iZombie returns to our screens and our hearts Monday night! Let’s take a moment to review Season Three and get ready a new chapter!
iZombie returns to our screens and our hearts Monday night! Let’s take a moment to review Season Three and get ready a new chapter!
The season three finale set up a new world for season four where zombies now reside in the open. The discovery that Carey Gold, the leader of Fillmore-Graves, was responsible for the deaths of Wally and Vivian, plus the outbreak of Aleutian flu was an interesting twist. But Chase Graves killed her and then put zombie blood into the flu vaccine turning everyone who received it into the walking dead-including Clive’s girlfriend, Dale. Following the turn, Chase went on television to announce to the world the existence of zombies and there need for donated brains. The old idea of Zombie Island is forgotten- as they would be less of a target if they just made a bunch more that live among us.
Major is a zombie again and Ravi had Liv scratch him to test the new zombie vaccine. Of course, I am sure Liv and Clive will still be solving crimes as that has always been the best part of the show.
Here is what Rob Thomas (Executive Producer) had to say about this season:
“Oh my God, the whole thing! It’s going to be a radical change. Zombie-ism is out in the open, so it’s going to be the top news story in the world. Seattle just became, effectively, a nuclear power. In fact, each of the 10,000 zombies now living in Seattle is its own sort of nuclear threat, if he or she wanders out of the city and scratches someone. I’m really interested in playing the dynamic of humans and zombies trying to live side-by-side. It’s going to create all sorts of issues this coming season.
Liv and Clive are still going to be solving murders, but now they’ll be solving cases of murdered humans. Fillmore Graves will have their own detectives solving cases of murdered zombies. All of the detectives in the Seattle homicide division will have their own zombies helping them solve murder cases because they all understand the benefits of being able to use the memories of murder victims.
It’s all going to feel very different. It’s going to feel a lot like West Berlin — God, we’ve used a lot of analogies — [and] like every day, you’re in the middle of the Cuban missile crisis. There’s going to be politicians across the globe wanting to nuke Seattle. Essentially, Seattle is holding a half million humans hostage. If you want to kill the 10,000 zombies in Seattle, you have to kill half a million innocent humans, too.”- Rob Thomas TV Line Interview
Join me on Tuesday where I break down the season four premiere!

from 'RittenhouseTL' for all things Timeless https://ift.tt/2upHIka via Istudy world
#Timeless S2, Ep. 3 "Hollywoodland" Recap/Review
With the moment that we all been waiting for comes with a twist at the end that maybe no one could see coming.
With no Emma in this episode, the Time Team tracks the Mothership to the 1941 where Rittenhouse tries to steal the work-print of the movie Citizen Kane and trying to sell it to William Randolph Hearst (who’s the film is based on). Lucy, Wyatt and Rufus bumps into Hedy Lamarr, who doesn’t taken as a fool and figures out that they aren’t really who they are, but helps the team search for the man, who’s taken the secret films.
In the meantime, Jiya, gets examined for her condition that Agent Christopher has only found out and comes to the concussion that she’s fine and even better that her heart murmur is fixed. Which kind of leads to Mason dealing with something new then what they had dealt in the past. Lucy and Christopher tries to get Flynn to help again, but if they want him to help he needs to get out before Rittenhouse kills him in prison. After given a tip, Christoper helps him with a breakout that Time Team sets up in his own prison cell 50 years later.
But with the hunt for the secret films, Wyatt and Lucy share the moment that we’ve all been waiting for as they kiss and slept together. The two seem to be the item now in the relationship, but a twist comes at the end of the episode that really would take the fans in shock as Wyatt escapes the compound to see someone at a local tavern, where he walks up to Jessica, his wife who’s alive and well.
“Hollywoodland” was an action-less episode that still delivered a story that it worthy of watching that had a lot of fun, educational and dramatic moments. From learning of what Lamarr did for WiFi and to even what Citizen Kane as about (check that film out!). There were many memorable moments from Lucy singing in front of a crowd while looking at Wyatt to Lamarr and Rufus discussing her scientific ideas foe the future. I’d very much enjoyed this episode. The performances from the cast from Spencer, Lanter, Goran and even Claudia Doumit as Jiya.
As much as I’m rooting for Lucy and Wyatt to get together and have their romantic moment. Does anyone think that the kiss from Wyatt and Lucy might have changed history to make Jessica like she had never died? With Jiya’s seizures not seem to be life threatening now, would that make it to help them in advice against Rittenhouse? And how crazy would it have been if Jurassic Park was made back in the 1940’s?
What did you think of the episode? Leave a comment!
Overall, I give this episode a 9/10.
You can catch Timeless returning in two weeks from Sunday at 10/9c on NBC.

#iZombie Season 3 Episode 12 "Looking for Mr. Goodbrain, Part 1," Recap/Review
Behold the second to last episode of the season and there are still so many questions!
Was Vivian actually killed in the helicopter crash? Who killed Wally and his family? How is the Weckler case connected to everything?
and... just what exactly is Chace Graves up to besides looking incredibly hot?
Last week we found out Harley John’s was turned into a zombie during the scuffle and this week we join him in his bunker where Clive and Liv have secured him and are trying to feed him brains. He’s resistant to acting like the monster he's been turned into- but finally gives in which allows Major to knock him out so they can freeze him until they figure out what to do with him.
Over at the lab, Ravi shows Liv the front page with her face on it. Granted it’s a low-level trash rag but it’s enough to make Liv panic. Ravi gets a sudden visit from Katty, his old boss from the CDC, who is concerned about the article and lets him know as Liv hides under the desk. Katty tells Ravi not to focus on the silly zombie stuff, which apparently got him fired from his last job, and to focus on the new Aleutian Flu virus that’s becoming an epidemic.
Meanwhile, it seems every season is crap on Major season. This guy just cannot catch a break! We all know that Fillmore Graves is the only place the “chaos killer” feels safe ever since "Shady Shawna" posted all his goodies on the internet. Of course, Chace Graves has discovered he is not a zombie and Major gets fired. THANK GOD! Luckily, his boys do not turn against him and decide to throw him one last bro-bash!
“You might be human, but you’re one of the good ones!” -Justin
Peyton and Liv discuss the Weckler case and Liv’s new notoriety.
