Tu hi mera sab kuch hai

Ishan was scrolling through Instagram Reels while Shubman was out for an event. Every ShubSara reel in Ishan's feed kept gnawing him. Increasing his insecurity bit by bit. Ishan despite being the epitome of human sunshine had always been more of a moon known to only those who are the dearest to him. It's not that he doesn't trust Shubman but rather his insecurities about himself.

'Shubman is a young, beautiful man who should rather build a strong future associating with the infamous Sara Tendulkar than hide behind closed doors with him' thought Ishan. Uncertainties and insecurities invaded Ishan's trail of thought until they were interrupted by a knock.

Shubman: Ishan?

Ishan (in a sleepy voice): Hmm?

Shubman: You're still awake? Put that phone down right now.

Ishan: Tera wait kar raha tha.

Shubman: Chal ab aagaya hoon na main...chal so jaa ab.

Ishan: I can't sleep without you.

Shubman: Haan haan...ruk main fresh hoke aata hoon.

Ishan while waiting for Shubman again drowns in his own thoughts.

Ishan: Hum kabhi duniya ko nahi bata paayenge apne pyaar ke baare mein..

Shubman: Main tujhse bohot pyaar karta hoon

CHAPTER 2

Karamchand raat ko khaana khane ke baad balcony mein peene baitha tha. Thodi der peene ke baad woh Garima ko phone lagaya magar woh nahin uthai. Karamchand time dekha to 10:40 baj rahe the. Woh samajh gaya ki woh movie dekhne mein busy hogi. Thoda peene ke baad woh kamre mein jaakar news dekhne laga. Lagbhag ek ghanta news dekhne ke baad woh Garima ko phone lagaya to woh nahin uthai. Karamchand phir time dekha to 11:35 baj rahe the. Woh phir channel change karne laga.

Kuchh seconds baad Garima ka message aaya,"Is there anything important?".

Karamchand reply kiya,"No,nothing important".

Iske baad Karamchand type kar raha tha,"Just wanted to know when you will be back" ki tabhi Garima reply ki,"Then stop bothering me and let me enjoy the movie".

Karamchand yeh padhne ke baad apna message ko edit karne laga,"Sorry, just wanted to know when you will be back" aur phir send kar diya.

Karamchand reply ke liye wait kar raha tha magar message grey hi reh gaya.Karamchand kuchh der baad phir message dekha to woh grey hi tha. Woh phir news dekhne laga.Beech beech mein woh message dekhta magar woh grey hi tha. Lagbhag 12 baje use neend aane laga aur woh so gaya.

Karamchand ka neend subah 7:30 baje khula. Woh bistar par apne bagal mein dekha to uski biwi nahin thi. Yeh dekhte hi woh ghabra gaya aur apna mobile dekha. Uske uski biwi ka message the jise dekhkar use thoda raahat mehsus hua.

Woh message par click kiya aur padhne laga,"after watching the movie and having dinner. Now please stop bothering me. Mera mood aate waqt aese hi kharab kar chuke ho ab baar baar phone karke aur kharab mat karo. Go to sleep. GN".

Yeh padhne ke baad woh hadbada kar utha aur neeche gaya. Neeche gaya to use naukrani ka awaaz sunai diya "Good morning saheb".

Karamchand naukrani ka awaaz ignore karke darwaze ke paas gaya to use Jaguar car wahan dikhai diya magar Raghu ka fortuner dikhai nahin diya. Yeh dekhte hi use thoda raahat mila magar phir kuchh sochkar woh waapas upar gaya aur dusre room mein kholkar dekha to woh khali tha. Woh baaki ke do room mein bhi dekha magar woh dono bhi khali tha.

Thak kar woh apne kamre mein jaakar Garima ko call lagaya magar koi response nahin mila. Woh bathroom chala gaya aur brush karke waapas neeche gaya aur table se akhbaar uthaya hi tha ki use kuchh dhyaan aaya aur woh uthkar living room ke peeche wale hisse mein gaya.

Udhar gym tha jo pura sheeshe se ghera hua tha. Woh gym ke nazdeek pahuncha to use Garima tread mill par daudti huyi dikhai di. Yeh dekhkar use thoda raahat mila. Woh gym ka darwaza kholkar ander gaya to gaana baj raha tha. Phir uska nazar ek side par rakhe hue ek table par gaya jahan Garima ka mobile rakha hua tha. Karamchand samajh gaya ki Garima uska call receive kyun nahin ki.

Woh uske mobile ke taraf dekhne ke baad Garima ke taraf waapas dekha to use treadmill ke saamne aaine se uske taraf hi dekhte hue paya. Karamchand use dekhkar muskuraya aur jor se "Good Morning" wish kiya jiske jawaab mein Garima bhi daudti huyi use wish ki.

Karamchand Garima ko ek nazar dekha. Woh gym leggings aur ek sports bra peheni huyi thi. Uss sports bra mein uski chunchiyan pahaad ke jaisi uthi huyi thi aur leggings mein uski gaand ki dono bhago ka shape saaf saaf pata chal rahi thi.Sirf gaand ki shape hi nahin dono gaand ke bhag ke beech ki daraar bhi saaf saaf pata chal rahi thi. Daudne se uss leggings mein uski gaand ki dono bhaag hil rahi thi.

Karamchand Garima ke jism ko dekhne ke baad aaine mein uske chehre par dekh kar muskuraya aur phir waapas jaane wala tha ki Garima use ishara karke apne paas bulayi. Karamchand uske paas gaya to woh daudti huyi boli,"Kya baat hai aaj gym mein?Tabiyat theek hai to? Ya subah subah pee liye ho?"

