Status Post #11501: Back in 2000, Sumol's parent company Refrigor launched this line of soft drinks called Moove, which had flavours such as guarana/lemon, wild fruits and coffee/lemon before being discontinued in 2001-02.

As someone studying another language, do you have:

1. A favorite word? (Because of meaning, sound, etc)

2. A word that sounds funny for you?

3. A word you don't like?

Ooh, these are good questions.

I like abacaxi because it sounds nice. Sometimes when I get groceries I pick up a bottle of Sumol and that's one of the flavors they sell. I also love that you can make nouns littler by adding -inho/-inha at the end. It's my favorite part of learning food words.

All the words that end in -mente kind of remind me of crème de menthe. And there are some words that drop the C from English to Portuguese... like fact -> fato and exactly -> exatamente.

I don't really have a least favorite word, but I have a lot of trouble with avô/vovô and avó/vovó because I keep getting them mixed up. I can't roll my Rs, so words that require that are frustrating.

SUMOL e COCA-COLA

Este casal de irmãos nasceu a 25 de Outubro. São os dois super fofos, meiguinhos, já comem sozinhos e são independentes:

Sumol (menino) - é amarelo com riscas, um bocadinho medroso mas meiguinho, muito ronronante.

Coca-Cola (menina) - é tigradinha castanha, meiguinha e menina de colo.

Daremos preferência a adopção conjunta ou famílias que já tenham um outro gatinho para que não fiquem sozinhos.

Serão entregues em casa do adoptante a partir de 27 de Dezembro, já chipados e com a primeira vacina.