“A cute monster!” -Peyton (referring to Liv's cover girl look)
Which leads us to the unveiling of OG Liv!
Over at the lab, Liv is running late and Rachel (ugh) pays a visit to Ravi, actually trying to get more information out of him! The nerve of that girl! Ravi tries to get rid of her so she doesn’t see Liv but luckily, Liv arrives tanned and dyed!
The brains of the week arrive and at the crime scene, much to Ravi’s horror, the body of  his old boss Katty, the one that paid him a visit earlier is discovered. She was bludgeoned on the head and stabbed around the corner from a hotel that she possessed a key card to. Let the investigation begin!
Liv wants to know if there is anything weird she needs to know about Katty before she makes her tasty treat. Ravi says nothing except she might find herself attracted to him…Ravi had previously had some hate sex with her a few times.
“So much for nothing weird!” -Liv
Clive brings in Katty’s work things-she was in Seattle working on this flu outbreak thing. Apparently, much of her work is done in bars considering the amount of writing on cocktail napkins. Mostly she had been interviewing people on a flight from Paris to Seattle and there were four passengers she had not finished so it’s off to work for these three.
Ravi in concerned the outbreak may be cause by bio-terrorism and we learn Clive is a MAJOR germaphobe. It’s hilarious!
As they interview the first passenger, Liv gets a vision! It’s literally the best vision ever because it’s of sex-WITH RAVI! #teamravioli (look it up if you don’t get the reference). Awkward!
As sexy as Ravi is, I can see why Liv is disgusted!
The fun continues and she proceeds to gets another one and then she cannot dare look at him anymore.
“Oh, please for the love of all things good and holy just make this stop!” -Liv
The interview continues and we get some racist remarks about a passenger next to her being like Ravi (brown). Of course, when they bring him in he is like a pussycat. They interview him but now Ravi is forced to stand at the back of the room with Clive.
Over at Peyton’s office, Barracus offers Peyton his Chief of Staff position. Mostly because he knows that she knows about the existence of zombies. She is hesitant because she still thinks he might be a murderer but he manages to lower her suspicion.
Over at sulking Major’s, he receives a text from the beautiful Natalie who happens to be in town.
She asks him to meet him at the space needle, but she turns up at his front door wearing a "Chaos Killer" T-shirt and looking smokin’ per usual. Dare we be happy for Major again in hopes his luck will turn around?
“Oh, come on, like I’d be seen at the Space Needle with the Chaos Killer?” -Natalie
Anytime we see a smile like this it never turns out well for him.
So, of course, they sit on the couch and catch up on everything. Natalie thanks Major for saving her and I am sure is about to thank him properly here in the next half hour.
She is gorgeous…
Liv is out looking for clues while dressed to the nines at the hotel bar where Katty was staying. The brains she is on have made her into quite the flirt and she loses her head for a minute and almost goes to bed with a random guy at the bar! Liv!
Back at the lab, Liv still won’t look at Ravi while they are working.
“It’s not my fault we brain banged!” -Ravi
Peyton stops by to inform Liv of her new offer and Liv encourages it.
Liv heads out to the hotel bar again and chats up a warm body. I am guessing Katty was not too picky about her conquests. She almost goes to his room as well but luckily stops herself. She calls up Justin to solidify their relationship status.
“I’ve been meaning to tell you…we’re zombies.” -Justin
After helping Natalie move, Major gets a rub down from Natalie and pulls a "Raider’s of the Lost Ark" move…nice one Major!
It works and Major and Natalie plan a happy future after she invites him to live with her in Italy. Happy ending?
Over at Harley’s compound, his idiot friends have let his body out of the ice box not knowing he is a zombie. He defrosts on the couch while they watch the news and…I don’t see this ending well for them.
And it doesn’t…
Clive takes Liv to the bar Katty frequented, hoping to spark a vision. She doesn’t tell him she’s been a bar fly there for the past few days but it becomes obvious when she is recognized. Clive doesn’t seem to notice but Liv does realize what she has been doing, and why, when she discovers Katty goes home with a different man every night.
Clive interview the last passenger and discovers a man switched seats with a man in coach so he could sit with his wife. It turns out to be the very seat Katty has scribbled on a cocktail napkin, 17D. Bingo!
Meanwhile, Major's going away party is in full swing and Liv is supposed to meet Justin there but the brain she’s on has other plans.
She actually tries to leave the bar when this happens…
Enough said!
So, the two have flirty drinks and Liv is acting like quite the little seductress. This time she doesn’t have to resist the urges because Chace is a zombie too. So of course, she doesn’t resist and honestly-I can’t blame her!
Meanwhile, Clive has discovered who was sitting in 17D-it just happens to be a friend of zombie child Tatum Weckler. Not only that, Patrice (the passenger on the Paris flight), also happens to be the daughter of Fillmore Graves brass, Carey Gold. This is just too much of a coincidence so I am guessing it’s NOT!
Back at party central, Major is being toasted in the sweetest way before Justin asks to talk to him outside. He’s worried about where Liv might be and well, he really should be.
Back in Chace’s room Liv is feeling a little guilty.
To quote my friend Allyson Alford, “this episode is worth it for the shot of Jason brushing his teeth alone.”
In lieu of more of my boring description of how incredible sexy Jason Dohring (Chace Graves) is, here are some photos for your viewing pleasure…
Chace chats as Liv starts to gather herself to leave. He even tells her he has been thinking about her since the Barracus fundraiser.
But Liv finds a cocktail napkin with Katty’s name and room number written down so…what the hell? Could Chace be the killer? I think Fillmore Graves is behind it.
Mmmm…tough to resist THAT offer!
Back at the party, the boys grow suspicious of a random dude drinking beer that does not seem to belong.
Turns out it’s Harley, fresh off his brain feed and ready to do some damage via suicide vest.
“Zombies are an abomination, that’s what we are abominations!” -Harley
And with that he blows the entire party into teeny bits-Major and Justin are still outside but everyone else (including a bunch of soldiers and Natalie) is inside when it happens.
Talk about going out with a bang!
I know its wishful thinking, but I hope Natalie got out someway!
To be continued…
Episode Rating: 9 out of 10.
