Hi hi! Me again with another question!

Not sure if you said this before or not (IF YOU DID I AM SO SORRY), but I've been pretty brainrotted by Subnautica and Markiplier egos, and I've been thinking of making a crossover like you did, problem is, I don't know if you're okay with that??

Of course, the storyline, designs, and characters would all be different, but still, I want to know since, as far as I know, you've been working on yours for years by now, and I don't want to steal your idea in any way!

(And if possible, would it be okay in the future for me to ask about how you decided certain things? If not, that's completely alright! ^^)

I’m not really comfortable with people like using my ideas cuz yeah I have been working on this on and off for 6 years. But if you’re not gonna do the Septic egos then I guess that’s fine? We have the mark egos exploring the stars here cuz they seemed more content in space lol

But id be more than glad to share my creative process for curiosity sake!

When did I start watching Jacksepticeye: I started watching Jack in 2014, via Markiplier playing FNAF.

Why did I start watching?: I was getting into FNAF, but thought he was weird (no offense Jack, you're fucking awesome) so took a small hiatus until 2018 when Jack started playing Subnautica

Favorite thing about the channel?: If anything, it's his energy. He's so chaotic sometimes and I love it because it reminds me so much of my little brother when he was like 9 (he's 13 now and has ditched the hyper attitude)

Favorite ego?: Imma have to go with two basic bitch answers. Anti and Chase. One of them because yes and the other bc birthday buddies

Community member?: I'm an artist, editor, and shitposter. I would be an author, but that's only limited to Quotev and Wattpad.

What else do I enjoy?: I mean, I started to watch Jack through Markiplier, so there's that. Also, I have so much shit to deal with that I can't focus lol (cough cough Undertale, cough cough Minecraft cough). But seriously, I love DND, fantasy shit, things in that group.

Am I open to nice messages and new friends?: Hell yes! If you're gonna follow someone or try to be friends, don't be an asshole! If you're gonna be an asshole, then don't interact with said person! Just block and go away without harassing fans!

hey i’m the person who watched all of unus annus in a week! because unus annus was really my introduction to ethan and mark, i haven’t seen any of their other content. do you have any recommendations for what to watch from them?

i do! i’m sure that other people will add their recommendations and this certainly isn’t an exhaustive list, but here are some of my personal favorites!

First of all, the Gingerbread House Building Challenge is one of my all time favorite videos, and one of the funniest in my opinion. It features Mark and Ethan, as well as their friend Tyler too. Absolutely check this one out.

Next, if you liked the kind of energy Unus Annus had, I’d recommend you check out Ethan’s ‘We’re NOT Eating Peanuts” video. It kind of feels like an UA video but before UA was a thing.

If you liked the silly “trying crazy things” energy of Unus Annus and want to see more of Mark and Ethan together, the “Markiplier Makes” series is good for that. Most videos feature Mark, Ethan, and Tyler doing crazy silly shit, and it’s got some good laughs.

If you haven’t watched A Heist with Markiplier, this is the FIRST thing you need to watch. It’s the most recent big project from Mark and is AMAZINGLY well made. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure type thing, and it’s very fun!

Heist ties into Mark’s ongoing fictional lore-verse that features different iterations of Mark called “Egos” including characters like Darkiplier and Wilford Warfstache. If you watch Heist and like it, definitely check out Who Killed Markiplier, Wilford Motherloving Warfstache, and A Date with Markiplier too.

As you might know Mark was also for a very long time mainly a gaming youtuber, so he has years and years of gameplay videos. All of the Five Nights at Freddy’s ones are pretty famous and kind of what catapulted him into the level of fame he has nowadays.

Mark’s Subnautica series is also very good and very long if you need something to binge-watch.

One of my personal favorite series is his playthrough of Firewatch, but probably just because that was the first video series of Mark’s that I watched. It’s a super pretty game and I loved hearing Mark just go on a bit about his childhood over the course of playing the game.

Some other random videos I love are the playthrough of the fan-made game Hearts and Heroes, as well as the hilarious time Mark did Grand Theft Auto roleplay with “Stan the Water Man.”

1. why did you choose your url?

okay, so there's actually a bit of story behind it so this answer's gonna be long.

I was a roleplayer...god. years ago (6? ish years ago?), for the Transformers fandom, and because of the character I played, I got called "Blitz" and the nickname just kinda stuck, even after I left that fandom. before I'd realized I was trans, my username had "Queen" in it, and I had a separate account for RPing as that character. well, I had both accounts logged into the chat at the same time once cause I'd been chatting on my main, then decided to hop onto the RP one and forgot to disconnect my main (DeviantArt Chat, haha), someone didn't know which one to tag to get my attention, so just caps-locked BLITZQUEEN at me

it didn't take long for me to change my user to that. I eventually drifted away from that fandom, but I decided to name my mascot Blitz for the nostalgia

I started to get uncomfortable with my user, realized I was trans, and started looking for alternatives to the "queen" part of it. I came across the word "indite" which is a synonym for "write." I liked how symmetrical the I's were from each other in "Blitzindite," so decided to roll with it

so yes. my username is literally just "Blitz Writes" (it's also why my writing tag is "blitz indites")

Google AI Well it definitely took awhile but here he is! Honestly I just wanted an excuse to play with a few of the effects especially the glow effect! Slowly but surely I’ll get to all the projects! Next up if all goes to plan it should be the subnautica! Hmmmm thank you very much!! I know it’ll pass, I just need something to distract me cuz I’m worried I might do something dumb. As for my favourite series, I definitely have a list, cuz I can’t possibly choose, lmao!Jack- The Last Guardian, Undertale, Subnautica, Shadow of the Colossus, Layers of Fear, Unravel, Inside. Those are usually what I fall back on!Mark- Subnautica, the Markiplier Makes series (and any of the challenge videos, honestly), Five Nights at Freddy’s, and especially any of his big Ego projects. I usually fall back on watching Mark and Jack because they’re so familiar to me. I’ve been watching them for longer than I’ve known some of my closest friends, honestly. But there are some videos that I keep close because I like em: a few Creepypasta readings (some of the legitimately good ones okay), certain speedpaints vids, and stuff like that haha

Like, I had to spend a whole day looking at wholesome memes and bingeing Mark's subnautica series. I had to spend, like, ten minute intervals telling myself that these characters are not real. I CRIED, realizing that wilford and dark are not just goofy, made up EGOS. They used to be people, good people. I got so emotional, I wrote a song, a duet for cello and fiddle. I NEVER do that. I watch all of these videos and I think "Wow, look at this! Look at how much time and effort was put into this, look at how it was edited! How does this even work?" Dan and Phil playing fnaf super poorly was my gateway to Marki

I think that was actually why I watched Mark’s fnaf videos back in the day as well.

It’s been kind of a long weird journey in how I came into the fandom? I watched Mark’s fnaf vids back in 2014 and liked them but never joined the fandom. I also watched his series on Firewatch in 2016 and absolutely loved it and the anecdotes he told during that series, but still I didn’t actually get involved with the fandom. Then I was looking for something to binge watch in spring of 2017 so I binged ALL of Mark’s subnautica videos up until that point but STILL didn’t officially join the fandom.

It wasn’t until the Game Theory video on the Markiplier egos in September 2018 that I actually started interacting with content on Tumblr in the fandom, and it was several months after that that I made my first meme. So relatively speaking I’m still new-ish here compared to the people who have been here since like 2014, even though I’ve been weirdly watching Mark’s content on and off for a really long time. I don’t know, it’s strange because I’ve always been kind of aware of markiplier but I never imagined when I started making posts or in 2014 watching fnaf that someday he might be aware of me as well. It’s really weird
