Nice view of the compact Pearl Rhythm Traveler as drum. It's twenty by eight. Remarkably punchy drum which compensates for its relative lack of volume. Relative compared to a 22×16 power bass drum of course. I will be using at The Old Hare & Hounds this weekend. Shiny Pearl Rhythm Traveler kit I used last night @jadiband2017 ' s successful first gig at the Old Hare and Hounds. I really enjoyed playing this drum set again - used it for years with Mick Ridgway's Mojo Hand in small venues. Always drew attention for its compact size but great sound. As it did tonight. @codedrumheads made the best of the kit. Possibly need to reposition the felt strips to reduce the damping on the twenty by eight bass drum. Didn't have time to alter it as we had to set up fast with no soundcheck due to the footie. Oh well, it happens.