I want to give it a 10, but I am going 9. Only because I wanted to see more Ravi visions (although these was probably too much to cover in this episode so why not a longer season???) and Blaine was not in it which is always a minus in my book!

#iZombie S3 Episode 3 "Eat, Pray, Liv" Recap/Review with Spoilers
"Eat, Pray,Liv"
Zombie Dark Thirty
We join Major in an intense session of zombie army training.  What is it about a man in uniform? Looking good Major!
"Lunch time! Get 'em while their goopy!" -army dude
Major is not too thrilled with the processed brains given out at zombie training. He's gotten used to Liv's yummy brainy dishes. Back at the place he shares with his "best bud" Ravi he complains about the food to a still obviously depressed Ravi. The upside to the army brains is they are made of a formula that prevents visions which Major is happy about so he can focus on finding Natalie again. Can't he eat those teen girl brains every week though?
Meanwhile at a snazzy piano bar something extremely curious is taking place! Peyton is dressed to kill and Blaine is performing at the piano bar!
So, of course, the Bleyton shippers are excited! Blaine explains this is his new gig. I couldn't be happier-love to hear Blaine sing or, do anything really...
Blaine seeks legal advice from Peyton. Says he got a call from his dad's lawyer. Reminder: Blaine's dad was recently unfrozen unbeknownst to Blaine. She agrees to help with some very obvious flirtatious undertones. I am still TEAM RAVI!
Namaste
Which takes to the "death of the week," a yoga studio. Our latest meal for Liv is suddenly bludgeoned to death. Death by Buddha statue! That's just wrong!
Clive is on the scene and we learn the victim is Topher, a powerful mindfulness teacher. ROLLS EYES.
"Topher said he only had one enemy, the inability to accept the gift of change..."-Ladybird (Witness)
Clive explains the situation to Ravi and Liv as another cop on the scene finds a possible witness. A drunk homeless man who claims to have seen a subject flee the scene with a trash bag. Liv and Clive check out a dumpster in the alley where Clive decides to take a dive.
Clive scores! He finds a trash bad with a bloody shoe and then suggests Liv has Topher lunch and he takes a much needed shower!
Back at the lab Liv concocts some "special teas for her and Ravi..." She accidently gives him the one spike with brains and is grossed out by his penchant for almond milk! SHE is grossed out????
Poor Ravi. Just not his week!
Ravi ponders if Topher died with any regrets...he needs to take action with his Peyton problem STAT! Soon Ravi's old boss, Katty arrives at the lab. She is still trying to figure out the weird issues with the zombies bodies. She is quite curious which could definitely present a problem for the team. Just then Liv's guru brains kick in and she gets philosophical on us. Katty has definitely been doing her homework on mysterious death cases involving zombies. Just like the Supermax case she has found evidence of another woman found dead with human brains in her system. Plus, the condition of the body indicated she had died months before her actual death.
"So now Seattle is Ground Zero for this investigation!" -Katty
Meanwhile at Peyton's office...
Ravi pays a much overdue visit! Brrr...it's cold in there! He apologizes for his jealousy over Blaine but can't seem to help that it irks him to no end. He admits to replaying the sexual encounter over and over again in his head. Peyton gives him the what for.
"Your opinion in this matter is irrelevant!" -Peyton She's NOT wrong!
Back at Blaine's funeral home...
Blaine is awaiting Peyton's arrival for the meeting with his dad's lawyer.  He is still not sure why this meeting is happening due to his ongoing memory loss.
As Blaine makes small talk with his visitors, Peyton arrives to inform Blaine he is talking to his father. Blaine is shocked but agrees he is not entitled to money from the will considering his father is alive and happily signs the documents needed to avoid it.
"Once you get back on your feet we should uh...well, you tell me. What is it we used to do together?" -Blaine
Dad has no problem telling Blaine he was a crappy son! Peyton kicks them out and they gladly leave. But I doubt it's the last we will see of Blaine's father.
Back at the Police Station Liv is on Zen brains and is here to help. Mostly with philosophical observations. We find out Topher was mixed up in some shady business. so we could have a suspect.
Major is back at army training but isn't quite the star student yet. He makes a new friend, Justin who explains they are just a couple of rookies in the midst of former mercenaries and real army men who caught the zombie bug. Justin leaves with words of encouragement just as Major experiences a cough attack. He's not looking so hot,
But he marches on with his search for Natalie and visits Blaine for information. Major tells him what he did to Natalie and Blaine admits maybe his dad had a point! Major asks Blaine if he remembers what it felt like before Blaine took the cure when he was dying. He doesn't of course but says he's sure it wasn't good. Major is getting concerned. Blaine is able to help major with the Natalie search but he's worried he doesn't have long to find her.
Meanwhile, Blaine's Dad and his minion are looking to set up a business, Looks like a Zombie bar maybe? Humans allowed but only for the appetizers. They start dreaming creative ways to keep the establishment zombie's only.
Back at the lab...Ravi is giving Major a physical.
Major is deteriorating rapidly. He has weeks and then he will have to take the cure. Which means memory wipe, just like Blaine.
"Identity is just a hallucination of the unenlightened mind anyway!"-Liv
Ravi is not ready to give up on him. Remember he has been working on a serum to reverse memory loss and says it's ready. Well-hypothetically. it hasn't been tested on anyone but rats. Hmmm...who could they test it on? Blaine!!! But Blaine doesn't trust them.
If only there was someone he did trust. Let's think!
Liv gets a text from Clive about the murder suspect...so off to the police station.
The suspect seems way too cocky and clueless to be their man. Plus, if the shoe doesn't fit; you must acquit!  But he does offer up his theory on who might have done it and this time-the shoe fits! But this guy isn't quite right either, he states his shoes were stolen when he came home one night and felt the "energy" in his place was all wrong.  Plus look at him...he just doesn't seem murdery to me!
Meanwhile at the lab, Ravi is frustrated in his quest to save Major from experiencing the side effects from the cure.
Suddenly, Katty appears with more information about her victim with the brains in her digestive tract. She tells Ravi the girl was at the infamous boat party the day before she died. Whoa!
Ravi plays dumb but she doesn't notice and invites him to dinner.
