Just found out that the age difference between the male and female lead in zee TV tujhse hai raabta is 17 years, basically he is twice her age. Do you envision a day when the female lead will be twice the age of the male lead and will be accepted on itv? I don't mean that tejaswi prakash starrer baby boy show and karan jotwani shows which got shut down in a jiffy.

Ugh idk, I myself am not a fan of the older women-younger men dynamic purely and only because Tellywood MLs are so immature and badly behaved even when older than the FL. I just cannot imagine a grownass woman putting up with the shit of a dude younger than her in the name of “love”. I know since I entered my late 20s, men below 30 are fucking inconceivable as romantic interests to me. So idk man........ But I’m all for the representation. If they do it well with a good, sensitive, and mature male lead (perhaps in his 30s?) and a dignified female lead who’s in her 40s and beyond, it would be interesting and different to watch. But I don’t think we can expect this from Tellywood, where the average age of the leads seems to be firmly stuck in the 23 - 27 range. 🙄🙄🙄
