Pendekatan Project di Bali Baru bisa berlanjut ceritanya seminggu kemudian dari yg kemaren hahaha.. Ada yang selalu seru bila kita berbicara Konsep Desain untuk di daerah Bali dimana salah satu pendekatan yang bisa kita lakukan adalah tentang mempelajari dan berusaha untuk memahami "Tri Hita Karana" Tri Hita Karana adalah falsafah hidup masyarakat Bali yang memuat tiga unsur yang membangun keseimbangan dan keharmonisan hubungan antara manusia dengan Tuhan, manusia dengan manusia, dan manusia dengan lingkungannya yang menjadi sumber kesejahteraan, kedamaian dan kebahagiaan bagi kehidupan manusia. Kita juga perlu mengetahui tentang Desa Adat yang merupakan kesatuan masyarakat hukum adat di Bali yang memiliki wilayah, kedudukan, susunan asli, hak-hak tradisional, harta kekayaan sendiri, tradisi, tata krama pergaulan hidup masyarakat secara turun temurun, tugas dan kewenangan serta hak mengatur dan mengurus rumah tangganya sendiri Dan bila kita berbincang juga tentang zonasi yang ada di Bali akan lebih menarik lagi terutama untuk Rencana Detail Tata Ruang nya, baik itu untuk PZ ataupun BWP nya. "MOCK-UP" Kita coba berbicara tentang sistem dalam perencanaan, terdapat dua kelompok pendekatan dalam mendefinisikan sistem, yaitu yang menekankan pada prosedurnya dan yang menekankan pada komponen atau elemennya. Pendekatan sistem yang menekankan pada komponen atau elemennya mendefinisikan sistem adalah kumpulan dari elemen- elemen yang berinteraksi untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu, Dalam sistem perencanaan yang kita buat, selain merencanakan sebuah program ruang, desain skematik, pendekatan arsitektur, salah satu kebutuhan yang penting lainnya adalah mempersiapkan mock up desain, dan kita request permintaan ini kepada Vendor ataupun kepada Contractor Pelaksana yang mewujudkan desain konseptual yang kita buat, Adanya mockup desain ini diperlukan untuk penyampaian informasi untuk mempertajam visi tentang sebuah desain, Melalui mock up, kita dapat melihat visualisasi desain secara nyata sehingga dapat memberikan masukan kepada diri sendiri untuk feel & solved (karena bagaimanapun juga ini adalah desain konsep kita sebagai perencana/arsitek) karena mungkin saja tampilan mock up ini dirasa belum sesuai dengan pemikiran dan konseptual dalam pikiran kita. Oleh karena itu, menurut kami mock-up merupakan bagian penting dari perencanaan desain Mock up sebagai visualisasi sebuah konsep desain, bisa juga disebut sebagai gambaran nyata rancangan produk, atau preview sebuah ide yang terlihat seperti wujud aslinya. Terkadang dalam sebuah project kita mempersiapkan Maket, dan juga sebuah Mock-Up, Saya yakin hasil akhir tidak akan mengkhianati proses Jadi teringat sebuah pepatah, "Kalau jodoh pasti bertemu, Kalaupun ga jodoh ya masih bisa bertamu.." hahahaha... Discussing and Agreement Phase. If we talk about a few month ago, I still remember that I've got a phone call from Malcolm and he says that he loves and respect with our design, and says to me to make his office with a better concept. The Client agree to make a better concept for their Engineering Offices. They want their office have a story and have a strong philosophy for the design. The design concept will be a representative office for the brand. And I know it will be fit with me. Because our architecture firm specialized in the conceptual and the architecture emphasis, and we are so idealist when talk about Concept. We believe that every architecture have their own story to tell. We make a design concept emphasis for GGE Head office in Sudirman Sahid Center. A conceptual office for the engineering gold company. The concept will be a massive different. My honour to works with this amazing gold company, they give us the opportunity to explore everything as long as needed. So, we will explore EVERYTHING!!! hahaha... and I've just can say that it will be a great projects. The caption photo is the moments when we will starts the Construction Projects. A full of passionate aura in the front of each person isnt'it? Can you feel it? look that face haha.. Thanks to Mr. Malcolm and Ms. Elfie to let me dancing freely with my the idealist concept and also approve for the all proposed concept emphasis. And for this project, we will works again with Profindo Karya , the Main Contractor choosen by the Client. This Contractor will bring our design into the reality. They have a competency for that. "Mirroring-less Concept (2)" Menambahkan story concept di post sebelumnya. Caption gambar ada di area Lounge. Secara garis besar pola pikir konsepnya adalah membuat sebuah konsep mirrorring untuk pendapatkan spacious ambience tetapi tanpa menggunakan kaca cermin. Pola pikir saya, yang mungkin beberapa arsitek punya pola pikir dan pendekatan yang sama. Pada concept ini menggunakan pendekatan ini : "kalau bisa dibikin sulit kenapa harus dibuat mudah" Sehingga kita mencari cara dan jalan yang sulit tur ribet untuk mengintreprestasikan hal yang mudah. Untuk penggantikan peran kaca cermin, ibaratnya kaya menggantikan peran ayah, sulit memang tapi hal tersebut itu mungkin, untuk menggantikan peran tersebut maka kaca cermin diganti dengan clear glass tempered 10mm, untuk mendapatkan effect mirrornya maka kita buat 2 ruangan yang sama persis yang saling berhadapan. Akhir kata saya nebeng foto biar ga hoax. Bagi yang mau coba sensasi ambiencenya, bisa dateng ke KPM Mandiri Inhealth Jakarta 1 & Jakarta 2 di Lt.5 Menara Palma, Rasuna Said Kuningan, Jakarta. "Studio in Black White" Hari ini sebelum pulang ke rumah menyempatkan diri untuk foto studio dahulu, entah lagi pingin saja Studio ini merupakan tempat saya dan team untuk mengeksplorasi sesuatu, memahami sesuatu, dan membuat sesuatu. Lalu selebihnya kita bersenang - senang. Di dalam studio ini banyak hal yang dilakukan tidak hanya bekerja tetapi semua hal tentang sebuah pembuatan karya (pembelajaran-pemahaman-hipotesa-eksplorasi-bentuk dan ruang). Kadang hanya perlu 5 menit untuk menangkap ide dan jatuh cinta pada ide tersebut tapi ada kalanya berhari - hari berlalu dengan penuh coretan kertas tak beraturan berserakan disini. Kertas - kertas prematur. Iya, kertas penangkap ide yang belum terbentuk, hanya berupa garis dan bentuk tak beraturan, Nirmana. Ide - ide itu terbayang di pikiran kita, melayang, membentang, bahkan terasa seperti berbicara. Sedikit lirih, tak begitu terdengar. Tapi kita tahu bahwa sesuatu itu ada disana. "FINALLY DONE!!!" Here is the "penampakan" haha.. Finally done, yeah now we can shout out, Thanks Allah now the projects is done.