Liv and Clive are on a stake out. As they argue about methods, a uniform drives up and tells him someone complained about a pimp yelling at a hooker in a car outside her house. Meaning Clive and Liv! Clive notices a curtain close above so they pay the nosy neighbor a visit. They are trying to find the original homeless man who was the witness to the tail-end of the crime. The lady explains she has seen the homeless man running down the alley and throwing a garbage bag in the dumpster. Witness now becomes main suspect.
I just noticed Liv hasn't had one vision during this entire episode. Wonder what's up with that?
Back at zombie army training...Major has finally become the badass trainee we all knew he could be and gets a pat on the back from his commander.
Later Liv shows up at Major's house to some jams being blasted. When she enters she finds Major and his new army pal playing Dance Dance Revolution!
Liv joins the party and as Major is making brainy appetizers, he has a cough attack. He longingly looks at Liv as she dances with Justin. He knows his death is imminent if he doesn't take the cure but the thought of not remembering his love for Liv is truly heartbreaking.
Back at the station, turns out creepy Mitch from earlier actually posed as the homeless man to murder Topher. A little confused on how we got there...but I'll roll with it. Something about money and a letter from Prison but I am pretty bored with this murder investigation so luckily the beautiful Peyton arrives to give me a much needed distraction!
Back at the lab Major, Ravi and Blaine are discussing Blaine's new career as a lounge singer as Peyton and Liv show up. THE GANG'S ALL HERE!
Ravi explains about the serum that can possibly eradicate the memory loss.
Ravi gives his best sales pitch to the skeptical Blaine.
Peyton: Could it kill him?
Ravi: It probably won't.
Peyton: But it could...
Problem is, Blaine doesn't WANT to remember the person he is. But Ravi makes a fair argument that he basically owes them this It's a chance to atone!
Ravi begins to scream and Peyton asks a simple question. Why are you being such a dick?
"Isn't obvious? It's because I'm in love with you!" -Ravi
Apparently, the love confession or all the passion in the room moves Blaine and he agrees to be the guinea pig. Blaine! I just love you!
We return to a much spruced up version of Blaine's dad's new zombie club complete with a new moniker.
ooI'm going to take a wild guess and assume this place will become very important in the new future. I am still worrying what's going to happen to Blaine if he gets his memory back! Blaine's dad should be worried about that too.
Back at Ravi's, Peyton pays an intense visit. She can't understand that if he loves her why has he been so bloody awful to her. I don't get it either Peyton. MEN!
"Don't you get it? The one thing that is stopping us from happening is YOU!" -Peyton to Ravi
YES! But then.... Peyton here's a noise....
EPISODE RATING 8
I thought it was good but the murder story was fairly boring for me. I am enjoying the Blaine Ravi rivalry and want to see more of that!

#ChicagoFire #Brettsey To Be or Not To Be? #OneChicago #ChiHards
It's been a dilemma since Season Seven but the question remains that has me going back and forth: Should Sylvie Brett and Matt Casey be in a relationship?
Since the episode in season seven that the spin cycle instructor told Brett that her and Casey were meant for each other that pretty much got the ball rolling with #Brettsey. At first, I was all for but then when Gabby Dawson came back and that one night with Casey things took a back seat for me.
In my head questions pop up like what happens if Gabby comes back and reveals to Casey that she had that child and it's his. I know that seems far-fetched to go on with this show but things it could happen. Heck, we thought that Severide and Reene were going to have a child but it turned out it wasn't his.
And there's the friendship that why ruin it the best friendship that these two wouldn't do for one another. Helping each other when after a traumatic call like Casey almost getting his head blown away or Brett with reuniting and losing her mother. Why ruin a good thing going, right?
And there are these music videos on YouTube of them from scenes that have been fueling me to get me coming back thinking that they should be a couple. It's just crazy!
But let's not shine away from this: they both ended their relationship with the Dawson siblings on a rocky but mutual break up. And both Brett and Casey did connect with a tv series (Emergency) during that game night.
So after last week's season premiere, I think I've decided where I stand on this. I can' deny that scene of Brett and Casey at her apartment playing Heads Up was the nail in the coffin that I want them to be in a relationship and hopefully a long term at that like Severide and Kidd. I know that this week's episode will determine whether or not they share their feelings and the latest promo doesn't shine away from it one bit.
So as of this moment, I'm on full aboard with #Brettsey.
Was I crazy to going back and forth on this? What do you guys think? Are you all in for #Brettsey or not? Leave a comment below!

#ChicagoFire S9. Ep. 2 "That Kind of Heat" Fall Finale #Brettsey #ChiHards #OneChicago
Well.......
First, let me get this out of the way so I can talk about the ending to this "fall finale" episode.
"That Kind of Heat" was a very good episode that had intense and a lot of emotional and memorable moments. Ritter stepping up along with Gallo to help Boden and then stops when Herrmann and company went to fill up the truck with gas to help save a woman that had fallen on the L-tracks.
Kidd gets her Girls on Fire starting off great but is missing one person and tries to convince her to come back but understands that she needs to work to help her parents during the COVID-19. That didn't stop Kidd as she saw an opportunity to help both the teen and Boden by given her a part-time job at the firehouse. She accepted and looks forward.
With the Amblunce 61 totaled, Severide tries to hunt down before it's gone for good. He saved the driverside door that has Leslie Shay's memorial on it. It also gave some clarity to Gallo and Mackey, who's questioned being at 51 after the accident) about being at 51. And learned the connection between Mackey and Cruz as he's like her guardian or big brother to her father that had died years ago.
Okay now that I got that out of the way. Let's get to the main story of this episode, Brett and Casey. Well, from the recent recap about Mackey, both Brett and Mackey came out fine. Casey does some superhero stuff to get to 61. Soon after Brett questions how Casey got there so fast and soon learned about how it happened later that night at Molly's.
The next day Brett couldn't make eye contact with Casey and tries to avoid him all shift. That is until later that night when Casey comes to Brett's apartment and asked why she was avoiding him and she replied with a kiss and soon the rockets blast off as they kiss and landed on Brett's couch.
But Brett asked Casey a question on whether if Gabby came back would he go with her and boy he used the wrong words in this one. Even telling Brett that he doesn't know because it's complicated. You got that right! And soon Brett asked him to leave and ended on a sad ending.
