i dont understand people who think sukuna didnt want to humiliate gojou. yeah, yeah he did want to. he even said so. at the start of the battle he told gojou that he is nothing but a fish on his cutting board.

one of the goals of their battle was to prove to gojou that he is useless, that he is just another cog in the machine. "a bit livelier than the rest but still just a fish"

it was a clap back to gojou's ideology about being the strongest and "the honored one". sukuna being "the disgraced one".

sukuna indirectly called gojou a special snowflake and yall just ignore it. that's crazy.

sukuna did praise gojou but his praise was about his strength, his status as a sorcerer. nothing about gojou as a person. in fact i think sukuna mocks the person called gojou satoru.

if you compare this to sukuna praising jogo. i think sukuna respects jogo more than gojou. same lmao.
