School is confusing. It's confusing and no one gets it.

And here we are! Every main cast member has been shown off for Suburb. All 12 Trolls and 4 Beta Teens.

As for some other characters, those COULD be shown off in the future.

For now, enjoy Gamzee's friendly encounter with his classmates. Next comic will be the start of an arc that me and some friends worked on that'll be funny to see and show off how Suburb's format works.

hey look, bro and dave in a somewhat positive relationship! what a shocker!

so some questions may come from this. first off is why is bro talking and acting nice towards dave? Simple. Suburb is set in an AU where Sburb never happened and the trolls came to earth through a different means. Hence, no Sburb, no Lil Cal possession, no Bro Strider under a negative influence.

hey remember stores like blockbuster and hollywood video and west coast video? well it IS 2009 after all.

so for the next few pages, I may focus more on a sketchy style that fits with how I physically do art and see how it looks. but for now, enjoy this mishap with John and his VERY very late fees.

So here he is finally. Took him long enough but with only one more troll left to show off, the entire main cast will soon be revealed. Next page is probably gonna be with Karkat’s design and a certain other troll :o)

Heeeyyyy look, Dave's back. And it seems that he's made a new fishy friend. This is the third page and features how Dave has quite the history with the teachers and students of his school. Page 3 of Suburb finally showing off some of the new designs for this series, Vriska sporting a blue beanie and a strange spider shirt. Planning to show the other trolls in future pages and yes, I can confirm that all 12 have new clothing for the comics. Except for Gamzee, it's just way too funny to me that he has his clown attire AND that it's allowed in the school. Anyways enjoy and give me your thoughts on how they look!

hey remember late fees? i remember. still haven't paid them off.

so as I said with the last page, I wanted to experiment with the art style a bit and do this sketchy style with the linework. lemme know how you guys feel about it! and also enjoy how john is not very thoughtful of making sure to keep track of the dozens of movies he's rented out.

Y’know making this next Suburb comic made me realize how the early 2010s had some TRASH teenage comedy movies.

Which means that it’s perfect that John would be in the red at Blockbuster when it comes to his late fees.

Seems She's Quite Passionate About Her Studies On A New Planet.

Some more trolls for the count! This time, it's a nerd, an archeologist, and an art/fashion girl! Also gives some context as to why the trolls are on Earth in the first place, they were originally sent to another planet for research and then a certain spider-girl sent them away somewhere else. I'll probably make some design pages to show off some of the trolls, lemme know in the comments who you'd like to see fully!