While that ended pretty sad from Brett's point of view, but let's look at the bright side they finally have admitted their deep feelings for one another. This show does not go one, two, or three episodes to see if a relationship would go anywhere (like other shows), but we will see how they'll be facing this relationship and whether or no Casey could let Gabby "My Miracle" Dawson.
So did I like the episode? Oh yeah, I loved this episode. This episode really played with my emotions and glad that I had the night off from work to watch this at home. During those Brett and Casey scenes my heart was beating fast, hands got cold and sweaty.
While Ritter and Kidd had a really strong story in this episode; I think the little story that deserves is Severide getting Shay's memorial door back to the new ambulance 61. That would have bothered me so much.
Overall, I give this episode a 9.5/10.
What did you think of the episode? How did you handle Brett and Casey's final moment?  Shay's memorial return? Ritter's rescue and Mouch's speech? Leave a comment below!

#ChicagoMed S6, Ep. 2 "Those Things Hidden in Plain Sight" Fall Finale #ChiHards #OneChicago
The fall finale of Chicago Med (if you want to call it that) dealt with changes and even family drama. Here's a recap!
After last week's episode, Dr. Laink had left Med and Goodwin made the announcement on who will be the Chief of the ED...that would be...Dr.Ethan Choi. Of course, Will wasn't too pleased because he thought that he would get it with his seniority at Med.
It didn't go well when Will's patient was suffering from an air bubble and trying to locate it took too long due to Ethan's decision on the course of treamtnet. Will talked with Goodwin and she told him that she didn't consider him for the Cheif position due to his past actions and recently in a relationship with an addict. Looks like Will might be looking for a new position with Dr. Viriani.
Natalie deals with a young pregnant mother that was brought in from jail but with no records of her condition. The patient demanded a professional OB and got one but the mother took a turn for the worst as she needed an emergency c-section. But soon things start to become with the patrol officers as they were going to take her back to jail on a misdemeanor.
Natalie goes full Wonder Woman pushing the parol officer away from the mother and baby. But she wasn't charged for anything because they don't want bad press. Go, Natalie!
Dr. Charles tries to bond or talk with Crockett since he hasn't shown up to a session. But just as Crockett starts his sessions, Charles gets a call from his daughter about her mother not well. They bring her into Med where Crockett performed emergency surgery for an ulcer. But Charles learns that his ex-wife was planning to move to Arizona. But looks like Crockett might need that session with Charles soon.
April treats a teen that's suffering from COVID-19 and her mother video calls her to check in on her. But soon the daughter's health was not in good shape and after April chewed a resident and got Ethan to give her patient a ventilator; it still wasn't good. Trying to reach the mother until April saw that the mother had arrived and tested positive for COVID-19.
"Those Things Hidden in Plain Sight" was a good episode. I thought with Choi as the new ED chief was a good choice. While the dynamic between April and Ethan didn't change a lot as Ethan gave April what she wanted but then stood his ground by not having the mother come to see her daughter before she passes.
While it did work with Ethan and Will. Will, not too pleased with the decision, tries to help his patient but Ethan buts in and makes a good story that really made Will look good. But proves to Will that he can be reckless at times with orders as Goodwin pointed out.
Natalie's story started off weird but it got better and well her pushing that cop away from her patient was super badass. Probably my most improved story in the episode. While Charles and Crockett's story was good and that maybe after watching Charles' family that he could talk about his soon.
Overall, I give this episode an 8/10.

#ChicagoFire S9, Ep. 2 "Rattled Second City" Season Premiere #ChiHards #OneChicago #Brettsey
Chicago Fire is back and it feels so good but left us with a shocking ending in this season's premiere. Here's a recap!
"Rattled Second City" started off in a classy way: Joe Cruz running to the firehouse as he was being late for the new paramedic, Gianna Mackey, and work. But it made one hell of an introduction.
Due to COVID-19, Kidd tries to get her "Girls on Fire" program back on track and tries her best with the top heads to get it open. Soon she gets the word that they'll allow for only a short class at a time and to be outside. Along with that and Kidd saving both Severide and a victim from a studio fire, Boden advises her to take the lieutenant test. Looks like she's going to do it!
As Molly's Patio will soon be opening, there seems to be no buzz about. That is until Herrmann comes up with the idea to get a treasure hunt going with a poem given clues as the prize is a lifetime of free beer. With Mouch and Ritter helping it look like Ritter's poem would be the best to use until they went with Mouch's poem that pretty much laid out where the treasure was...Firehouse 51.
On Mackey's first day on the job, she and Brett treat an OD victim but soon has the guy's brother pointing a gun at them to make sure that his brother doesn't die. While the victim died at Med, later that day Brett sees her apartment door open and calls Casey to help check the place out. With no one, Casey decides to stay and makes a fun night with Brett with a game of Heads Up.
But things take a turn later on as Brett and Mackey get called for a wellness check and soon is followed by the OD's brother chasing them in his truck and point a gun at them. He drives them off the freeway and crashes ending the episode on a shocking cliffhanger.
I loved this episode! While I did yell at the top of my lungs at the end; it was fun and had some of those classic Fire moments during Kidd saving Severide and Brett and Mackey treating an OD victim. Cruz running to work was a great way to kick off the season because it was just funny. Not to mention that Gallo and Mackey hitting it off and Cruz being the big brother was good side humor for the episode along with Herrmann and Mouch.
The elephant in the room, what about Brett and Casey. While that scene as they play Heads Up was my favorite thing of the episode that could have been the deciding factor that I really want these two to be together. I wrote more about it here. If you guys want to check it out.
Overall, I give this episode a 9.5/10.

#ChicagoFire S8, Ep. 20 "51st Original Bell" Season Finale Episode Recap and Review #ChiHards #OneChicago
The season finale of Chicago Fire had us questioning whether someone was leaving Firehouse 51. Here's a recap!
In the season finale of Chicago Fire Firehouse 51 deals with a chemical gas at a junkyard that put one of Severide's men in danger. That happened to be Capp, who took the worst of the hit with his eyes not looking good. Severide tries to look into it and even question the owner of the place; but that didn't turn out too well. After a talk with someone at the CFD about it, it looked like all those warnings paid off to getting the junkyard to shut down.
