Vacation Drink Recipe

Recipe

1 1/2 oz white rum

1 oz dark rum

3/4 oz Orange curaçao

3/4 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 oz Simple syrup

Fruit for garnish

Instructions Mix the rums, orange curaçao, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail glass. Pour over ice. Garnish with fruit.

Spring Break Cocktails,

Lava Flow Drink

Ingredients

2 ounces frozen strawberries

1 ounce light rum

1 ounce coconut rum

1 banana

2 ounces cream of coconut

2 ounce pineapple juice

1 cup ice

Instructions

To a blender add strawberries, light rum, and coconut rum. Blend until well combined. Pour mixture into a glass and set aside.

Rinse out the blender.

Then add banana, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice to the blender.

Blend until well combined.Slowly pour the banana mixture over the strawberry mixture. Garnish with pineapple and cocktail umbrella and ENJOY!

EASY PINA COLADA 

6 ounces (178ml) pineapple juice

3 ounces (89ml) coconut cream coco real cream of coconut

1 ½ ounces (45ml) light rum

1-2 cups crushed ice

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve garnished with pineapple slice and cherry.
