Posting today because I was so exhausted by yesterday night.

My friend hosted a dinner party at her place for her birthday. It was such a lovely day especially because I ate Korean food for the first time. She cooked everything herself and wanted me to try Korean food since it's her favourite cuisine.

There was Tteokbokki, Gimbap, Ramen, Korean sandwich (Korean buns with green apple, mayo, cucumber, corn, mashed potato, black pepper) and fruit custard for dessert. I loved the custard and the buns so much while I think the Korean food has an acquired taste over time. She also prepared a watermelon vodka cocktail (lime juice, mint, sprite) and it was so good!!! We had over 5 glasses, it was that good🤌🏼The presentation and plating was so well 😭👩🏻‍🍳

I painted this Lil canvas a long time ago (2003), so I never look at it anymore, but last night I got pretty engaged with it, appreciating it with new eyes. It was like listening to a classic song I haven’t heard in a while. “Apotheosis of Dualitry” is a symbolic diagram of the spiritual journey of a human, existing between 4 quadrants of reality. He is in between the positive n negative (right and left) aspects of our phisical plane, connecting into the more grounded spirituality of the heart of our planet (below), and is then shot up to the enlightened spirituality of the infinite multi-dimensional universe (above). This painting became iconic after it was turned into a simpler batik tapestry, that has engaged in conversation with thousands of people who hand it on their wall. Another funny story about it: so I sold it pretty much right after I had finished it, at a big Visionary Art Congress in Hawaii (called Alchemeyez). A barefoot hippie with a lunchbox full of cash scooped it up, awarding me my biggest sale yet. Fast forward over 10 years after and I get an email of a Hawaiian girl, who found it in a box that she was taking to throw away in the garbage! She worked at a storage place and was emptying a unit that got abandoned n unpaid. By massive luck (or synchronicity) she looks into that box AND happened to be a fan of my art! This painting was not ready to die! It was a bit complicated to buy (fight for) it back from her boss, who realized it had value and sold it to one of his buddies. But I eventually managed to buy it back, for a fraction of wha I originally sold it for! #sundaystorytime So back in October I think it was, Justin Pickard called me and asked if I would want to design his new record cover. I’m pretty sure I said no at first. Then he described to me what he wanted and then I’m for sure I said no. I was like, “a mustard bottle? Space?” I just thought I didn’t know how to do anything he was wanting. Aka... no faith in myself when it comes to graphic designing... it is not my main medium. Then I asked him to quickly draw what he had in mind. He sent me the picture on the left... which I didn’t think was half bad. He also sent me ever song on the record for “inspiration” Nice to know he trusted me with that. 😉 Skip a little less than two weeks later and me hunkering down in my art studio working on my IPad Pro and out came his new record cover, the picture on the right! I’m pretty happy with the outcome and the outpouring of compliments have been exactly what I’ve needed lately. #SundayStoryTime is something I have wanted to do for a long time now. Writing my show #WhoInTheWorldAreYou (March 12th at Triple Door 😽) has given me to kick in the ass I needed to actually do it. I have a lot of real good stories to tell and I think enough time has passed for many of them to just be able to be appreciated for the hilarity that they were. Sunday storytime

It's been a long, hard work because work days are endless. the weather is gloomy. I got a cold and it rains in any given part of a day. The good thing about the week has been the uno games with colleagues in the break.

I met a friend at a metro station after so long and it was a really good ending to the week. We had Indian snacks and played a few games of uno. She taught me a couple of tricks to shuffle the deck of cards and just being so relaxed in a busy environment felt good!

¡Sunday Story Time! #1

So there was this girl amme (obviously not her name) who was in one of my classes. She was funny, smart, and a good cook. I always thought she was pretty attractive but I'm the type of guy to push girls away :/ anyway we started to snapchat, "best friends" on snapchat. One day we started talking about sex, probably started my me...most likely started by me...okay started by me, anyways we're talking and I ask to see her boobs, I'm feeling confident, and of course she says no, we keep talking (snap chatting) and I try again "can I see your boobs" said in a different matter of course, she says no, I say "one second" she says okay and sends me a one second snapchat of her breast. This make me more attracted to her, but like I said before I push girls away, sigh, days go on and she's sending me pictures of her and videos of her playing with herself, which I admit masturbate to, don't judge me it's NATURAL AND EVERYONE DOES IT.....during class can't look at her without my heart racing, not because of sexual attraction, well not mainly, it's because she trusted me enough to open up for me, I saw a part of her that....only certain people, special people can see, and I blew it, we no longer talk, we no longer snapchat, I haven't seen her since we graduated. Still though, still though she holds a place in my heart, and not in a "awe I saw some boobs, you must marry me" type way but in a "that was one cooool chick"

Hello everyone this is me doing some sawing this morning 🤗 . . This week it's back to silver and for some reason my saw blade kept getting stuck 🥺 ah well I got there in the end and I have my pendant ready for texturing and doming soon 😊 . . I've also cut out the ring strip ready to be soldered. . . Later I'll do some more sanding of the kite project too...that one is also getting there slowly but it is not easy on the fingers at all 😅 . . Taking it slow is key though. Back from trip and sick. Oy!