On the other hand, Capp skipped medical treatment at Med. Severide and Casey try to get him back before Will has to report it. After finding Capp at his home, Capp went back and after more than an hour for an eye exam, Capp will be fine.
Kidd's Girls on Fire is doing so well and with the help of Brett and Foster, it's getting Foster some life-changing idea. Foster talks with Kidd about how she reapplied to Med school and has an interview at Northwestern; but is worried about how Brett will handle it. The secret gets spilled when Will talks about it to Foster in front of Brett, who wasn't too happy.
Brett was also dealing with news about Scott deciding to take baby Amelia back to Rockford, Ill, but wants her to come over to be a part of her sister's life. After getting a bit of short advice from Casey about the partnership and all, Brett waits for Foste after her interview and tells her that they'll be lucky to have her.
Kidd gets worried about one of her students, who asked for the fire manual but didn't return to the program. We don't get a storyline ending but I assume that this will be addressed in the next season. Also, Gallo is dealing with tension with Violet, who he tells her that they should see other people. Taking advice from Cruz and others didn't help at all.
"51st Original Bell" was a good season finale that had the theme that someone might be leaving 51. Whether it might have been Capp or even Foster; I was leaning towards Capp. I just feel bad for Brett even more, who's seems to be losing everyone from her sister moving back to even Foster leaving too. I'm just hoping that she too isn't leaving. But this episode was Severide's for the taking as he fought tooth and nail to try to get answers to take down that junkyard that injuries his firefighter.
Overall, I give this episode a 9/10.

You can catch Chicago Fire available on NBC.com, NBC app, Google Play, etc. Hopefully, we'll see them return this fall!
UPDATE: As of yesterday, TVline had reported that Annie Ilonzeh won't be returning to Chicago Fire for Season 9. It's sad to see someone leave that's been so good for the past two seasons, Monica Raymund's replacement on 61. So Foster leaves 51, could she be going to Chicago Med? That would make Will excited to have on staff. Also, who could replace Foster? Violet? Oh man, that's gonna be fun to watch.
What are your thoughts on the news? Who do you think will replace Foster? Leave a comment and tell us your thoughts.

#iZombie Season 3 Episode 6 "Some Like it a Hot Mess" Recap/Review
BITCH SLAP
This episode begins with a glimpse at Liv's next meal.. An extremely annoying woman-child, attached to her headphones, and acting very much like many girls I have worked with (baby voice and all), is late for work. She is the type that seems to get away with everything with a head tilt mixed with an insincere “I’m soorrryyyy!” and a pouty lip that's selfie ready. But, she does seem to have fun every moment of every day no matter what. I am a little jealous of that. When little miss drama gets bitch slapped at work, we have our case! She is obviously murdered but we will have to wait on the why and when.
Meanwhile at bromance pad-well, I hate to say I told you so but to my friends (actually I think most of them agreed)-I knew Major wouldn’t lose his memory. We join Ravi and Major the next morning after the intense Liv-Major (Lajor? Miv?) love scene and proclamations from the night before. Ravi is quizzing him on his memory as he shoves every bit of food his mouth can contain. Zombies really miss eating! One of the memory flash cards he quizzes him on has a picture of Minor! I forgot about Minor! I hope he is happy and found his forever home!
Liv is happy but has to get home not quite ready to have the talk about last night. It’s complicated.
TEAM BLEYTON
Over at the girl’s place, Peyton and Blaine are full on domesticated.
She’s cooking him bacon!
That’s love people! Liv still has her Viagra Visions which leads to duty being called, and she heads to the crime scene where Yvonne, our party girl, lies dead in the bathtub. There is a hair dryer in the tub, but it’s no suicide. Clive notices a piece broken off the dryer and a chipped tile which indicates someone threw it in. They talk to the homebody roommate who seems to be the complete opposite of our victim. She shows them Yvonne's messy room (which looks a lot like mine) and explains she was living soap opera with this girl. Good luck with these Drama Queen brains Liv! (And to everyone around you)!
Back at the lab, Liv does her thing and the techno music starts. It might not be techno but I am old and cannot differentiate between all this new dance music that sounds the same. So, Ravi and Clive now get to deal with Club Girl brain. Liv can’t find her cell phone so she asks in an ultra-whiny voice for Ravi to call it.
It literally rings in the dead body they have sewn up!
Liv and Clive visit the victim’s work to watch video of the earlier bitch slap, but Liv is only concerned to learn Yvonne was a DJ. Seems like everyone is these days!
“…hashtag my kind of cool bitch!”-Liv
Major and Ravi play video games and discuss girls etc. Liv arrives and Ravi gives her an update but she is distracted.
“This case I’m solving, I think she was killed for being AWESOME! Murdered by haters, literally!”- Liv
Ravi informs Liv  Major isn’t remembering certain things and then asks Liv is she ran her errand earlier.
Ravi, are you dense? Why would you ask Liv on these brains to run an important errand right now?
We head over to The Scratching post where Don E, (I’ve been spelling it Donnie this whole season but someone just corrected me…thank you Mary), is trying to console a customer about his new zombie life. The guy is willing to pay a million dollars for a cure. Don E is intrigued.
Liv heads to her new spot…da club! Really, they are there for questioning but it’s more like Liv has been called home to the mothership. Clive asks the owner some questions and wants to talk to his wife, Trish who might know more but she is out running errands.
“You might remember me-I used to come here, Eighties Remix night? Oh, and also, we’re the police!” -Liv
Liv “questions” the bartender…
While Clive gets some history on Yvonne’s work habits…Liv decides to pump up the volume.
Don’t quit your day job Liv…seriously. Liv starts to get her  party on which is making Clive extremely anxious. Possibly because she is drinking Vodka straight from the bottle and proceeds to empty it? While searching in the stockroom for more booze she comes across the elusive Trish, who also happens to be the slapper from the store camera.
“Hashtag case closed!” -Liv
Trish claims her innocence and says she was only hiding in the stockroom because she knew they would recognize her from the slap. Reason for the slap? Apparently, party-girl Yvonne slept with her husband, the club owner. Not cool club dude! He does have an alibi, a girl called Jen, specifically “oops I forgot my bra-Jen.” Trish has an alibi also- involving a little revenge sex of her own.