Karamchand yeh sunnkar muskurate hue bola,"Are nahin darling kaisi baat kar rahi ho. Tumko dekhne aaya tha. Kal to tumko bas thodi der ke liye hi dekha tha".

Garima daudti huyi boli,"Hmm. Ab aa gaye ho to thodi exercise bhi kar lo. Pet kitna nikal gaya hai tumhara. Health par bilkul bhi dhyaan nahin dete ho. Abhi se buddhe lagne lage ho".

Phir Garima apne bagal mein lage ek aur treadmill ke taraf ishara karti huyi boli,"Chalo shuru ho jao".

Karamchand ka mann to nahin tha magar woh Garima ko phir se naraz nahin karna chahta tha isliye chup chap treadmill ke taraf chala gaya. Woh treadmill par chadhkar use on karne laga to Garima phir bolne lagi,"Itne pyaar se maine yeh gym banwaya tha, treadmill bhi do lagaya taaki hum dono saath gym kar sake magar tumhe meri baat ki kadar to chhoro apne health ki khud chinta nahin rehti hai".

Karamchand yeh sunnkar kuchh nahin bola bas treadmill shuru karke daudne laga. Garima bhi daudna jaari rakhi. Lagbhag ek minute hote hote woh hanfne laga. Usko hanfta dekh Garima boli,"speed kam kar lo. Shuru mein thodi mushqil hogi but aadat lag jaane par sab theek hoga phir tez kar sakte ho".

Garima yeh boli hi thi ki Karamchand treadmill ka speed kam karke utar gaya aur woh treadmill ko switch off kar diya. Garima yeh dekhkar Karamchand me taraf narazgi se dekhi.

Karamchand Garima ka expression dekhkar bola,"Mujhe walk par jaana hai. Logo se milna hai. Yahan bandh kamre mein mujhse exercise nahin hoga".

Garima daudti huyi boli,"Bahane banana bandh karo. Shaadi ke 5 saal ho gaye hain magar phir bhi bahane aese bana rahe ho jaise main samjhungi nahin. Park pahunchne mein 5 minute lagta hai yahan se aur aane mein 5 minute. 10 minute walk karne se kuchh nahin hone wala".

Garima aage boli,"10 minute walk karte ho aur ek ghante baithkar retired uncles ke saath gappe ladate ho. Gappe lada lada ke gol gappe jaise hote ja rahe ho. Khair tumhari marzi. Main to bol bol kar thak chuki hoon. Meri sunte kahan ho".

Karamchand yeh sunnkar bola,"Garima main kam se kam thoda walk to karta hi hoon. Jitna mujhse hota hai main karta hoon. Aur raha baat gappe ladane ka to main to kaam ki baat karta hoon. Idhar udhar ki altu faltu ki baatein nahin karta. Politics, business, stock market yeh sab topics par discussion chalta hai."

Garima yeh sunnkar daudti huyi boli,"Theek hai theek hai. Jo marzi karo. Ab jao aur mujhe workout karne do".

Karamchand yeh sunnkar muskurate hue bola,"Ok darling. Enjoy your workout".

Garima daudti huyi boli,"Yes I do and I will". Karamchand yeh sunnkar wahan se chala gaya. Woh table se akhbaar uthakar park ke taraf chala gaya. Ek ghante baad jab woh waapas aakar bedroom mein gaya to bathroom se paani ka awaaz aa raha tha. Woh samajh gaya ki Garima naha rahi thi. Lagbhag 20 minute baad woh bathroom se nikli. Uski baal mein towel lapeta hua tha aur woh ek robe pehni huyi thi. Use dekhkar Karamchand muskuraya to woh bhi muskura di aur jaakar apni dressing table ke paas baith gayi. Wahin Karamchand bathroom mein nahane chala gaya.

Woh lagbhag 15 minute baad nahakar aaya to Garima aaine ke paas baithi apni baal dry kar rahi thi. Karamchand tayyar hokar neeche nashta karne chala gaya. Uske jaane ke lagbhag 10 minute baad Garima neeche gayi. Woh ek salwar kameez pehni huyi thi. Gehre gale ki kameez mein uski cleavage dikh rahi thi. Kameez tight hone ke kaaran uski curvy figure aur badi chunchiyon ka shape achhe se pata chal raha tha. Dono pati patni uske baad nashta karne lage aur nashta ke baad Karamchand office chala gaya.

Breaking the ice, imagine all of us suddenly shifted to a new planet, new atmosphere, gravity issues. Hmmm…..Interesting 🧐🌞

Well, Thank God weight management will no longer be an issue😪😪

Imagine people running and pace ultimately leading us to a flight🪂🧚. Woahhh!!. Pushups and Pullups, huh...no more a challenge now.🤼 And whatnot. Isn’t this fun ?? Hell, Yeah!!!. Wanna know about the best workout regime there, well not so experienced in space travel.🤷

Hmmm...well this thought strikes a very significant question in my mind.🤨

Is fitness all about weight management and physical appearances or is there something more to it?🤔

My personal take is a BIG NOOOO❌❌🙅

Fitness is not just the body, but the integration of the mind, body, and soul. Too complex!!!🤯

Let’s just cut this down. A healthy mind is a firm base for a healthy body so whether it is Earth or any other planet, health and fitness can never be ignored. Ufff!!😖😖 Yeah, I know you lazy bums are not very content with this thought😴😴
