each other so tightly, shattering whatever invisible barrier had come between you.
“I thought about you all the time.” He sniffled into your shoulder as he held you, enveloped by the familiar scent of you, of his home.
You cried harder at the thought of Spencer missing you so much, being so far away, while you were missing him just as much in a world that was truly dead in his absence.
“I’m sure that you noticed, but your desk was exactly as you left it, save for the sticky notes. I…wouldn’t let any of the cleaners tidy it, I did it everyday, making sure that everything was left exactly as you’d last used it, so that it was like you were there only yesterday.” You chuckled bashfully through your tears, absentmindedly playing with Spencer’s hair to calm him.
Spencer managed to laugh with you. “I did notice, yes, and that was ridiculously sweet of you, along with the notes.”
Pulling away from him slightly, you hold his face in your hands. “I think your absence may have created an unhealthy co-dependency, going forward.”
Spencer smiled at you. “I couldn’t agree more.”
You giggled at that, his absolute favourite sound since the day you met. “I don’t mind.”
Spencer couldn’t stop himself from grinning, the two of you having fallen right back into the bond you had before he went to prison, like nothing had ever separated you.
“I don’t, either.” He said, both of you all too aware of the fact you are going to be attached at the hip from now on.
You grinned at him then, and it was like the sunshine peeking through clouds that had filled his skies for far too long. “I’ve been waiting over a decade for you to ask me something, Doctor Reid, and I know your magical memory hasn’t forgotten.”
Immediately, he knew exactly what you were referring to - of course he did - Spencer’s brain was finely tuned to you, always able to decipher every subtext to everything you said and did; you were his favourite study in the universe, after all.
His heart skipped a beat at your reference and he couldn’t believe it, but he gulped, like he was the boy he was on the day you met, blushing at the thought of getting to kiss you someday.
“Are you sure?” Spencer asked, not questioning whether you were sure he would remember, because you both knew he did, but whether you were certain you wanted him to ask.
At that, you beamed at him. “Spencer, I’ve had over a decade to deliberate and my answer hasn’t changed since the day we met.”
And his heart soared at your words, it beat to life in a way that only you could make it, pounding against his chest.
“Then…” He cleared his throat, knowing it was now or never and he was not going to shy away from this, even if his face was flushed as he asked, “I do still feel like I would rather kiss you than shake your hand, so…may I?”
You didn’t give him a verbal answer. In fact, he had barely finished asking before you all but launched yourself at him, pulling Spencer’s lips to yours and kissing him like you really had been waiting your entire life to do it, because you absolutely had. Spencer’s hands found your hips and he kissed you back like a man starved, feeling the parts of him he never thought he would see again return to him, your kiss breathing life back into him. The look in your eyes as you pulled away from him told him that when you looked at him, you could still see the boy he was on the day you met. He was still him, and always would be, to you.
It is safe to say, that was far from the only kiss you exchanged that night. Spencer had actually promised you that, despite it being scientifically improbable, he would kiss away every mark on your body left on you by a man that never deserved you, and he would only ever leave you with marks of love, if you asked very nicely.