Liv shows up to check on Major. He is in the middle of writing letters to people in case his memory doesn’t stick. She reminds him to write to 2 people I don’t know. His parents?
“This is so totally a moment, right? And you won’t even remember…” -Liv
After they kiss, Major tries to tell her something but she wants to preserve the moment with no words; with silent purity.  But then she takes a selfie. OMG!
Major boards a bus to Walla Walla. I guess that’s where he is from. Are people really from Walla Walla? So, wild guess- he is going to see his parents.
Back at Bleyton land, Blaine is cooking for Peyton now and Peyton is working on the dominatrix case from last week. Liv remembers she needs to get the blue juice ingredients for Ravi and prints it out on Peyton’s printer. Liv gets a vision of Yvonne’s nice coworker yelling at her and rushes out to question him without her print out, which puts it in the hands of Blaine.
Hmmmm….
Back at the lab, Ravi is still waiting for Liv to get it together when he gets a surprise visit from Don E whom tells him about the customer who wants the cure for a million dollars. Ravi reminds him the cure has the memory issues and Don E offers his “Blaine’s a faker” theory we have all been musing over forever. He happens makes a heap of sense-weirdly. Blaine’s problems DID all go away after he “lost” his memory. Ravi continues to try to reach imprudent Liv when Peyton shows up to discuss the dom case. He actually tries to hide from her from a second. Poor Ravi!
After about a nano second of thought, he decides to tackle the Blaine faking theory with Peyton even though he just blew it off with Don E. But, he does give her something to stew on. If Blaine IS faking that means the cure works and that would mean everything; especially to her best friend. Peyton’s not having it though, or she’s enjoying her denial.
“I just wanted you to hear.” -Ravi
“And I did.”-Peyton
Hashtag Awkward! Oh great, now I am starting to chatter like Liv…new brains please!
Back at the station, Clive is checking alibis and Liv is carping about creepy nice guys. Liv gets another vision of Yvonne dumping out her purse. Just like her room, her purse looks just like mine! Yvonne was at a pawn shop trying to sell a collectible baseball.
Back at the lab, Ravi still seems to be attempting to count on Liv to get the ingredients for the blue solution. Ravi, get it yourself!!!
Liv is supposed to be watching Major as well so they rush over to their place to check on him but realize he and his bags are gone.
In Walla Walla a police officer knocks on a woman’s door and informs her a young man was wandering around the bus station. It seems he doesn’t know who or where he is. Oh no! Major is in the police car and the woman recognizes him.
At the funeral home, Peyton brings Blaine food. They really do revel in the eating! Peyton imparts her conversation with Ravi to an unphased Blaine who quickly changes the subject. She also tells him that Major took the cure which definitely peaks his interest. Peyton says she is so happy with him, she doesn’t think she would care even if he had gotten his memory back. Blaine comes clean.
“Major’s gonna get his memory back…and the good news doesn’t stop there. This is me.” -Blaine
Bombshell! Blaine HAS been faking. He tells her you do lose your memory at first but then it snaps back fairly quickly. So, my theory was wrong. I really though he had only gained it back last weekend. He’s a good actor! He tells her he did it so he could change his life, change who he was and the way people viewed him.
“Well it worked, you’ve made a fool of me.” -Peyton
Back is Walla Walla, Major awakes in his childhood bedroom. He recognizes his mother so Blaine was telling the truth.
Peyton goes to tell the news to Ravi and Liv, that Major will be okay because he will get his memory back soon. The cure works!
“So, what do you say Liv? Ready to be human again?” -Ravi
Of course she is!
Back at the lab there has been a break in. Of course…Don E anyone???
Clive is still at the police station questioning the co-worker which this leads him to the mousy roommate. Who cares who killed Yvonne??? I want to know about the cure whereabouts! Anyway, all roads lead back to the valuable baseball. Kind of saw that one coming. It’s always the quiet innocent ones, isn’t it? Yvonne pawned her roommate’s baseball and replaced it with a fake one. So, she killed the bitch because of it-plus she annoyed the bloody hell out of her. I think a light sentence is justifiable. Hashtag minimum sentence in a low security prison?
Back at the lab, not soon enough I might add, Peyton suspects Blaine, Ravi suspects Don E and Liv is just tremendously depressed. WAIT! Ravi remembers there is still one dose left! The one he gave to Major just in case. He never used it!
Clive arrives with his confession thanks to Liv’s vision which leads me to believe Clive will not be happy losing his best asset. But I am wrong…Clive is a good guy and just wants Liv to be happy and get her life back.
Back to Blaine, he doesn’t seem to have cure syringes- but he does seem to be drowning his sorrows and using Liv’s print out to make the blue juice complete with his forgotten little smirk. What are his plans now I wonder?
Major returns and they attack him for the final dose! But, oh no- he doesn’t have it. He gave it to someone. To who? We shall find out!
FIND OUT NEXT WEEK!
Episode grade: 8 1/2 It was remarkable, as always, but Liv’s brain did get a little much and the case they worked on was pretty lackluster.

#FBICBS S3, Ep. 1 "Never Trust a Stranger" Season Premiere #FBIFam
The season premiere of FBI was this week and boy did it feel good to see not only the show returning but the return of the dynamic duo.
The premiere deals with the FBI team dealing with a white surpmerist group attacking companies and event events that go against their beliefs. OA has an informant that knows who was behind the shooting but it turns out that he was the driver for the shooters.
With OA's informant going MIA, OA and Maggie (her return later), along with Stuart and new agent Wallace trying to find him before another attack takes place. But just when they thought they had him, he takes seven people hostages. OA does what OA does best, trying to talk him down from doing the worst thing possible and that's pretty much what he did.
Also in the episode, we meet new agent Tiffany Wallace, who came from White Collar crimes in Atlanta and is now Stuart's partner. We do learn that Kristen Chazal has transferred as she was looking for a different opportunity.
Maggie Bell finally returns but we see her kind of vague to her undercover job as she and the team arrested 16 people. We meet one of her partners, Agent Nessler Vertiz, who seems that have something going with Maggie, even after the hostage situation. Could there be a thing going and is OA jealous of that with that concerned look at the end of the episode?