Well, let me tell ya a story, k? And i am starting with the first of photos.

This is me and my two Class mates. Lucy and Bendlik (nick name, because his real name would sounds stupid in english, wops.). We´ve been just having fun with our sweatshirts at the train station in our town. There were about 300 miles ahead of us by the train and we were super pumped and looking for this trip for sooooo long... Our class and another two went there. Trip name: Sexcursion (Our class is called Sexta. Got it?) 

At this pic you can see my three best friends. From left Claudia, Lucy again and Patrice. We have been together since Prima, so it makes six years. Wow! I love all of them and we take care about each other. they are super awesome, we sit near in class too. I am sitting next to Claudia and Lucy with Patrice are sitting behind. At this photo they are sticking theyr arms out of the window and i was pretty much freaking out, because I was affraid, that something could cut off them and... Okay, maybey i am just too protective. At least it was fun, heh. we were in cuope together and we didn´t let anybody in. Listening to music, snacking, laughing singing... Typical. :)

Yeah, i did have pizza and i am not even sorry, lol. This was at Cesky Krumlov at one restaurant. it was delicious and I was full at the moment. 

Than we took a bus to our camp (After walking like 40 miles, urgh.). We lived in small hauses. There were just beds and one table, but it was enough for us.

Second day we went rafting. it was super duper funny. I was at boat with only girls, so it is not suprising, that we floated away and stucked on one big rock in the river. Almost all of us had to get off it to push us away. But in the end our boat was the fastes one, hehe. However, our class had to split into two groupes, because we were only 19 ppl there. Other two classes were full. Needless to say, that we were pretty angry. But it was still rocking day in history. 

Third day we went to a walk. Again...

This is our leader group. we were the fstest, woohoo! My friend had injoured foot, so she barely couldn ´t stand on it and teacher told me (I am a member of red cross, remember?) to help her. So I tried to bandage it. It really hurted me to, to see her holding her tears, because there were a lot of people around. So I found a few boys and asked them, if they could take her on his backs. In the end they were taking turns for carying her. Heh.

Taking our time to rest, while waiting for other. i just layed down, and my classmetes took their chance to lay on me. We were laying like this about ten minutes straight, lol.

But after walk I sudennly felt sick. And here we goes... I didn´t sleep at night from Wednesday to Thursday, because I was vomiting all the time. Yeah, great fun, right? So i was pretty much happy to be at home. Still it was stunning week and i am glad we waited for it. I love all of those people, actually. And i am not afraid to say, that my class is the best! ♥ BTW: I also coloured my friend´s hair. It ednded up good, but...

A PINK HAAAAAAAAAAAAAND! It was fun to watch people faces, when they saw my hands and I ended up chasing my friend around camp eith it. :D

And i decided to tell ya stories every sunday. This is the first one. What should be about the next one?

Sunday Storytime

It has been a hectic work week because I have to commute to office daily now and that's 3 hours away from where I live 😵‍💫

On the second day of my commute, I was walking to the metro station interchange and forgot to take a turn. I asked a man who was walking there and he was so kind. He helped me reach the station by informing me about a free shuttle service and ensured that I sat in the right one. All of this was super nice of him at 9 am when I was getting late (probably he was too)!

Yesterday, I met a friend after so long and we had an amazing evening at the Tibetan market. We ate Korean food. I tasted matcha flavoured boba tea for the first time and it was so fresh. We had a really fun hour of karaoke too!!!

Sunday Storytime

My friend and I went to a Japanese restaurant and tried avocado roll (veg sushi). I tasted wasabi sauce bite sized (unknowingly) for the first time, and its extremely strong taste threw me off, turned my eyes watery and made me cough. The pickled garlic was so delicious! I also tasted avocado for the first time ever and they seemed to be bland except a noticeable mashed texture like mashed potatoes.

This week was a nightmare because of the workload. We have to go to the office now, everyday, which is a bad idea because I have to commute 2 hours to reach my office. I'm not at all ready for this especially because of monsoons 💆‍♀️

This week has been so laidback at work and a rainy mess the whole week . The weather is so humid these days with incessant rains and hence waterlogging ughh.

Anyways, an interesting remark by the lady at the parlour made my day today. She asked me whether my eyelashes were fake and I smiled so big. They're real and she was surprised to see my actual pretty lashes! It was a good exchange of words haha

Sunday Storytime

It was a nice weekend with friends! On Saturday, I met my friends from a book club and we watched Oppenheimer. Us science nerds were so happy whenever a familiar name popped up on screen or when a character successfully was able to prove something. The film was gripping throughout and had moments of light heartedness as well. All the actors, I repeat, ALL of them played their parts so well!!! I loved Emily Blunt, Cilian Murphy and Rami Malek so much.

Today has been good as well. I met my school friend after 6 years and we had a good walk around a part of the city. This week felt good after months of stress.
