The sun is our friend and our source It gives us light and warmth and force It powers our homes and our cars It shines on us like a million stars

Solar energy is clean and green It does not pollute or harm the scene It saves us money and the earth It is a gift of priceless worth

Why do you admire the sun more than the moon?

I know

the moon is beautiful

flawed but still shinning

She is calm and kind

She listens

I know she's everything

you could ever ask for

But the sun

He is her lover

Do you not see how much he loves her?

Do you not admire him for his undying love?

He says,"touch her and I'll burn you"

He's unmerciful for everyone

except her

He spares noone

but her

Oh how she lights up because of him

How he dies to let her live

They aren't destined to be together

And yet they love

Oh how they love

Wouldn't you admire such a lover?

Wouldn't you want such a lover?

The tragedy is

sun and her moon are star-crossed

After all this time.....

After all this time...... WHY???

I slept under

An orange blanket

It had one large circle at the centre

That circle was bright

Bright enough to fill

All the dark rooms with light

And yet when I closed my eyes

All i could see was darkness

A never ending dark black ocean

The bright light never touched me

After all this time.......

WHY?????