I very much enjoyed this season's premiere as it was fast and fun and intense. I'm just happy to see Maggie and OA back together on the show. They're so fun to watch and it's just like she never left when she took control over who's driving. I thought Katherine Renee Turner's character, Agent Wallace, had a very good first episode. Overall, I give this episode an 8.5/10,

#ChicagoPD S8, Ep. 2 "White Knuckle" Fall Finale #ChiHards #OneChicago
As things get intense with Atwater and The Blue Wall; Voight and the team fight the clock to find a murder. Here's a recap!
After getting a beat down at the end of last week's episode, Atwater tries to make his home secured but when going to work that his work card wouldn't work. But that just the beginning as Atwater later no would get a call from his brother about the security alarm going off but he knew that the police had bugged his home.
Next thing later on, when Atwater, Ruzek, and Burgress were chasing a suspect no patrol cars ever responded to their request for backup that would also lead to Ruzek getting shot. Later that night after Atwater told Kenny could come to get him instead of having others do his job.
That would lead to Atwater talking with Voight about the situation would Atwater turn in his badge or take the punishment. Well after the talk, Atwater came up with the third option which he tells Kenny in his own home that he would turn in his badge and come after him with lawsuits. Kenny backed off.
The case of the week was of Voight and team trying to beat the clock of an alderman's son found with a dead victim. The suspect happens to be out of his mind from drugs and Miller tries to get Voight to make it a quick open and shut case, but Voight didn't want to do that and got her to give them 48 hours.
With the evidence they got to go with, they finally cracked the case with the suspect that killed the victim and knocked out the alderman's son. Miller congratulated Voight and tells him that she's different from the rest but Voight doesn't see it.
"White Knuckle" was a very good episode while the case of the week wasn't strong it did hold up along with Atwater's storyline with Kenny.  Hawkins was amazing once again in this episode and there were three scenes that I loved: 1. being where he came home to look for the bug that the police placed after "fixing the security alarm. 2. The scene when he talks to Voight about his options against Kenny and how Voight tells him that Atwater's a good cop and should do what a good cop would do. 3. That scene Atwater talking to Kenny about his third option about suing him.
Also, does anything feel how weird it is that this was a fall finale after last week's season premiere?
Overall, I give this episode an 8.5/10.

#ChicagoMed S6, Ep. 1 "When Did We Begin to Change?" Season Premiere #ChiHards #OneChicago
Chicago Med returns with a season premiere that hit all cylinders. Here's a recap!
"When Did We Begin to Change?" was a very high intense at times, strongly emotional episode to kick off the season. Will rides along with Hannah through in an ambulance as she comes in from an overdose. Will tries to deny Hannah's actions until he realized after treating a patient that he thought was in the same boat but wasn't. Will and Hannah break up.
Natalie has moved to "Club Med" where doctors and nurses stay during the COVID-19 so they can work and not bring any of that home. She teams up with Crockett with a patient whose cancer is back but can't decide on which treatment would be best until it had to go down to Crockett's idea of surgery. The two bonded over the case and Crockett's daughter.
Dr. Charles comes back to Med after he suffered from the COVID-19. While he was there to help with Will's troubles; it took him a day to realize that his daughter was upset with him for not being mad at her for giving him the disease as she went to a friend's place during the shutdown. As he apologies, he tells her that's why he needs her to stay with him to keep him honest as he tries to hide his own feelings.
The big story comes off with April and Ethan as they have broken up but are treating patients for COVID-19. There they're dealing with one patient that needs the ventilator; while a patient died. As the day ends, the nurses and doctors gather up on the rooftop and lit their phones with a lit candle, and name the names that have died that day.
I can't stress enough that this premiere while it was exciting and entertaining, it was highly emotional. The Natalie and Crockett story was good and meaningful, Will's was every bit entertaining and was engaging with that medical case. But it was April and Ethan and dealing with COVID-19 patients that were so heartbreaking. The writers really depict what's it like in the ER during this situation. I had a lot of tissues around me by the time this episode ended.
Overall, I give this episode a 9.5/10.

@Station19 Season 3 Review #Station19
I have just finished watching the third season of ABC's Station 19 and holy crap it was...WOW!
The third season of Station 19 really kicks off like an adrenaline rush as the season kicks off with the crossover with Grey's Anatomy. From the start of the season, you could tell that the tone had shifted just a bit with the focus on character background and development that really took a step back from the soapy dramedy to a realistic drama.
The season really put a strong focus on the characters. While you can pick a name out of a hat and say, "yeah they really had some outstanding moments that season." It's so had to choose what really stood out and what didn't when it comes to who performed better because this ensemble cast works perfectly.
Whether it's Miller trying to connect with his parents and learning to be a father. Travis helping a rookie make the hardest decision of their lives. Maya taking the captain's position over Andy while also in denial that her father was verbally abusive.
Gibson still dealing with PTSD, sleeping with a firefighter's wife that soon ended in disaster but found his outcome. Warren finding his niche with a surgical recuse service. And Andy finding love, suffering loss, and a surprise reunion. All while Sullivan deals with more pain issues and station deals with dirty politics.
If there was one issue that I had it was the development of the character Rigo Vasquez, who while at the start of the season joking around with the station crew, it already felt that he was going to be one seasonal character after learning that Gibson and Vasquez's wife had a couple of affairs and dying from a rocket explosion while one call.
There were a lot of episodes that I really enjoyed from "Indoor Fireworks," and "Eulogy;" to "Into the Woods," "Ice, Ice Baby," "Born to Run," "Something About What Happens After You Talk, "I'll Be Seeing You" and "Dream a Little Dream of Me" were some of my favorite episodes of Season 3, just to name a few.
I'm pretty much going to make Station 19 one of my regular viewings this season. From where the show left off and where we are in right now, I really would love to see where this will be going. We know that the season four premiere will kick off the crossover with Grey's Anatomy so we got that going. While the first three seasons were less than 20 episodes, I hope we get a lot more down the road (maybe not this television season, though).
Overall, I give Season Three of Station 19 a 9.5/10.
